Guys, I sort of have an agenda I want to have for this squad.
The schedule is sort of a thing that I've made so I can implement certain things around the squad. You know, training and stuff. Things like that.
Perhaps I should make it public?
Ah, but don't worry about the promotion stuff.
I actually need to update the ranks thread since I've made certain guidelines and such about being promoted, just hadn't had the time to actually get on a computer and put them in the thread.
I do, now, so it should be up today. :]

this Squad has been inactive for a long time. Started I think when Drift became captain for a bit then all of a sudden were having a different captain every month

Maybe this happened because things in the guild became a bit slow.
At least, this is how I see it. Don't worry, there is a lot of things you can do with Squad 2. If we all put forth some effort into our squad, we can have an active one. The activity aspect shouldn't just come from the Captain but the individuals under the Captain as well.
So, let's try our best, alright?
