Does the "No Japanese-ness" extend to knights? Like, if I wanted to use a Japanese landmark for a knight would that be allowed?
She wouldn't have any sort of Japanese heritage or anything. The influence would be for the landmark and the idea I have for the outfit.
If you would like more info, I'd be happy to PM about it.
Mouse: Landmarks from Japan or places from Japanese mythology are perfectly fine!

If we can use mythological places for knights, are mythological landmarks allowed? For example, the tree of Yggdrasil or the six rivers that surround hell? <3
Mouse: Yup, that should be fine.

If you have an RP that has enough words to count for requirements but hasn't been replied to by the other person in a long time can you say it's abandoned/wrap it up yourself and be able to use it? And if you can, how long does it have to go unreplied to?
Nessy: Yes you may wrap it up and use it if you meet word count and a month is a suitable time to go without reply.

Can a knight be named after a place that existed 1000 years ago but no longer does?
Mouse: Yup!
Also, if something existed 1000 years ago, but its name has changed, which name should be used?
Mouse: I'd go with the one that's the fewest number of words, personally, but any name that's been used for the place is fine.

For characters obtained through raffles, when they upgrade do their players get any say on uniform design/weapon, or is that all up to the artist?
Natsube: You can definitely post where you think you want this character to go, and as long as it follows the theme I had come up with, I'll follow it 100%. If you had a senshi that had an asian style and now you want her to be country western I would be less likely to follow your directions. Does that make sense? I like when people have input but not to the point that something goes completely left field. (raffles/flatsale chars only, customs you can do whatever you want)

I have a bunch of Knight questions!
-- The Knights were born on Earth and then sent out to planets, which means Cimmerian was sent to Pluto by Endymion himself. So she knows him in the past, yes? It says that the Knights ended with the fall of the Earth Kingdom and are only now returning -- so what do they know of the Shitennou? Where were the Knights when the others corrupted in the past? What could I say about Cimmerian and Sailor Pluto's relationship, or if they even had one? Or is this like the senshi past lives where we should just try to be as vague about canon character involvement as possible?
Mouse: Since this is something in need of a lot of consideration, we're going to put the full answers to this and most of your other questions in an official thread -- it'll have some guidelines for the above as well as info on the individual planets / how much you can weigh in with that planet's senshi. However, on Endymion and the Shittenou, it's a good idea to be more vague: think of them as the dean and school board for the Knight Academy. You knew of them, they may have been your instructor or guest speaker for something at some point, but beyond that you probably didn't have a close relationship with any of them.
-- When a Page awakens, do they automatically know their name, how to use their weapon, and all about the past? How do their past life memories work?
Mouse: They'll know their name and their planet, but will have to learn how to use their weapon and uncover the past over time as they develop. Since Knights don't necessarily have to be reborn in order to exist like senshi do (senshi are born with their power, Knights pledge into it), there's a couple of possibilities for how you can handle their past! As said above, we'll have more info on this up soon, but the short version is that 1. you have to travel to your wonder to learn anything about your past, and 2. you can choose to have a past life, or to learn from ancestors who were pledged to your wonder in the past.
-- How old would they be, on average, when they are sent to the other planets? Did they have to pass some test of character or something?
Mouse: The mean age would probably have been around 17, and I imagine they would have! You had to train to be a Knight, and with that comes needing to prove you completed your training before being shipped off.
-- In the info thread, it says that Knight do not have to link to senshi to use their magic. But do they, in any way, link to senshi?
Mouse: Nope, they're completely independent.
-- Can Knights travel to space on their own like senshi? Or do they need to be ferried?
Mouse: They should be able to go on their own, please hold while we smooth out the kinks in the logistics. <3

Are henshin pens breakable? And if they are, and they break can a senshi still power up, or are they stuck as civilians?
Nessy: Jury is out on how breakable they are, but if they are broken you cannot power up. The ability to power up with a thought was lost in the Silver Millennium.

Couple questions about Elysion and it's guardians.
They have power signatures like every other powered characters have, right? How strong this signature is (in each form) and what it feels like? Good, evil, neutral?
Nessy: In Destiny City the Eyes are as strong as a Super senshi and would feel similar to one.
The first one I have an answer already but I thought others might wonder the same. What happens if someone tries to enter into Elysion?
Nessy: Nothing. You can think about Elysion all you want but with Helios' power guarding the barrier tighter than ever you simply...think about Elysion.
And... Has everything changed into normal (in dreaming/sleeping vice) since the Elysion had been blocked from everyone? People sleep normal amount of sleep? Dream normal kind of dreams? Or is there some kind of side effects of Elysion being sealed down?
Is there a possibility to dream about Elysion guardian lands (if they are based of their memories or something)? (In example, is there possibility for Cora having a nightmare about Leopard's land where she almost fell down in the fissure.)
Nessy: Everything has been returned to how it is. However if you have been scarred by something that happened in Elysion it could absolutely affect your dreams and nightmares. Elysion doesn't control what you dream about. Just that you dream.

