Keiji had never seen Jae either while he had been at Yuki but then again there were reasons for that. Different schedules in life and then of course he took a stint traveling around the world with permission from the old Yukikage. Gathering information and learning all that he could. No, it would be no surprise if they had not met before now.

"I could tell." he replied, not snippy at all as he returned the bow but not as deeply as they did. "I apologize for the delay at the gates but right now we cannot be too careful. Either way, you have no more need to worry. As allies of Yukigakure, you are free to roam about the village and to stay as long as needed for your training. There will be a place waiting for you in the residential district if you wish to rest after such a long journey."

Noctis nodded at the Yukikage as he spoke. He was looking around at the academy, in konoha the academy would be full of potential shinobi. But there seemed to be a lot less here."Thank you we shall go get settled in and let you get back to work." Noctis looked over to Jae."Lets go Jae I need to speak with you."

Jae looked on at Noctis, her gaze unflinching. She wasn't backing away from what she had said earlier. She didn't need him and didn't want his help. The only reason why she had come out here with him was because the Hokage had assigned his company to her. She was stubborn and would not bend her will so easily to his just because he was one rank higher than hers. She owed him one for saving her life but that was as far as it went. That was something she could repay some other day and for something more pressing. Looking to the Yukikage, she ducked her head in dismissal, following Noctis out at a slow walk. "Whatever for..." She replied, her voice mild despite her blatant sarcasm.

~ Keiji Chiba ~ Seer of the North ~ Yukigakure ~ Yukikage (Konin) ~ Genjutsu/Sensor ~

Chakra Pool: 710 ~ AC: 50,000 ~ Ryo: ?

Watching as the two shinobi left, Keiji sighed softly before deciding to return to his own training. There was still much to retrain and hopefully he could get that done. Hanzo and Izaya were still outside but surely they would move soon, before Izaya passed out from blood loss. Right now, there was still some water jutsu he had to retrain so the male would set to work on that. First up would be a technique known as Encampment Wall. It was a suiton technique would would be able to repel shinobi and ninutsu under A-rank. Useful to have added to his defense and he'd be able to use it often since he'd be able to predict moves at times.

[Post 1/4]

Since this technique would require that he create a good amount of water for a wall, Keiji was sure he had to step out so that there was no water damage to the floor. The outside area, which had been slightly flooded with water from his previous jutsu, was still a bit flooded. When it was this cold, the ground was condensed and hard, making it more difficult for it to absorb water. At least the water was becoming icy and would turn to ice soon enough. That was something Keiji knew the people of Yukigakure would be able to handle. After all, they were used to living in snow and ice all year round. With slight breaks in between since they had the Spring Generator up and running.

[Post 2/4]

He wondered briefly if the shinobi from Konoha would have a more pleasant stay in the residential area. Granted Jae used to live in the Snow country, yet Konoha was usually quite warm for a good portion of the year. It might mean that the area with the spring generator might be more to her liking than the cold would be. It was interesting to see what Konoha had to offer though and it made Keiji hope that his own village would have shinobi that were just as good. Although hopefully better, he wanted Yukigakure to be a formidable village after all. Something that may be necessary if Zain some how screwed up the mission to Kirigakure. He had not expected too much trouble but things could quickly change, that was for sure.

[Post 3/4]

Now that he was ready, chakra and all, Keiji would begin practicing his technique. First he ran through a long string of hand seals, going through each and every one nearly perfectly since he had used this technique before. A jet of water then left his mouth, forming a wall of sorts that had enough force to repel shinobi and was strong enough to repel ninjutsu under A-rank. Once he let it go, the water fell to the ground and joined the rest of the water that was having trouble sinking into the ground. Satisfied with the technique, Keiji decided that now he would move on to the other B-ranked suiton ninjutsu he had to retrain.

[Post 4/4 Learned Water Encampment Wall]

Since he had the water available to him, it was time for the next jutsu he wanted to retrain. It was known as the Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death. A single hand seal was needed to activate the jutsu and water molecules or water in the area. Then the water would fly up into the air and form into needles, staying motionless in the air for as long as needed. Although after they were sent to go, they could not be stopped, then the opponent would have to deal with anywhere from one to one thousand senbon needles flying towards them.

[Post 1/4]

Not wanting to get his shoes muddy, the Yukikage stayed at the edge of the water and looked for a training dummy. Fortunately, there was one there, a little beaten up but still useable. It could take a couple of senbon to it's body and still be useable in the future. Honestly, the academy would need a bit of renovating, as would the dojo. Hopefully there would be money in the budget but he would have to look and see. Maybe at some point, there would be more medical shinobi to leave the academy and step forward. Then he could institute a medical corp for Yukigakure. Then after that, the Anbu and Oinin corps could be brought up to speed with powerful shinobi once more.

[Post 2/4]

There had to be some sort of way to direct funds to where they needed to go. Keiji certainly did not have any funds left after he had traveled so much. He'd even had to take on odd jobs while he was out traveling. No, this village would need the shinobi of this village to come together so that this place could be brought back to it's former glory. For now though, it would have to wait and Keiji had to keep focusing on retraining his own techniques. That way he could at least protect his village just on the chance that there would be an attack. It seemed unlikely since they were not a threat and had not done nothing, yet better safe than sorry.

