Celeste laughed a little bit as well, thinking that she liked Rory's laugh. "Yes, well, I had to look it up online. Never seen anything like it. Course, where I'm from we have snow most of the year, so I don't really pay attention to flowers... or uh, flowering reeds." She explained with a friendly smile.
She rocked back and forth a bit on her heels, her nervouseness resurfacing a bit. This was the first date she had been on since coming to Nirvani. "So-" Hearing Romane's authoritative voice Celeste looked around to see a crowd gathering. "Oh no... does that happen at every festival?" She asked, wondering aloud, remembering the Goddess Festival and the big to do there as well.

   ____________________________________________________________ A smirk found it's way to rest on Marissa's lips as her eyes landed on her favorite tattoo artist. YES She had successfully not landed a lame blind date. "Hm, my tattoo? Yeah, it's healing really well! It looks great by the way." she smiled at the woman once more, secretly wondering a few things the probably shouldn't have, but it's not like her mischievous mind could be read through those eyes covered in contact lenses. Marissa was a strange one, but all the more lovable for it? ~ Tamaki blinked a few times at his date. Well, at least he knew that this was in fact, his date, but did that really make things better? She seemed very serious. This could be a good thing, right? Yes, it could very well be a good thing. It's not like the Japanese male was getting any younger, and conversing with someone with a more serious attitude than his former bosses would probably be refreshing. Yes, refreshing, that is what he'd call it for not. In the mean time, he just waited exactly where he was instructed a faint grin on his lips, content that at least he wasn't at home working on that horrible house. ____________________________________________________________

"I believe so, I'm not really sure, me and my father have to go speak to the principal... though he told me that he was rather worried about it; something about her being a Nazi or something." Micah was looking around the garden, "Would you know what a Madder is? If we can find this other person we could maybe go off somewhere and the three of us get to know one another." His voice was soft and kind, he of course only spoke normally, but his accent made it harder than anything to keep his voice from sounding like he was just attempting to find his way into Haruka's pants.

 Passing by him, he witnessed a lovely set of flowers with the shade of violet. It was being carried by nice looking brunette. Cadeon stood up after she was a few feet away from him now. He pushed up his glasses on the bridge of his nose and ruffled his hair a little but it fell back to place. With long manly strides, he walked up behind her and tapped her shoulder.
" 'Scuse me. Would those happen to be crocus flowers?" He flashed her a smile. "Please say yes."

Nanami looked Marissa over. Really, she would have much preferred getting a chance to talk to some interesting stranger, but... well, a customer wouldn't hurt, either. She never got to talk to her clients as much as she would like! That was usually Raiden's job. He did the talking, she did the unpleasant, painful part. "Oh, good! I'm glad you like it." She smiled down at Marissa. What a cute kid. If only Haruka were here...
Of course, unbeknownst to Nanami, Haruka WAS there. "The principal? Yeah, she's intense," she let out a sigh. "A madder? Sorry, no idea," she replied, offering a small smile. She had been enjoying a less-than-horrible conversation with Micah (the embarrassment was starting to sink in, and it took all she had not to drop to the ground and hide her face) when she noticed a flash of orange hair. Her mother had found her date! Haruka shifted to the side slightly to catch who it was... and she was horrified to find it was Marissa, one of her mother's clients! Of course, she had never actually spoken with the girl, but she had seen her and she had seen her file, so she knew enough to know that the girl was only a little bit older than herself, and that was not okay with her! Her mouth fell open and she stared at the two in pure shock.
Alex smirked slightly to himself. Really, what they needed right now was a cop. He recognized Romane, which he wasn't sure was a good or a bad thing... He took it as neither and sat quietly, waiting to see what she was doing. It didn't seem like she was aware of him being there, no point in dragging the attention onto himself. Besides, the others were doing a good job doing that for him. He glanced over at Freja for a moment. He felt a little bad for her. She really did not seem like the kind of girl who could handle situations like this. With his free hand, he reached over and patted her awkwardly on the shoulder. Ehh, he wasn't good at that comforting thing.
For the first time ever in her life, River was a little glad for her height. She was in no way a tall person, but Lotte was so tiny that it didn't matter. It also helped that she was stretching herself up slightly on instinct. Ah, what a nostalgic feeling, having someone wave a knife at her...! "What she said," she added, gesturing to Freja with her elbow.
Rory smiled at Celeste. Hey, she laughed too! He liked people who laughed easily. It meant that they laughed at his joke! Not that he had really told a joke yet. Give it time. He was busy mentally patting himself on the back for having such good luck when Celeste suddenly turned her attention to the crowd gathering. "What's going on?" he asked. He couldn't really see from where he was standing. "Does it? I just moved here, so I wouldn't know," he grinned. "Have you been living here for long?" he asked, still watching the crowd slightly. Whatever it was, it looked like fun.

