The stones in the room became very quiet and stopped moving. The wax figures in the back pulled back a little further and stared straight at the doorway. As if there was something...there
The only thing that was visibly new, was a small girl with red hair and gobs of webbing still hanging from her dress. She was walking down the hallway, not really bothering to look up as her attention was focused on pulling the stuff off of her.
When she did finally reach the doorway, she looked up, and immediately took a few steps back. She looked around the room, then spotted the man in red and blue and made a rather cute little scowl at him. "You're gonna be in big trouble you know..."

Spidey just blinked at her. "You were the one I webbed to the wall?" She was just a little girl... But his spider sense was still going crazy, and how had she gotten free of his webbing if she was just an innocent child, anyway? "Um...Yeah. I did kind of get that impression. Something about the combination of crazy scientists making death threats and a whole Spider-themed hero containment unit must have tipped me off."

Rosie just wrinkled her nose even more. Not even a sorry? Jerk. "You shouldn't have moved her. Now they're gonna have to start all over again. The lady's not gonna care what the others do when they find you in this area." she said, then paused a moment. She stared straight into the room, but it didn't seem as though she were really looking at them "Though I guess that isn't going to matter much, is it? So are you going to do something? Or just let the others come?"

She was making no sense, and his spider sense was still going crazy, and this was all freaking insane. Nonetheless, he took a cautious step toward her. "Look, assuming I didn't give you a concussion when I webbed you to the wall--I'm really sorry about that, by the way--you should be making sense right now. I... honestly have no idea what you're saying, though." He paused. "... Wait... you were in Strange's house, weren't you? Cat and Reaper were looking after you, right? What are you doing here?" Maybe she knew the way out, or at least a place where he could hide Jessica.
Deadpool, meanwhile, was still holding the unconscious girl, looking completely lost. He had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. Girl. Should he protect... Should he turn the girl into the proper authorities? Should he behead Spider-man? Should he break into a tap routine? ... His head hurt. Badly.

Rosie's attention snapped back towards Spiderman. When he spoke about not understanding what she was saying, her expression turned confused itself. What did he mean what was she talking about? And why wasn't he paying more attention to the bigger threat in front of her right now?
Then she caught on, and a small smile curled around her face. He couldn't see him, could he? He was being sneaky again. He was always being sneaky.
She didn't have much time to think about it though. The boy's next remark caught her attention even more. She blinked at him, then let her smile turn a little sad. "That was...kind of me. I can duplicate myself. The ones you met were another one of me. As for what I'm doing here...is it really that hard to guess?"

He felt his eyes narrow behind the lenses of his mask. "Look, not to be rude or anything, but do you know where the exit is? If you do, great; if not, fine, but either way I can't afford to stand here and play twenty questions with you." His spider-sense was very, very aware that something else was in the room with them, and the fact that it hadn't done anything yet was just serving to freak him out, more. Was it just screwing with him, or what?

The girl giggled. The tone of it carrying a rather creepy edge to it. "Exits? They're all over the place! New York, Gotham, Metropolis, San Fransisco, wherever they decide they want one. Cameras too. They always know where the best place is to set up an entrance." she replied. "I'd get in big trouble if I told you though. And I really don't want them to be mad at me. I'm expendable. Besides...I doubt it's going to matter. You're not going anywhere unless he decides to let you go." she said with a grin. "It would be bad if everyone knew about this place. Especially people that really could do damage. I'd be making a really good case if you want to get out of here." she said.

Spidey bristled. So... yes. They were screwing with him. He had known about the cameras (his spider sense was pretty good about alerting him to such things), but... he? He... was probably what was in the room, wasn't he? "What the hell is that supposed to mean?" he snapped. "A case? What kind of case? A legal case? A moral one? We both know that either of those won't work on someone who set up a facility like this, and those are the only arguments I've got." Ignoring his sight and using his spider-sense, he pinpointed the location of whatever was in the room with them and looked right at it, crossing his arms. "So can we get this over with, please?"

A deep, rather quiet chuckle answered back. "As you wish." a voice replied, almost deeper in tone than the laugh.
A figure began to fade into being by the doorway. A man in a black outfit with a collar stood tall enough that it covered the lower portion of his face. A black patch was sewn over his left eye under dark hair with light blue tips. What could be seen of his skin was very pale, and his visible eye, as blue as the tips of his hair, was extremely similar to a certain being Deadpool would know.
"Honestly...I'm more interested in relieving my boredom. There would be something interesting about both letting you go...and allowing you to become cornered here. The two men you're familiar with are very eager to have some time to themselves with you." the man said, his eye flickering over to the girl Deadpool was holding. "And they have plenty of samples for that particular project to work with. I would see nothing wrong with letting one go. And if you did happen to send others here...it would simply speed up their progress with various projects." His gaze moved back to the boy. "Still...having everyone know about this area would be rather tiresome. I'd have to keep moving the exits around nonstop."

Spider-man just glared at him. It was very, very hard not to tap his foot. "So...? Are you letting us go, or not?" He wasn't adverse to at least attempting to beat this guy up, even if his spider sense seemed to think that was an absolutely awful idea.
Deadpool stared, looking, if possible, even more lost than before. "Um... You..." He paused, shifted the girl's weight slightly, and then shrugged. "Screw it. I don't even wanna know."

The man stared at the boy considerately. "I haven't quite decided..." he admitted. "We have a few minutes before the humans think to check in this area."
Rosie stared past him and over at Peter, her expression considering as well. "It wouldn't be that fair if you let him go. I'm stuck here..." she said quietly, then looked up at the man. "Although...he may have to come back anyway, right?"
The man paused a moment in thought, then glanced down at the girl. "You're referring to the new arrivals? I suppose that is a possibility. Especially with the scenario you are thinking of." he replied. "It would be interesting to see how he handles it..."
A few seconds after he had said that, the belt flashed. A small indication that it was fully functional again.

Spidey wanted nothing more than to stomp his foot and throw an honest to got temper tantrum. These people were not making any sense! Speaking in generalities on purpose, just to keep him in the dark... Damn it. "What new arrivals? What are you talking about?" To be honest, he intended to come back with a huge team of superheroes, anyway, if only to save the people in those cells.

Rosie looked back up at him, and couldn't help but let a slightly sinister grin curl around her chubby little face. Shyly, she moved behind the other man to hide a bit, only peeking out at the Spider. "You'll get mad if you find out..." she replied. "I told you we have exits everywhere. Your friend didn't do a very good job of checking the place out when she dropped off the others."

My... friend? Who was she talking about? Madame Web wasn't his friend, but for all he knew she'd been grabbing his compatriots left and right. "Could you be any more obscure?" he asked flatly, "Good God, you're making Doctor Strange seem like a fairly straightforward person. If you aren't going to tell me, then why the hell did you bring it up?"

The girl giggled again. It was so freaking boring in here. Deadpool was the only one that was fun to mess with around here. Not this Deadpool in the room, but the one with the dirty mouth. It was fun to see this boy get mad. Especially after he had webbed her to the wall like that earlier.
"The museum." she answered with a smile. "The telepath is in a panic right now because she can't find the ones you left her in charge of. Though...It won't be long now before she joins them too."