[Post 3/4]

Having gathered his chakra and now ready to begin the technique, Keiji formed the hand seal needed for the attack and gathered the nearby water. Water rose up into the air, taking shape as fifty senbon needles, all pointed right at the training dummy. He let them float for just a few seconds, holding his focus and just waiting, before he finally willed them forward towards the training dummy. They flew fast, quickly closing the distance and imbedding themselves in different parts of the training dummy. They went in fairly deep and stayed solid for a couple of seconds. Then they de-solidified, turning back to water and splashing on the dummy and to the ground.

[Post 4/4 Learned Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death]

Now would come the harder techniques to relearn and master, the last three techniques he would learn were A-ranked and above. Well, two were actually A-rank, one fuuton jutsu and then one suiton jutsu. The last one was an S+ rank technique of the suiton variety. It would be quite useful for him since it would help replenish his chakra while depleting that of the opponent. That would have to wait until later though. Right now, he had to focus on the A-ranked techniques he had to practice. Then he could focus on one of the most powerful jutsu a person could learn.

[Post 1/6]

The first technique he would retrain was known simply as Currents. It would help solidify his nickname as Seer of the North. Using Currents, he could use the wind and read it, he could read the chakra pulses and tell what was coming next. As a sensor, he would be able to sense a person coming and their bloodlines. However, he wanted to be able to know what was coming next, especially if it came down to techniques that required jutsu. It would be able to help him and help to keep him better alive. It would be fairly easy to retrain, all he had to do was stay where he was and he would be able to feel the bursts of chakra.

[Post 2/6]

It should have been easy enough since there were some shinobi inside training. The winds would carry the chakra to him and then the male would be able to predict what they were going to do. He was sure they would not mind if he used them as part of his training. After all, he was the Yukikage and it was not as if he were attacking them. Crouching down slightly, he jumped up to the roof, after focusing some chakra into his feet of course. Once he reached the level of the roof, he placed his left hand on the edge and pulled himself over the rest of the way. He turned about so that he could park himself on the edge, letting his legs hang off the edge. This was as good of a spot as any to wait and read the wind currents.

[Post 3/6]

He was not up high enough that he could see everything in the village, yet he could see a good amount of it. The village was definitely much more lively when he had been here, or so it had seemed to be. There seemed to have been more shinobi out and about. People were training and going on missions, they were doing all sorts of things in the name of this village. Keiji wanted to get it back to it's former glory and that would mean he'd need to have more active shinobi. He was just not sure how to make it so though, it was not as if he could force people through the academy. Maybe there would be some sort of reward for signing up but Keiji was not at all sure if he could afford it.

[Post 4/6]

Sighing softly, the male closed his eyes as a light breeze came by him. This was just so frustrating. How could Yukigakure have gotten this bad? Had the previous Yukikage not been so diligent? Hadn't he cared about the fate of this village? It was such bitter thoughts he was thinking but they had to be pushed from his mind for the time being. There was not much use in thinking like that or blaming people. Right now he had to focus on the present and what he would do in the future. Hopefully Zain would come back with some interesting and useful information. Something that could help the village in some way or another. Information was always valuable, one just had to find the right application for such knowledge.

[Post 5/6]

Waiting patiently, he began to feel the bursts of chakra traveling along the wind, coming out from the academy and around him. He had learned this technique before and it was not hard to feel the chakra brought by the wind. This would definitely be helpful since there was usually always wind, wind was wherever there was air and that was every where in the world. It was a technique that Keiji had always found useful and one he would of course use plenty of times in the future. Satisfied that he had learned this technique, it was time to move on to the next important technique that he had to retrain before going back to retrain some more genjutsu.

[Post 6/6 learned Currents]

Next was an important technique that he absolutely had to retrain, the Water Body Clone technique. It was one of the most powerful suiton jutsus available, since it allowed him to create full powered clones even without a body of water. It was also a technique that one had to be careful about when using. Keiji and all of his clones would share the same chakra pool, thus if one of the clones used a technique, then it would detract from the chakra available to all of them. The one problem with the clones being that one solid hit would cause them to disappear.

[Post 1/6]

Despite some of the problems that came with this technique, it was undoubtedly useful. Especially if he had to go out and leave a clone behind to take care of business while he was out. The male would set right to work on this technique. It would require a good amount of chakra to use but not so much since he would just create one. After that one clone was created, he would send it on it's way back to the office. Then, on the off chance that some more shinobi showed up, having passed from the academy, then the clone would be able to deal with them. By which he of course meant that the clone would give them their headbands.

[Post 2/6]

Wanting to get to work quickly, the male stood and was now standing on the edge of the roof. There was not much wrong with working on the roof of the academy, it was a nice open space. Plus so long as he was careful and did not cause any damage, then the people would not mind, correct? Besides, if there was some wear caused by him walking on the roof. Well, he was sure somewhere down the line, he would be able to repair the village if given the proper amount of funds. For now though, he would have to focus on creating a water body clone to send back to the office.

[Post 3/6]

Although it was a little hard to focus since he was hungry. He still had not taken the time to get a bite to eat. There was still that one restaurant open as far as he knew. What really sounded good was having some noodles with beef at the moment. Perhaps with peanuts cooked in. That was probably a lot of starch but still. He may have been feeling a little peck-ish at the moment, yet right now his mind was focused on completing his retraining. What if the shinobi from Konoha had decided to ask him for a spar? He'd need to be at the top of his game if this were to happen.