Celeste brought her attention back to Rory to see him grinning. An answering grin lifted her lips as she decided she very much liked his smile. The fact that he smiled so often wasn't a hardship either. Lifting one one shoulder in a half shrug she looked back to the crowd. "Not really. I've been here less than a year. But, at the Goddess Festival something like this happened too." She brought her bright eyes back to Rory's, then took a step toward him and lowered her voice. In truth she was a tad bit afraid to be arrested simply for talking about that cop.
"At the Goddess Festival someone played a mean prank on a friend of mine. It was a simple thing but it got really out of hand and when the cop finally showed up there were so many misunderstandings, that a few people got arrested." Thinking back on it now the whole mess was rather funny, except for Freja getting hit with a soda balloon. That was just mean. Smiling at the memory she shook her head. "I'm just about willing to bet that group over there is a small thing being blown out of proportion again."

Between Suzy and Lotte, it was hard to hear much, though Romane did try to focus on everyone – or, everyone important. Freja sounded like she was crying, which was normal of an onlooker – she could be ignored. There were several 'she's in the area, so River's could be ignored as well unless she decided to be more specific – which Romane would ask her to be later. Suzy had stormed off, but she couldn't possibly be involved as she was a friend of Cid's, unless she was secretly evil and only befriending him – ah. No, no, she had to quiet those thoughts! She needed to focus on the now! Which was no one had lowered their weapons! She kept her guns on them, afraid to lower them as they couldn't seem to get rid of their own weapons. The only solution? Shoot them before they stabbed her. Because they would. Everything that could go wrong would if she let it and it wasn't her fault if they couldn't get rid of the knives – she wasn't at fault if she was just defending herself – and she knew they would do it, she saw it in their eyes, eyes like them, so it wasn't wrong if she pulled the trigger and shot them at this second – it wouldn't hurt them. No, it would be fast – painless – she could do it right, she knew she could. She just had to pull the trigger and kill them all, then she would be safe and they would be safe too and-
“HEY!”
Zhi's voice cut in through Romane's thoughts, her fingers, that had slowly tensed around the trigger, loosened while she looked back at the Chinese girl that shoved through the crowd in a panic that wasn't near as great as Romane's. Her chest heaved as her heart hammered akin to that of a chased rabbit, her eyes slightly widened while she pulled back the pistols to let the girl through easily enough. That tension and determination of earlier evaporated while Zhi, unknowing of what she had just prevented, looked at the scene. ..Er, weird. She shook her head and turned to Jean, “Green man – er, I may have given you the wrong card. Here.” She handed him a different one – this one requesting him to look for Clematis flowers instead of the Ivy. After being chewed out royally by an unusually angry Mao, Zhi had rushed right over to stop the ruckus. This was her event, after all! Of course it was her job to keep peace! Now, onto the next order of business.. Oh! River! She smiled abashedly at her practical fiance – what.. what was she doing here?! On a date? With who? But.. Zhi.. She looked confused, not even taking into account the knives and duct tape at this point.
Romane simply stood there, quiet, pale, and.. shocked, but it wasn't like anyone would care. She kept her gun in hand, the other away while she evaluated herself under the guise of making sure the situation had cleared.

