Hearing an awful wail from behind, Jericho glanced back to see the Siren open up a window of the train, letting plenty of cold air in. As he was moving away from the ghost to avoid any sort of retaliation it might do, he tripped over some of the dropped luggage, nearly falling on Corbin in the process. He managed to catch himself on the nearby seat but he felt one of his leathery wings smack someone on accident as he did so.
Disliking the dropping temperature inside the train greatly, he trained a rather harsh glare at Israfel.
"CLOSE THE JACK DAMN WINDOW WILL YOU?!" he roared, not caring if he was trying to let the ghost deer escape. The dragon did not want to freeze and despite the delicious fight going on here, it was making him wish he was in his hot cave right about now.

The reprimand got Israfel's attention. A look of shock ran across his face. Close the window? But a breeze had just rolled in? Looking at the boil it didn't seem like he was in pleasure however from the gentle cool air, more like pain. How counterproductive. Pouting the Siren stood by his window. The window. The window of freedom.
"Freeburd." Was all the siren whispered in reply.

For a few moments, Jericho simply stared at Israfel with a fairly flat expression. He couldn't hear the Siren's whispered reply with all the noise so to him there was just this rather awkward silence that occurred between him and the other student.
When it seemed that the window wasn't about to be closed, he let out a sigh and started to make his way over to shut it himself. He tried not to trip over anything else and he tried to keep his wings tucked closer to his body if possible. Once he was at the window, he cast Isra a sidewards glance before closing it firmly.

Riley stood up straight, with her back to the reindeer. This looked negligent - but every end of every tentacle stood at attention, pointing at the reindeer sharply, as if to say I'm watching you.
Her arms folded and she stared at Israfel. Jack knew she wanted to be in the party car, but why was he the only one obviously intoxicated? For that matter, why were they seeing invisible reindeer while sober? This was such a waste; everybody knew the best way to enjoy a good invisible reindeer was while drunk.
Jericho might not have cared if the reindeer escaped, but Riley did. She wanted that window closed just as badly as he did, but was glad to see she didn't have to lift a finger to do anything about it. So far, Jericho had taken care of things well on this trip. He would make a good minion, if she played her cards right.
Thanks, Jericho. She murmured softly. It looks like I've been saying that a lot to you today. I'll have to find a way to make it all up to you.
Sweet talk or no, none of this was getting her any rope. She scanned her surroundings, but she too fell short of finding what she needed. She could only hope someone else could find it for her.
Does anybody in this Jack-forsaken car have some rope I can borrow? This time her message travelled to every member of the car, because she was getting desperate. She was standing in the danger zone, and she knew if more objects got flung at the reindeer, there was a solid chance they'd hit her, instead.

Israfel's jaw dropped as the dragon shut the window. Blue eyes wide in astonishment. It was..he had- NO. IT WOULD NOT STAND. "FREE-" Israfel opened the window again, eyes daring Jericho to close it again. Just try to close it. "BURD."

Now Jericho liked the idea of being owed. Perhaps it could mean he got something nice and shiny later. Grinning at the thought, he nodded to her before glancing around to try and see if there was a rope or anything that could be used like one. There was nothing in the immediate area that he saw.
"You're wel--" his words were cut off by Israfel who had promptly opened the window.
Immediately frowning again, the dragon growled as he slammed the window closed right after the 'BURD' was uttered. The look in his eyes was a similar one to the Siren's (minus whatever drunken gaze Isra might have had).

"NO!!!" he boomed.
And down the window went once again.
"NO FREE BIRD FOR YOU!"
Jericho's own wings were starting to twitch at his backside.

All thoughts of rope were forgotten, because Riley realized that she was about to witness a throwdown. Of seismic proportions.
Where was the pop-scorn when you needed it?

The ghost deer and everything else really was forgotten here.
"OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!"
The window crashed down again. Oh how Jericho wished he had his fire breath right about now else he'd weld the damn thing shut!

Riley turned her head slightly and gave the reindeer a slight look.
Do you see this? She sent to him. Do you see what you've started? This is all your fault you know.