[Post 4/6]

Groaning softly, the Yukikage could feel his stomach grumble for a moment or two. Taking a deep breath, he stretched his arms above his head and turned this way and that to gently crack his back. So far, so good, but he knew that this retraining would be nothing compared to what was to come. An end all technique that would solidify his position as Kage of this village. One of various techniques that he would be feared for, but not more than the genjutsu techniques he would have up his sleeve. That retraining would come soon though, for now he had to focus on getting the last of this ninjutsu out of his way.

[Post 5/6]

Focusing his chakra, Keiji made the appropriate hand seals as he used the right amount to create a water clone. Soon one appeared, made of water that was pulled out of the air or created by Keiji himself. A perfect clone of himself appeared, they both looked each other up and down. "Excellent. You know what I wish for you to do?" asked Keiji, receiving a nod from his clone before the other spoke up "Yes, I'll be at the office until you get back. And please get something to eat soon, I'm starving." With a final nod to his clone, Keiji watched as the other jumped off the roof to another, repeating the jump from roof to roof as he headed for the office.

[Post 6/6 learned Water Body Clone Technique]

There was one last jutsu for him to learn and then he would be done with ninjutsu for now. It was a powerful technique that would easily replenish his chakra and take away that of his opponents. It was an S+ rank technique known as Mist Rain. Basically, it would be a sort of rain or mist that he would breath out through his mouth. It would prevent a jump's worth of height and it would eat up any and all jutsu moves and demonic auras. Half of the chakra absorbed would be used to keep the jutsu going, the other half would go to him and fill up his own chakra pool.

[Post 1/9]

If it did not absorb anything then it would only last for a little while. However, if it had last absorbed something, then it would last a little while longer. It was a technique that would be quite devastating, especially if he absorbed the chakra of a large group. The mist would keep going and he would have plenty of chakra to unleash a barrage of deadly techniques. It really was an ingenious trick that the shinobi of Kirigakure had created. It would be really devious if used in Kiri, where a place that had plenty of mist, people would not immediately catch on to the trick.

[Post 2/9]

As he prepared his chakra for the upcoming technique, Keiji had to wonder how Zain was doing on his mission. While he had traveled straight back to Yukigakure in the last month, he had not heard of trouble from Kirigakure. It should have been easy to slip in as a traveler, provided that Zain was able to seem so unassuming and lie quite well. Still, any bit of information would help and Keiji was dying to know the status of the village. For anyone that was not an ally, he would want to keep tabs on them. Did Zain know that Kiri's ally was Kumo? Hopefully the man had kept up with his information, yet Keiji should have mentioned something.

[Post 3/9]

Although, even if he had mentioned something and Zain lied, would the Anbu at the gate believe it? There was no doubt about lying but if the village was in a state of alert, they would double check. Then the risk of Zain being discovered would of increased and then trouble may have brewed. As soon as the monk came home, they would have a full discussion on the matter before he ran off to get married. Honestly, marriage at a time like this... the thought still annoyed Keiji but who was he to deny the two jounin what they wanted? If he did then there would be discourse from two of the three jounin that worked for him.

[Post 4/9]

Honestly, this all bothered him to no end, the limited shinobi that worked for him. They really did not seem to see the problem that there was with the village. Sure, they should go on as they normally would, on missions and the like. But with two of his three jounin off eloping and what not, who would train the genin? Well, the obvious answer to that was that Keiji himself would have to take over. Something he was not sure that he looked forward to. How long had it been since he had instructed a shinobi? Too long, hopefully he could do a good enough job that the shinobi would catch on and then grow stronger.

[Post 5/9]

Scowling, Keiji took a deep breath and let it out in a sigh. This was certainly a time where he wished he was not stuck inside his village. He could go out and sneak into villages and gather information. No, if things were to be done right, then he needed a true Anbu and Oinin squad, a squad meant to gather information. They would know the proper techniques and they would be fantastic at espionage. Well, perhaps not fantastic, yet they were bound to be very good at what they were trained to do. Keiji may not have been equipped to teach said skills, but he could handle the instructions.

[Post 6/9]

Yet where were the genin that would be fit for the job? Perhaps the girl with the piccolo, Michiko? Yes, she had genjutsu and her skills were bound to be quite good. Anbu were to be most important but there would also be hunter shinobi that needed to be trained as well. If he were to have anyone as his first Anbu, then he would have to put his efforts and hopes on Michiko. She was still here at the academy, so he would have to have a word with her and see what her plans were. It seemed that she was quite polite, perhaps she wanted to be a performer of sorts as well as being a shinobi? Keiji would have to have that talk with her to be sure of her plans.

[Post 7/9]

Who else would make a good Anbu or Oinin? It was hard to say but Hanzo may possibly be up for the job and then there was another girl and another boy that may have possibly qualified. He would need to have a talk with them individually to know their plans. Keiji wanted only the best to serve since they would need to be the best. If he could just get one then that would be a good amount of progress already. With that plan set in mind, Keiji got ready to practice the Mist Rain so that he could move on to his genjutsu. Ready, willing and able now...

[Post 8/9]

Now he was ready, he had a large amount of chakra ready to use for this upcoming ninjutsu. With that in place, the male ran through the appropriate amount of hand seals and opened his mouth. Taking in a deep breath, he let it out and only let out enough to cover the roof. Nothing would spill over and affect anyone else training around the academy. The mist was a perfect success and he did not feel it eating away at his own chakra. With this technique an obvious success, the male let the mist dissipate before jumping off the roof and onto a dry patch of ground. After which, he would move back inside the academy, in a room of his own, and begin training his genjutsu once more.