Benedek had been, even during that whole chaotic event in the garden for all to see, crawling about the flowers. Why? He was looking for sorrels! The pesky little white flower he knew by some man he had asked – or perhaps it was his own knowledge and there was no man, but Emery had seen him too, so he.. He giggled. Oh, since when did Emery's opinion mattered much on such questions of reality? He shook his head a bit too quick and grinned to himself, mumbling to himself as he dragged his knees through the dirt and slunk his way through, ruining and destroying plant and pants alike in his journey. He had left Emery behind to stand with her flowers as he went in search of his own, but his eye was always on the girl. He made sure to be facing her the whole while he crawled off, so the girl wouldn't be without a guard until he – ah! There they were~ He grinned and laughed quietly to himself, turning away from the fretful redhead to a patch of small, white flowers.
Now.. “Where is my daaate, mmm? You know, you know – I don't know!” He paused, tilted his head, and then chortled. “Ooh? Ooooh? Ooh!!” He squealed out like a toddler with his first gift box – under them! Of course! His date was buried with the flowers! What fun!! It didn't take long for him to start digging into the ground, chipping his nails in his ferocity while wood chips, dirt, and pebbles came tumbling into a messy pile behind him. He had such an intent on finding his date beneath the earth that it was only by chance he had picked up his head to glance into the crowd again to spot a woman with a handful of wood sorrels. He raised his brows, his mouth forming an o while he glanced between his hole and then to the woman on repeat before something clicked. He fumbled his way to his feet, not bothering to wipe the dirt and dust from his clothes while he scooped the paper bag he had set down beside him upon his discovery of the flowers. In a few moments, maybe a little less, he had found his way to the woman holding the wood sorrels and went to leaning much too close for comfort.
“Ah, ah, aahhh~! Now, now, why did you do that, aah? Running away, heheh, is such a pain for mee.” He bit his lower lip to prevent an onslaught of giggles. The man went quiet for a second, only staring at the wood-sorrel carrier in silence before stating loudly in amusement, “I'm looking for something, someone, do you know what?” Well, did she? Nope! She couldn't know! But, oh, well, he could be rude and ask her something she couldn't possibly know if only because she decided to run out on his hole! He had worked hard on digging her up and now she was walking away! Such a horrible woman, she was!

____________________________________________________________ Of course, yes, it was a little strange to be on a date with someone that had a daughter just a tad big younger than the purple-haired lesbian, but eh, it was better than some of the other people she could have been pair up with right? At least Nanami was an interesting person and would probably have cool life experiences and junk. YES! "So how have things been goin' at the tattoo parlor?"~ Poor Yamashita, Tamaki... One of his first experiences to interact with people and his date tells him to stay like a dog, and he obediently obeys... He really had spent too much time alone in his house working away at that piece of junk. Well, at least the lower level was almost suitable for human eyes to see... The key word was definitely almost. Let's just say things weren't as bad as they were when he moved in, but funds were running a little low and he'd have to find another job soon so that he could finish everything. What was wrong with this man! He's at a Valentine's Day event and thinking about that house. It really got under his skin. It was like an infection! Was he going to explode if he didn't think about that hunk of junk he called a house all the time? Quite possibly. It was the only thing he really knew that well since he moved to town. Loosing his job was a total bummer, and maybe he was a tinge depressed about that, but seriously, the man needs a life! ~ Toby, in the mean time, had managed to slip away from Marissa, wondering around aimlessly, blinking a few times to try and figure out who his date might be. There are all sorts of people here, and all sorts of conversations going on. He didn't see his favorite teen-aged mother around, but that kind of figured since she had to take care of her baby. Oh, she was such an awesome person, even if the start of their friendship was a little, um, strange... Fiddling with his Madder in one hand, the ends of his hair in the other, the boy continued to look around lost until he found a suitable place to sit down and pout!. This was taking forever! When would he meet prince charming and have a marvelous time? His eyes shifted over to fall on Marissa. She seemed to be having a good enough time. He gathered from the start of the conversation between the two women that they had met before. That was nice... Now if someone could just find HIM that would be NICE!. He didn't hide the pout on his lips, looking adorably pitiful as he sat there all by himself. ____________________________________________________________

