When Jenova said Angels, Kauro's attention visibly riveted back to her again completely. Angel's had been the term used to describe the children of Adam during the one other clash with the Lilim. Did that mean more of them were here?! "There here?" He asks, voice mild but with an undertone of far more energy and interest then had been there before. "Why would more have been drawn here..." He says to himself, muttering for a moment before focusing again on Jenova. "Where are they?" He asks simply, pretty much set to leave, he had most of what he could get, and if other's were here, he might be able to learn more from them.

Kauro remembered that city, it was a name that had been thrown about for the city he had been inside for a short time while he broke into the tower. But, the way Jenova said it... If a child of Adam had been here for years, and two more had arrived recently... Something had to be drawing them there. But why hadnt he seen them while he had been there? No matter how short the time, he should have at least sensed them, but he had picked up nothing. "Thanks for the information." He said to Jenova, not really having any further purpose here right now. If she wasnt an ancestor, then he had probobly gotten everything he could from her. He turned, heading back towards the exit of the mako-filled chamber to head back out into the open, so he could take to the open sky.

Kauro cocked his head to the side as he saw the little green thing, covered in Jenova cells, with its little knife. Then he turned around, ignoring the little creature as he looked back at Jenova. He knew it woudn't be so simple as that. What looked like the shimmer of a heat wave suddenly came off of him for a moment before disappearing. The tonberry suddenly bumped into something at the cave mouth. As soon as it bumped into it, it did what most any tonberry would do, stabbed. The knife reflected off of something as a series of orange hexagon's appeared in mid-air, emanating from the point of contact for a moment before stopping and vanishing again. "If you wish to destroy me for not joining you," He says conversationally as he walks up to the barrier the tonberry was trying to break through, "Then at least send something stronger to do so." He says, turning to face Jenova again.

Kauro stretched out his arms, looking totally non-plussed by the army amassed in front of him. In truth though, it was pretty impressive for such a short time to get together. "Not willing to fight alone then." He said, as he faced Jenova again, and smiled slightly. "Lets see if they get through before your dead then." He said, shoving his hand straight through the barrier he had erected, grabbing the Tonberry's head and lifting it up as it flailed helplessly, unable to strike him through the barrier that was wrapped around it like a cocoon now. He took its knife, forcing it from the grip of the tonberry and reversing it, ramming it straight through the tonberry's throat, causing blood to go all over his arm and the floor around him. After the flow slowed, he threw the tonberry into the chamber, presumubly the thing dead now, smilign slightly even though his entire right side was now covered in the creature's blood as the barrier smacked back into place between the two of them and Jenova's little army.

The blood covering Kauro and pooled arounf him had been dripping off of his arm, but what was on the ground started moving, towards Kauro and up along his jeans, all the blood coalescing around his right arm before the massive beam fired. The heat wave signifying the raising of his barrier coming up in front of him. He stepped sideways as the beam hit and passed straight through, seeming to phase through the barrier, the orange hexagons parting around it as they normally did. the shot barely skimmed him, tearing open the front of his shirt, it had been that close, before firing through the barrier at the entrance as well, slamming into her amassed army. The blood that had covered the right side of his body abruptly flowed out into his hand, thickening and expanding until suddenly coalescing into a lance, almost six feet long, held in one hand. He reversed his hold so he held it like a throwing spear, and threw it straight at Jenova. the thing cut through the air on a perfect flight path, were, if Jenova didnt move, it would bury itself right in her, lower spine into her stomach, upper right through her chest, reminiscent of the impalement of Lilith actually...

The lance, when it hit Jenova, didnt even slow much, cutting through the leg like butter, and burying itself in the wall. When it hit the wall, it slid in like a hot knife, embedding the full three feet of its tines into the wall all the way to the join. This was not actually a measure of Kauro's strength, but of the special traits of the lance. It had been designed to be able to subdue or destroy the father of all angel's or the mother of all humanity, Adam and Lilith, the creator's. As such, defense feilds didnt matter to it, any kind of metaphisical defense, including things like force feilds and a barrier spell, it cut straight through like rice paper. Not even Kauro's own barrier's at maximum power were capable of even slowing the lance down. This was a weapon of the ancestor's, or a replica at least, with many of the same traits, formed of LCL, the blood of the tonberry he had killed. When the giant struck at Kauro's barrier, the fact that he had three up now had made it just possible for the thing to break through. So, as it's cleaver hit and rended the barrier, it stumbled through, having expected the wrong time and place of its strike, and the barrier reformed behing the thing as Kauro gestured at it. The lance buried in the wall quivered, then seemed to leap out, reversing course and running the giant thing through. Then, the lance dissolved into the blood it had been formed of as the creature fell, Kauro looking up at jenova now. It had had its leg almost torn off without any reaction... This could get interesting.

Kauro watched Jenova forming her tentacle arm's as the blood of the fallen beast came to him, sliding up and along his clothes and skin in rivulet's, there paths along his body almost like one massive, scarlet tattoo. As the attack slammed forward, the barrier held firm for just a fraction of a second before tearing at the impact point, the beam blasting through... right where Kauro had been as it plowed into the ground. That fraction of a second had given him the time he needed, and he had shot upwards just before the strike had hit, the remains of his shirt rippling and billowing in the conflicting air current's the battle was causing inside the closed cavern. He extended a hand to the side slowly, the blood tattoo swirling and twisting along his arm to swirl inwards on his palm, to rivulets of it meeting in a tiny circle in the center of his palm. He glanced towards it before lowering his hand as he landed softly again, sensing something going on behind him, but whatever it was wasnt hitting the barrier, so he was fine for now. He reached out towards the blood still pooled on the ground, as it raised itself upwards, forming again into the shape of another of those lances.

Kauro heard the words of the woman outside as jenova was launching her attack at the lance that was forming, and did a quick recalculation. The lance split apart as the attack was coming at him, suddenly forming into six small orbs of blood, which then shot in jenova's direction, each of them assuming an almost arrow-like shape as they struck, aiming for her main body, mainly the stomach, with one also aiming directly at her head. Kauro, to stop the attack, raised his arm, the blood criss-crossing and tattooing his body darting out into what could only be described as a spiralling drill of blood as it shredded the tentacle's as they came into contact. atleast, that was the intent. In reality, it worked for a moment before the blood-drill was smashed through, and the tentacle's slammed directly into his hastily raised defense feild. they didnt stab him like they would have, but they did punch through and hit hard enough to knock him shooting backwards out of the cavern as the blood-bolts shot at there target.