~ Keiji Chiba ~ Seer of the North ~ Yukigakure ~ Yukikage (Konin) ~ Genjutsu/Sensor ~

Chakra Pool: 710 ~ AC: 50,000 ~ Ryo: ?

Now things would start to speed up, he had a natural talent for genjutsu. The retraining would go by quickly and then he would be ready for almost anything that came his way. Although he could do with a bit more taijutsu training. Just so that he would be even more formidable to anyone who wanted to go toe to toe with him in battle. For now though, he would just focus on retraining the genjutsu technique, Nightmare Shadow. It was a rather devious technique and it would be easy for him to practice.

[Post 1/1 Learned Nightmare Shadow]

For this technique, the shadows would be manipulated and hint at a person's past. For it to be completely effective, Keiji would have to stay out of sight or the shadows would be affected. It was a simple matter of running through the hand seals, his chakra was gathered and he let it loose. Even without a target, it was obvious that the technique was a success. It felt right, the hand seals had been correct, and he'd used the correct amount of chakra. Satisfied with his work, the male moved on to the next technique he needed to retrain.

[Post 1/1 Learned Inflict Emotion Technique]

The next desired technique to learn was known as Inflict Emotion technique. It was a high level of genjutsu to use and Keiji would be able to make them feel any emotion he would want them to feel. Which would of course, help him to manipulate a person and turn the battle in his favor. It would be one of many high leveled techniques that would be quite helpful. All he would need to do was gather the necessary amount of chakra and use the proper hand seals to make this genjutsu and set it loose upon the desired target.

[Post 1/1 Learned Nausea]

Since he would not be using this upon a target, Keiji would instead let the chakra build so that it could be released. As if he were to be using it upon a person. Focusing his chakra, gathering the proper amount, he went through the appropriate hand seals. Then he set the attack to go in a certain direction and let the technique go. It felt as right as it usually did, the right amount of chakra was let go, the hand seals were performed correctly, it all seemed correct to him. Satisfied that he had learned the technique correctly, Keiji went over in his mind what the next technique to learn would be.

[Post 1/1 Learned Kakkou's Genjutsu Interrogation Technique]

Next would be a technique known as Nausea. It was a fairly skilled technique, the nose of the enemy would begin smelling the most unpleasant and rancid odors. The smells could over power a person and cause them to start vomiting in some cases. The sickness would greatly affect the person and make them vulnerable for a short amount of time. Not only that, but such a sickness and vomiting would weaken a person both physically and even mentally. It would set them up to fall for even more genjutsu techniques that would bring them further harm in a way.

[Post 1/1 Learned Whispers from the Dead]

Gathering his chakra, the male gathered the appropriate amount so that he could use it for his technique. The male went through the hand seals and then let the technique go at a target that was not there. It felt right and so Keiji would call the retraining a success. If being Yukikage did not work out then he could certainly serve his village as an interrogator. As far as he knew, he was not sure if the other villages had a master interrogator. Things had been so peaceful that he wasn't sure there was really a need for such a thing after all.

[Post 1/1 Learned Art of the Fake Death]

Next was a technique known as Whispers from the Dead. It was another devious genjutsu that affected people who had lost loved ones, family, or friends. Ones that they had not seen for a very long time. They would speak to them and say awful things, calling them a failure and recalling bad things that had happened in the target's past. There were other devious genjutsu to retrain but the male decided to stick with ones that would certainly work the best and give him information. After all, the targets would certainly speak up in such a state, wouldn't they?

[Post 1/2]

This would be his fourth technique down and then after this he would only need one more B rank technique before moving onto the A rank techniques. Keiji was able to gather up his chakra, go through the hand seals, and then let it go. It felt just as right as it usually did and Keiji felt satisfied. Although he could feel that Noctis was at his office and would be speaking with his water clone soon enough. Either way, his clone would be more than capable of handling it, while the real him continued to retrain his genjutsu techniques.

[Post 2/2 learned Art of the Fake Death]

Next was an important technique known as the Art of the Fake Death. It would be useful to fool an opponent before attacking them or fleeing. It would just be an illusion of himself that had fallen of course and the real him would be in a different spot. Definitely useful and Keiji would definitely use it on the off chance that a person tried to kill him. It would not at all be hard for him to learn and Keiji was sure that he would breeze through it. Although hopefully no one would come to bother him as he trained.

[Post 1/2]

He wondered, now that Zain was back, what sort of information would the male bring him? Hopefully it would be something useful that would indicate the state of Kirigakure village. If he just had some idea then perhaps that bit of knowledge could be useful. Keiji could not be sure if Zain had the right amount of information but he would have to discern that for himself later. In the meantime, he had once again gathered up the appropriate amount of chakra, did the right hand seals, and then released the technique to fool a target that was not even there.

[Post 2/2 Learned World of the Dead Fissure technique]

The next technique to learn was known as World of the Dead Fissure. It was funny, the more complicated and higher up the techniques were, the more devastating and psychologically scarring they could be. Then again, these were not childish illusions, pretending to make things disappear and the like. No, the whole point of genjutsu was to affect the mind and it would be done in any way possible. These were techniques that would only be used as a last resort if necessary. Keiji knew of the destruction that they caused and he would take care in knowing when and if to use them.