As for lotte, she left out a large sigh, disaponted to neither be killing River with her knife, nor keeping the knife, nor getting herself a gun. She did use the knife to untie herself up. She threw the knife somewhere above her shoulder, not really caring where it would land (on one of Gaston's servant who was trying to escape the island and taking the oportunity of that festival to do it). She gave one last kick on Jean's tibia and walked back where Mitsuki had been waiting for her. "Sorry 'bout that! So, what was I saying? Oh yeah! RIGHT! WHAM! You look like a girl, dude, like, bam!"

"Im ******** 19.. or like 20.. i may have turned 20. Walt- Ah ******** it he's all involved with his new butt buddy over there." Jan shook his head and waved his hand. "Anyways. I will totally kick you're ******** a** in gaming. But only fighting or racing games, theyre the s**t." Jan laughed.
"So uh.. what the ******** do you do if you dont play video games? And while were on the ******** subject. How the ******** old are you?" Jan asked, hey least he was trying to be social and not a complete a**. He was! Honest! He was generally interested in what she did in her spare time. Other than masterbate.. no wait that was him..
What DID girls do in their spare time?! Hmm.. Jan was now thinking that s**t, it would be good to pay attention to this b***h. p***y or not in the end. If he could get into the girls mind and figure it the ******** out. He'd be in the ******** bag, like Vlad always is! Yeah.. ******** psychology and that s**t.

Nanami brushed her hair out of her face. It kind of felt like she was talking to Haruka~ An older Haruka! Thank god she didn't take this blind date thing seriously, because it would have been a lot weirder and more awkward if she was. "Hmm? It's been going fine. Quiet, but I can't complain," she replied with a gentle smile. Really, sometimes she wished things were more exciting around Seven Seas so that she had more interesting things to say when people asked about her business.
River flinched slightly when Zhi came in and intervened. Sure, she was thankful to have someone take control of the situation, you know, before anything happened, but she still would have liked to see how the conflict would have worked out on its own~ Especially since it was revealed that a mistake had been made! How disappointing! Still, she didn't complain, and she was happy to see her friend. "Heyy, Zhi~" she greeted her with a wave, which, thankfully for her, coincided with Lotte's cutting of the tap, so she didn't have to pull the short girl up with her. She waved goodbye to the blonde girl before tugging the tape off of her hands. Ew, they were sticky.
Alex looked at Freja. Thankfully, the situation had been cleared up, though part of him was a little disappointed he couldn't have just gone home in the first place. Still, he was this girl's date, and he wasn't such a jerk as to ditch her. Especially since it looked like her sister had found something else to do. Lucky. "Huh? Yeah, sure, just... hold on," he replied, a little distracted. He waved down River, who came over and freed him from the tape, and Jean. Stretching and flexing his fingers, he stood up and held his hand out to help Freja up, too. "Freja? I'm Alex." He attempted to offer the smallest trace of a smile, but it didn't last long, as he caught wind of River's disappointed mumbling, and he didn't like what he had heard. Quickly, the girl distracted her with something else and hurried away from her brother.
"Zhi, that was pretty cool," she smiled at the Chinese girl. She could engage in conversation for a little while, right?
Rory nodded in response to Celeste. A year? Well, that wasn't so bad. Maybe he shouldn't have worried about being a complete newbie, afterall. He glanced down when she leaned in closer and lowered her voice. Oooh, a secret? He wasn't a tall person, but he bent his knees slightly, as if it would help. "Really? People got arrested? For a little prank?" he frowned at the idea. That sounded lame. Well, he should probably warn Nat. If they arrested people for harmless teasing, then that could make life here needlessly complicated. "Well, whatever's going on, looks like it's over," he commented as he stood up straight, watching the crowd begin to dissolve.

