"A surprise?" The geisha mounted the horse and batted her lashes, "This should be interesting . . ." She giggled as she slowly brought Raku into a trot.

"Yup, it sure will! Go on at your leisure... looks good so far." Amaya smiled and turned along with the revolving longe.

I take a pick inside the barn and see two very fine steeds in there stalls. I jog over to the hippodrome and peek inside. I see the geisha and the stablemaster busy at the present moment, so I walk over to the nearby cottage, and gently knock on the door.

She smiled to Amaya happily as she brought the horse into a faster trot. Iyasu's hair started to tumble and fall around her shoulders with each fast step Raku made. She shook head until hair was a mane of mess. She would have to go home and have it washed, but it did feel nice to have it down once more.

Amaya laughed merrily as the geisha's hair came down.
"All right, Iyasu-san... When you are ready to gallop, remember to bend him inwards by using the leg pointing towards me. This makes sure he leads with the right hand, okay?" She clucked her tongue to alert Raku to Iyasu's reins.
((Ack! In German, gallop is written galopp... I always confuse that... Gomen!))

SSJ3 Sage I take a pick inside the barn and see two very fine steeds in there stalls. I jog over to the hippodrome and peek inside. I see the geisha and the stablemaster busy at the present moment, so I walk over to the nearby cottage, and gently knock on the door. Yuriko heard the knock on the door, she turned her head and walked over trying to better up her look while she walked, wanting to look at least a little presentable for guest. "Just a moment." She opened the door and peeked out. "Oh hello sir, how can I help you?"

"Yeah, that's it, very good!" Amaya beamed at the geisha, who was showing no sign of being uncomfortable at the high speed, and let her gallop on the longe for a while. When she thought it was enough, she gave the longe another small tuck. "Whoa, Raku, Whoa! Brrrr-rrrt!"
The gelding slowed down and halted obediently. She walked up to him, rolling up the longe, then removed it from the snaffle. She loosened the reins from the pommel and handed them to the geisha.
"All right, I see you're prepared to go on your own. Go ahead, explore the hippodrome at your leisure, try some voltes and traveresals please, while I set up your surprise!"
She went to retrieve a pile of pylons, obstacles in the form of a witches hat, reaching up to thighs height, and made a line spaced at regular intervals from them.
"It's a slalom parcours." she commented. "Raku's favorite trick. Try it if you like!"

Iyasu grinned as she fully took hold of Raku's reins. The pair galloped around the hippodrome a few times and managed to fit a few jumps into between. After a while, Amaya set up an interesting obstacle, which she commented was the gelding's favorite.
"Oh? His favorite, eh?" She smirked as she slowed down a little. Iy-chan leaned in and patted Raku gently on the neck as she whispered to him, "Ready to try it with me?"
Without a second thought, Iyasu and Raku gained speed as the horse performed the trick. The geisha was blown away by the the performance. This trick was, indeed, his favorite!

Amaya grinned and nodded as the gelding slipped around the obstacles in full canter, nimble as a squirrel, a laughing Iyasu on top.
What a lovely couple.. I hope she comes here more often!
Aloud, she said: "Good work, you two... now please come up here, I'll give you a carrot to reward him."

While in a giggle fit, she rounded Raku around and headed toward Amaya. The stablemaster held a carrot ready and waiting for Raku. The pair trotted over to Amaya and before Iyasu dismounted, Raku snatched the carrot out of Amaya's hand.
"He surely felt he deserved that reward!" She laughed as she walked over to Amaya's side.

Amaya giggled as Raku greedily chomped down on the carrot and sent some orange-flecked foam flying in all directions in the process. She smirked at one splash that had settled on Iyasu's chest. "I bet you're glad you're not wearing the kimono, ne? All right... I hope you had fun. We better call it a quit now, I don't want you to be sore tomorrow. Would you like to walk him dry or shall I do it?" she said as she secured the stirrups and loosened the girth.

"I should get back to the okiya . . . after I get my hair styled again!" She smiled to Amaya, trying not to flinch of what landed on her. She did like animals, except for their extra packaging.
"Thank you for the lovely time!" Iyasu said with a bow, "I hope you call on me to entertain you!"

Amaya bowed low to the geisha, holding on to the reins.
"It was my pleasure. And I will gladly call on you, whenever I visit the teahouse in the future. I hope the hairstyling is not too unpleasant... and, whenever you need a new hairstyle anyway, I would be honoured if you dropped by to have your hair really messed up again.", she said with a lopsided smile, then politely showed the geisha to the door before she proceeded to walk the horse dry. "Oh, and just leave the clothes in the stable, I will pick them up..."