[Post 1/2]

This technique would take a little longer to retrain but the results would be well worth the effort. With this technique, an opponent would see a fissure appear before them. Then voices of people that they recognized would come from the fissure, lamenting over their "deaths" and wold call for the target to join them in hell. This would undoubtedly scare a person, distracting them and psychologically harming them. Despite how terrifying this technique could be, it was nowhere near as bad as some of the other genjutsu techniques that Keiji would have up his sleeve.

[Post 2/2 Learned False Body technique]

Having gathered a high amount of chakra, Keiji focused on the technique he planned to use and was ready to run through the hand seals. His hands flew by fairly quickly, readying the genjutsu technique, and then he finally released it. It would not affect anyone since there was no one in the room that he was in, yet it was more up to his own judgement. His judgement was, of course, good since he was pretty much an expert as far as genjutsu went. Thus he was satisfied that he had retrained his technique and would move on to the next one.

[Post 1/2]

The next useful genjutsu he would learn was known as the False Body technique. It was a technique that proved not all high ranked genjutsu were meant to torment and terrify the opponents. They were also used as a means to escape and fool the opponent. It was all merely a matter of how one would go about successfully fooling the opponent. In which case, timing would be everything. If something seemed the slightest bit off, then the illusion would not work and opportunities would be lost.

[Post 2/2 Learned Vision of Doom]

Since that took care of the A ranked jutsu he had to learn, Keiji would now move on to the S-ranked jutsu. These were truly some of the most dangerous genjutsu to use on a person and, in some cases, the most useful. What S-ranked genjutsu were mostly known for were the terrifying images given to a person. Horrible images of being eaten alive, of time passing by while they stood still. All of it terrible and traumatizing in one way or another. All of it Keiji was able to weave fairly masterfully and with little hiccup in the execution.

[Post 1/5]

First things first was a technique known as Lapse of Memory technique. It was a rather devious technique that grew worse the more the opponent was exposed to it. There would be a series of snaps, five at most, and each time he snapped, the target would suffer more and more memory loss. It would only be temporary of course, the severest amnesia would slowly fade away and then a person could continue battling. Although they would be severely limited until a good amount of time passed. Useful and battle, although possibly useful in acts of espionage if used correctly.

[Post 2/5]

It could be just as useful as the False Body technique and as useful as the Vision of Doom technique. Both of which Keiji had learned just before he began retraining his S-ranked techniques. The False Body technique was like the clone technique, only his fake body would be quite real. It would also look quite dead, with a certain way that it was killed. If used correctly, he could easily fool an opponent into believing he was dead. This genjutsu appeared so real, that a person could actually cut into the body. Very useful and very good to use in conjunction with something, say the Art of the Fake Death technique.

[Post 3/5]

From what he could tell, Noctis was gone from his office. His clone would take down necessary notes, knowing what would be important to keep. Which would leave the real Keiji free to keep on training. Only three more genjutsu to go, then he could take a break and grab a bite to eat. He was still thinking of those noodles with beef and peanuts in a sweet brown sauce. His stomach was ready to start roaring in protest over going so long without a meal. Keiji just had to remind it though, that he was almost done with his training and then they could go get a bite to eat.

[Post 4/5]

For now though, it was time for him to use his chakra and let loose this technique. This one would require a good amount of chakra and it would require a fairly big amount of hand seals. With the technique, after he showed the number of hand seals, he would bring out his hand and snap his fingers. Once, twice, three, four, and five times. That was the maximum amount of times he could snap his fingers and the memory loss became more severe each time. Keiji knew of the warnings though, if used numerous times then it could cause terrible damage to a person's memory, he had to be careful with it.

[Post 5/5 Learned Lapse of Memory technique]

As before, he would gather up his chakra so that he could let loose the attack, although he would not actually hit a living target. Keiji ran through the appropriate hand seals and let the technique go. It was more of feeling if it was right, especially since he did not have a living target to practice on. So far so good, that was three genjutsu techniques down, he only have about say, twelve more to go, give it a little bit less for some really big techniques that took up a lot of chakra.

[Post 1/5]

The next technique to relearn was one that would help him gather information if he so needed to. Not to mention it was a technique that he could teach to other shinobi that would become the information gatherers of the village. It was a genjutsu technique that affected the senses of a person and put them under immense pressure. Unless they had a very strong will, they were bound to break and spill whatever secrets they were with holding. Perhaps it did not seem like much, yet if coupled with accurate and hurtful information, a person would fold easily.

[Post 2/5]

The next technique to learn was known as Infinite Stone technique. He was already making good progress and he was almost ready to let the technique loose on an invisible target. After this, there would only be one more technique to learn and then Keiji was ready to go off and get his lunch. This was a little much though, it was as if he were thinking of food so much now. Then again, he was used to at least having three small meals a day at certain times. His stomach was going to protest until he'd finally eaten at least a little something.

[Post 3/5]

It was hard to stay focused at times when one was so hungry but Keiji had to do this sort of thing before. When he traveled about the world, he had to keep his focus, even when he missed meals. Which had happened more often the longer he continued to travel. Keiji had to keep moving though, had to make it to the next town, the next place of refuge. He had to get some places, places where he could get information but only at certain times in some cases. His travels had helped not only to help him gain information, but to toughen him up a little as well.