I have a sibling who would like to quest for a senshi, but wants to use the asteroid Mjolnir as the base. Problem is, the asteroid crashed into the earth in the Jurassic period, but she's really interested in the name and the mythology behind it. Would that still be a viable option? She's not on Gaia yet, but will be and wanted me to ask! blaugh Thank you! Nessy: Sorry, but if there is no celestial body then there is nothing to draw power from! Senshi must be named after extant bodies floating around in space right now.
Your link is confusing though. The link you send to is for an existing asteroid, not one that has crashed. The name seems to have been recycled in which case she could use that asteroid, but not the one that crashed.EDIT - Nessy and I discussed this over AIM. I used the link provided by my sister and didn't realize there were two asteroids with the same name. XD

Can knights have Cell phones? Or do they not have communication devices?
Natsube: I'd need confirmation from Nessy and Mouse, but as they are not Senshi and do not need to follow the senshi at all times (they certainly can though!) they will probably not have the cellphones that the cats make.
They certainly can have regular cellphones though.
*edit* Well the reason I was asking, I was trying to figure out how the knights call for help when they need it. If they have to use regular cellphones/communication means, and their stuff disappears when they transform how are they suppose to call for back up? I know the Nega has those stone things and the senshi have the cellphones. So are the knights just SoL then? >>; Sorry... 8D I'm full of questions!
Nessy: For a long time senshi didn't have cell phones and Negas didn't have their stones until this recent Christmas! So yep, knights are SOL at the moment until we figure out something useful, unique, and awesome to give them. Think of it like civilization and knights are in the Bronze Age of their development.
I personally advise running the hell away.

Knights that serve Chaos become Negaversers, so is it possible to quest a character that may have at one time been an Order-based Knight that switched over to serve Chaos or is this advised against?
I had interest in playing a Knight that sympathized more with the Negaversers and tended to help them out, but since this isn't something they'd do I'm thinking of tweaking it into a straight Negaverser quest. I really was liking his Knight self though, so I'm just curious of the logistics of it all <3
Nessy: The only way to have such a backstory would be to get a knight through a contest or customs and then somehow earn/bribe/etc a corruption for him. However we're not even going to entertain corruption for knights until the faction is rather fleshed out.
I'm sorry that the clarification has somewhat sabotaged your quest but the knights are good and always fight for the good. Chaos is not remotely good and that is something a knight would know with deep instinct.
It's quite alright, I'll figure something out. Thanks for the answer! <3

What kind of abilities to knights have outside their power? Such as jumping, speed, healing, transportation, etc?
And are knights meant to be more or less equal to a first level Senshi and/or Lieutenant?
Follow up question on using their own cellphones: What if they don't have one? Or are knights expected to get a pre-paid cell phone and hope their minutes don't run out in the middle of an important call? XD;;
Nessy: Pages (saying knights makes me think third-stage characters) come with the basic power set of a Lieutenant minus sticking hands in chests. Star seed fondling is something only corrupt characters can perform.
As we have characters enter the game and level up odds are we will tweak their powerset to give squires and knights something unique to their class like the other two factions. We just have to see things in play to make a good balance first!
As far as cell phones go I need to pow-wow with the staff on that one. Phones come from cats and some knights never see a cat! However I'm sure we can come up with some form of communication device.
I'm personally for weird telepathy. 8D

Do all chibi senshi hold stuffed animals in their senshi forms?
Nessy: No I think that's just becoming a hilarious coincidence. Hugbell's bear is her senshi power and Hypnos was drawn with a bunny since little kids tend to sleep with stuffed animals. I assume Chiri wanted one to continue the cute trend. Totally optional!
Serandite obviously missed her calling.

Can chibi senshi hold something else than a stuffed animal if it fits to their concept? I.e. I'm questing for chibi senshi Victoria with flower language sphere. A flower basket or a bouquet would look cute in her hands. ^o^
Also, in Sailor Moon manga guardian cats lost their talking abilities when their crescent shaped marks were damaged. Is this true for the shop's guardian cats as well? If their star signs are damaged, what would happen?
And if something major would happen, I'm assuming a permission from mod for star sign damaging should be needed, am I right?
Gah, sorry if I did not made any sense. XD

Do powered character customs include a civilian form when you buy the first stage, or do those have to be purchased separately?
Nessy: The civilian has always been a separate stage that is generally Stage 0.5 and not necessary for play. However if you would like to buy a civilian form for the powered character you acquired in customs you may purchase the civilian at the same time as the powered.
You may not however, otherwise stack customs such as getting an alternate outfit for your existing powered character at the same time as getting a new powered character.