[Post 4/5]

Now that he had gathered the appropriate amount of chakra necessary for this technique, Keiji went through the hand seals necessary to perform this technique. Once the technique was ready, he let it go and it hit nothing. There was no human target to practice this on, Keiji would not even dare to try such a thing. Plenty of people had gone insane when subjected to this technique and even if they didn't, they would be traumatized at the very least. This was one end all technique that would only be reserved for certain enemies that tried to harm him.

[Post 5/5 Learned Infinite Stone technique]

There was but one technique left to learn and it was not considered harmful compared to the other two. It was a technique known as the Voice of Command. It was one of three different different voices he had learned but he would have to wait to retrain the other two later. The other two were a bit more scary than this one, yet this one was necessary since he did wanted to be able to more successfully manipulate a person. Or it would easily help quell a mob if things should go that far, but it seemed rather doubtful to the Yukikage.

[Post 1/5]

Certain the Infinite Stone technique was much more dangerous and harmful. A year could pass in a second, decades would go by before the technique wore off on it's own and the person was free. Unless Keiji decided to stop the genjutsu on his own. Or perhaps there was a way to break the genjutsu from the outside? Would a person be able to break their friend out of the trance or would the target need a large amount of will to break free? Keiji was not sure, but what he was sure of was that it would be hard, if not impossible to break free.

[Post 2/5]

For this technique, he would need to gather a good amount of chakra and focus it in his vocal chords. He would most likely need just a single seal or a couple more than that to make this work. While he gathered up his chakra to prepare for this technique, he could feel his stomach begin to grumble again. Honestly, he really did want to eat but right now there was too much to do! He had to finish retraining this technique and then he would have to have a talk with Michiko. She was still a very good candidate to train into an Anbu and he had to speak with her as soon as he could.

[Post 3/5]

At least after he was finished with his retraining, he would be able to take it easy for at least a little while. Until he got an encyclopedia or atlas, then he felt he would not be able to retrain any more of the techniques he had learned a long time ago. Perhaps before he began training the genin, he would have them pick one or two up for him. Then he could retrain his techniques as he helped them learn the jutsus that they needed to learn. It seemed like a rather solid plan, yet to get the ball rolling, he would need to finish up his training for right now and then get to the rest of his work.

[Post 4/5]

Now that he had gathered up enough chakra, the male was ready to let loose this final technique. Even though there would not be anyone here for him to try and persuade, the male knew he would be able to feel if he had performed the technique correctly. Once his chakra was focused where it needed to be, the male began to speak. It was nothing great or dramatic, yet he sounded quite persuasive to him. It certainly felt like it was a success and that was what Keiji would call it. Now that his training had come to temporary end for the moment, he would leave the room and track down Michiko.

XXXAt the Yukikage's modest response, Michiko could only smile and shake her head at his apology. "No need to apologize, everyone deserves a chance to train." Michiko felt strongly for her words at that moment since it was the truth. Just because one is thrust upon a higher role doesn't mean that they should negate themselves and what is important to them. As her instructor once told her when she caught her practicing the same piece over and over again. Though I may be a teacher, I'm still a student. In this ever progressing world, one will never completely learn all there is to know. Those worlds have been locked in the back of Michiko's head since and no matter how well she is able to play a piece now, she will always go back to it. 'Hm...now that I think about it...I should go back to my basics too...maybe by rehearsing those will I master that piece...'

Recalling Keiji's invitation for her to place in her verbal report, Michiko would smile and part her lips only to close them again. 'Hm...what to say...?' Suddenly going blank on how this verbal report thing actually worked, Michiko was rather glad when another person exited the academy. Turning to face the youth just as the Yukikage uttered his name and heritage, Michiko would give the strangely bandaged male a small bow in greeting. Now was not the time to speak. As such she would leave it to this new comer or her kage to continue the flow of conversation. The youth's indication of Izaya's wound came as a shock for Michiko as she honestly did not take note of it during their earlier conversation. Having just came back to reality after drifting off into her world of music, Michiko's mind was definitely not in complete focus. 'Oh dear...how careless of me...' And from the way her kage responded to the wound would only help to further prove its bad condition to the young musician. At the realization that the would would need to be taken up in the hospital meant a serious wound and Michiko couldn't help but wince at the thought. Feeling rather guilty for not realizing it, Michiko thought it might be a good gesture of repentance if she took up the job to escort Izaya.

Michiko would once again be a step too late as Hanzo spoke first and took the offer. 'Oh well...as long as he gets to the hospital safely...' Mocha eyes turned towards the two males, Michiko would take a moment to see how things progressed before announcing her report. Unfortunately the fates just didn't seem to want her to speak as a static sound erupted from the headset adorned by Keiji. Doing her best to remain on her best behavior, Michiko would merely shift a bit in her stance before returning onto a complete respectable position. No sooner had she finished her quick readjustment did Keiji return his attention to them to give them all a small warning about upcoming guests. 'Hm...at this point in time? Wonder why...' Michiko wasn't even given the chance to inquire about possible training while he attended to their guests when the two from Konohagakure appeared. Unable to say anything else, Michiko would just give the two a low bow before deciding she might as well head indoors for a bit to practice. Giving Donzo and Izaya a small bow in parting, Michiko would then make her way into one of the few empty classrooms to play her music. With luck, the conversation between the Yukikage and the two guests will be brief and she will finally be able to present her report. 'If only I knew what I had to say...'

Shaking her head clear of such thoughts, Michiko would prop herself onto one of the classrooms many desks to sit on. Though it was the proper thing to sit on a chair, Michiko was feeling rather daring today so she choose to settle comfortably on a desk instead. 'Guess I'll just play for a bit to relax myself...' Piccolo to her lips, Michiko would begin to play another solo piece. This one was more depressing and eerie then the last one but it was quite an interesting piece to play. That and it was one movement out of three. 'Should start with the first but I like this one best.'

{Sry Jel. >< Its been 48hrs. Gonna need to move Michiko along...}

Now that he was finished training, Keiji had gone on the search for Michiko. Well, it was not so much a search as walking towards the area she was in. He did not even need to keep an ear open and listen to her music to track her down. He just had to hone in on her chakra and go to the room she was in. Walking into the classroom, Keiji watched the girl sit on the desk and waited for her to stop playing before speaking up. "Miss Michiko, I apologize for earlier. You were to give me a report on the missions I gave you, yet things had gotten quite busy. But before you give me a report, there is another matter I wish to address with you." Pausing for a moment, giving her a chance to absorb all of what he said, he continued by asking "Have you heard of Anbu? I feel as thought we are quite lacking at the moment, and I am wondering if you would be interested in becoming one as you become higher in rank."

☆═━┈♫___Sapphire walked into the academy and looked around. She toyed with the flower in her hair for a few moments before continuing on her way. She walked over to the shelves and picked out a couple of scrolls she had been meaning to get to for some time before turning back to see her partner walk in. She smiled to Fang, the small white wolf pup she and her mother had found so long ago. She was no longer such a pup though. She stood decently tall. Up to Sapphire's knees now. She scratched behind his ears and kissed the top of his head. He was the only true person she could ever trust in this world. He looked to her and in his own way, smiled back to her. He then nudged her forward. He was right she told herself. It was time to begin the training.

Sapphire knew she needed a headband though. The only person she was told could give it to her was the Yukikage, And speak of the devil, he was there. She wasn't to far from him, and luckily she had overheard some of his conversation due to her heightened senses. She had been wanting to become an ANBU her entire life. Albeit for different reasons. She walked over to him, Fang on her heels. She lightly tapped on his shoulder, giving a very adorable smile. "Um...sir? Mr. Yukikage? I was wondering a few things...and I don't mean to bother but....Do you think I could get a headband from you? And I also overheard some of your conversation, which I am very sorry about. But I have been wanting to become an ANBU my entire life, ever since I was a little girl. I could prove myself to you as I grow in rank."

While waiting for Michiko to give her response, another chakra source had entered the academy. This one Keiji could not put a name to it but as the source approached him, he heard two things. One was regular foot steps, made by a human. The other, there was a slight clicking, familiar enough... it sounded like an animal, most likely a canine of some sort. He felt the tap on his shoulder and did not turn to face her just yet, but instead listened to her as she spoke. When she finished Keiji finally spoke "A tamer shinobi as an Anbu... an interesting idea. Although you may be more suited as a hunter nin since your companion would be able to track them down." Turning around after he said this, he got a better look at her. Despite being a tamer shinobi, she was more lean than muscular and the amount of chakra she had as a genin suggested ninjutsu or genjutsu user. "However, if you feel you can gather information through spying, I would not find it out of the question. As for your headband though, I keep them at my office, inside of a desk. I already have a water clone there to distribute them." Then the clone could run through the speech and such. "Just tell my water clone that you would like to return back to the academy to speak with me."

XXXMichiko would finish her song shortly after the arrival of her kage. At the time though, Michiko would have been too absorbed in her music to actually take note of his arrival which is something she best watch out for once she's out in the real world. To lose herself in music would mean death should an enemy take advantage of her lack of ties to reality. Ending the song, Michiko would lower the piccolo a bit and her head would raise ever so slightly as her eyes fluttered back open. Still in a moment of readjusting, Michiko would have just begun to recall her location when the voice of Keiji speaking to her snapped her instantly awake. Hands shooting down to her lap immediately, the rest of her body would sudden straighten in the presence of the Yukikage. Michiko was rather embarrassed and if she had to compare this feeling to anything, it would be that it was really similar to how she was caught eating sweets by her instructor during break. Sweets and woodwinds just don't mix and Michiko would spend the next hour learning about it from her instructor. 'I should hop on down...but he's still speaking...best I wait...'

When the Yukikage once more apologized for performing his duties as kage, Michiko could only offer a sincerely smile and nod. The last bit of his statement made her tense as he mentioned there was another matter he would like to address. 'Did I do something wrong so early on?' Not trusting her voice, Michiko could only nod her head once more. The pestering thought that she was going to get scolding would continue to eat away at the back of her mind but luckily, it would be proven wrong as instead, the Yukikage offered up a higher level of training for her. 'Anub?! Omg. That's such an honor...it was also mother's goal...' Smiling in pure happiness, Michiko would take a moment to think about how her mother would react to such news and all the extra training she would receive if she were to accept. 'Such an unexpected branch...' That moment though would be all the fates needed to pull someone else along to distract Keiji's attention.

Finally unable to hold it in, Michiko would let loose a soft sigh as she awaited for these bits of conversation to conclude. The fact that the girl overheard bits of their conversation peeved Michiko but this was an open space and such things were possible. 'Besides, I'm probably one of many that Yukikage-dono will be recruiting...' Once Keiji had finished off with a statement that Michiko found rather final, she would hop off the desk and speak out before there could be anymore disturbances.
"Sorry to intrude. Yukikage-dono, I've heard much about the ANBU from my mother. It was her dream to achieve such a rank before she settled down and it would be an honor to take up such a position should I meet all the requirements." Posture as proper as ever, Michiko could only hope that there will be no more interruptions before she could get into her report.

Tochiga, Hanzo
ll Gennin // MainClass: Bukijutsu // Subclass: Bloodline // AC: 0 // CP: 220 - 5 ll

With his lips slightly ajar and eyes riddled with confusion, Hanzo prompted to speak until he realized that he couldn't. The Yukikage had announced two visitors from Konoha, the very village with the rogues on loose. Not only that, the two arrivals weren't shy of being shinobi. He said nothing and instead looked back to the male known as Izaya. The one with the bleeding arm who still left his arm hanging. Hanzo lowered his arm as he felt it began to ache from holding it out so long. Perhaps next time he'll only extend halfway.

He gazed ahead at the younger boy. Hanzo was not the impatient type but he believed the injury of his peers to be, especially right now. Any longer and the wound might start to fester. He sighed, stroking the frumpy haired backside of his head while wondering whether he really should just grab the bloody boy and go. I volunteered..hoping to set a better impression on the Kage. I suppose I must take responsibility..even though it's kinda of a drag. His lazy eyes sought out a fairly pleasant solution. He placed his hands together and formed the seals. A split second later, a legitimate clone had 'poofed' right next to the user. The clone approached Izaya, bent his torso down and rose back up with the boy in his arms, bridal style. "You should take it easy. Hm?" The clone reflected Hanzo's gentle smile, hidden with the same taste of laziness that was reluctant in it's secrecy. Just as he turned, he sent the same narcissistic wink to his copy while heading to the doors of the Dojo. [ So, at this point, I just wanted to give Jelani that chance to stay or follow instead of just dragging him. ]

Now that the pending issue had finally been solved, Hanzo turned his attention back to the Yukikage and the surrounding two girls. This time his eyes were wider with traces of interest. Again, he walked back forward to hear the news. What could he be discussing with them? He did hear bits about 'higher rank' and of becoming an 'anbu' or 'hunter nin'. How very mystical.

He rose a wrapped hand with fingers that slithered from his flowing sleeve. "Hi~ Yes~ I would just like to say, that I've always wanted to be an Onion. Sir." Hanzo was a quirky boy growing up. The days he skipped Academy lectures and classes, he spent self-teaching while also watching toons. So his innate ability to pick up words of his native language was slightly cracked. Despite his confusion with the term 'Oinin' Hanzo frankly came in terms to this opportunity as a scapegoat to average gennin things. Like...training. Anyway, he awkwardly announced his statement while strongly speaking, stepping in with a face so neutral on the exceptions of perkish interests rounding out his temples.

It seemed as if people came running if the word Anbu or Oinin was mentioned. Since Hanzo, apparently having taken Izaya to the hospital or somewhere he could be treated, had come into the room and volunteered. Keiji was actually pleased, even if he did not show it, aside from the small smile of course. Although he did say "Oinin, Mister Hanzo. Oinin are typically hunter-nin found only Kirigakure, charged with the task to hunt down rogue shinobi." Still, aside from that small hiccup and with the three of them still there he said "Very well... since there are three of you, I may as well make it official. The three of you will be in a team. All of you will be trained by me and you will be trained to be apart of a new corps I have in mind that will be exclusive to Yukigakure. I'm sure my clone at the office has already made a bit of preparation for this, but to ensure some privacy, I would like for us to all adjourn to my office." This way no other people could pop up and interrupt him.

XXXLife is funny sometimes. There will be days when you would wait and wait but hardly anyone would show up and then there will be the sudden unexpected hour where crowds upon crowds come upon you. This to Michiko was that said hour. When she had went to greet the kage earlier on during the day, it was pretty much empty and he had a lot of time to himself. Now...it was like every new second, should she hesitate, someone new will come and claim the Yukikage's attention. 'And I still haven't given in my report...without it my mission can't really be considered officially complete could it...?' Remaining silent as Hanzo reappeared, most likely haven't already saw to it that Izaya was safe and receiving proper treatment for his wound, Michiko would give him a small nod of her head in greeting. 'Seems like this is a rather popular position...its highly dangerous though...or at least from what I've gathered...'

Michiko would continue to listen as Keiji explained exactly what classified as an Oinin and how exactly three of them have shown interest that they were to be put in a squad supervised by Keiji himself. Michiko was rather pleased with the results. By taking up this proposal, she would be able to learn from the leader of Yukigakure himself. A very rare and valuable chance. To continue sticking with such a squad later on in her life as a shinobi...Michiko was still uncertain on her views. So far, she has nothing against the two personally but it was just that Michiko prefers solo acts over orchestras. '...its the Yukikage's will so I should no say anything against it...instead I should think of it as a way to produce a better sound...after all...solos get rather boring after awhile...and the more instruments, the more layers to a piece...' Changing her views into something rather positive, Michiko would nod at Keiji's final statement before speaking.
"Thank you for taking me under your tutelage Yukikage-dono, I will do my best. After you." Giving the Yukikage another low bow in respect, Michiko would return to her regular stance as she waited for Keiji to exit the academy first as was taught. It was proper to let the elderly and those with the higher ranking exit first if all were to part at the same time.

Moving, he exited the academy and headed back to his office.