Thankfully for Tamaki, it wasn't long before Romane was calmed down again from that attack, smoothing out any stunned thoughts with a thick layer of procrastination so unlike the woman. She could think on it later, she had more important things to do now. She headed back to the Japanese man that, really, no one knew much on. From what Romane had gathered on him, he hadn't gone into town for much or for long, never attended a festival, essentially kept to himself the past year. Such anti-social behavior was suspicious and certainly worth investigating! The officer stopped beside the man, somewhat impressed he had listened obediently enough. “I appreciate your compliance, Mr. Yamashita. If you would accompany me to where Mr. Murrow is waiting, we will proceed with the date as planned. It will be a,” She stopped pursed her lips – what did.. Neil call it? That oddly simple – ah. “double date.”

With Alice..? Yeah, right, Pip so had a chance. It wouldn't end well, though – just a few years down the road and Alice would leave him for someone else or die. One of the two were sure to happen. But, Kade wasn't talking to Pip right then so he kept that thought to himself and simply giggled when Walter laughed, “Yep, I don't think he'll get anything the way he is.” He agreed – lucky! Jan wouldn't ever understand how lucky that was, which was such a pity.. Kade kept looking to the little fuss in the middle of the garden, finally losing interest when everyone started to separate. He turned back to Walter as the question was asked, giving a thoughtful moment to figure out an answer. What else? He had a son that was being 'guarded' by his sister at a hotel, no friends outside of the dead and departed, no pets that weren't, well, dead, and.. Um, maybe he should just list his hobbies?
“Oh, um, I like..” ..Didn't Kade have hobbies? Oh, shoot! He'd been focusing more on being 'better' than actually enjoying – um. Wait, he could just list what he used to do! That would work~ “I bake! I mean, well, not that good, but I could make a tart pretty well. And I absolutely love fashion. I could tell you anything about any designer – living, of course, and.. and..” ...Well, that was a bummer. Outside of all the drama and hairstyling, Kade couldn't come up with much else that made him him. It was sorta depressing. He cleared his throat with a small ahem and smiled at Walter, “What about you?”

Zhi looked around the woman, trying to see who she was supposed to be with on Valentine's Day! Cheater! She didn't think River would cheat on her, but maybe Zhi hadn't become rich and famous fast enough?! It had only been a season! Zhi had been getting there..! She was becoming independent and she was looking for a job to save up money to go to somewhere that would make her an idol, it was gonna happen, it just.. was taking time.. She furrowed her brow, torn between frustration and sadness at what was – Oh! River was waving at her!! She instantly smiled and waved back, feeling that warm, fuzzy feeling build up inside as her love came over. “Was that cool?” She was cool~? That was a big upgrade! From cute to cool!! Oh, how could she have at all doubted River's loyalty? She blushed softly, excited at the woman's compliment – especially since it was something new! “Mao called me when it started and you were very cool too.” She explained, though River hadn't really asked, “What are you doing here?” Was it to see Zhi~? That would be so cute! Their first Valentine's Day together!

 _____________Her eyes widened when he said that he was either nineteen or twenty. She didn't like how he couldn't even tell his own age. His cursing went on again. No wonder he was like this. Still a child with no clue to reality. . Mindy didn't see this as a date at all anymore, but rather amusement to an older teenager. He asked when she did since she had no time for video games. She inhaled deeply on her cancer stick and exhaled slowly to the side.
"I went to college and studied hard for my classes and exams to become the nurse I am today. I don't have time for video games when I work, study, and take care of my younger siblings. It's been that way since I was your age. I am twenty-nine."
She frowned and looked off to the side to see another couple gathering together and chit-chating. Mindy felt like such a bore but she couldn't help to feel this way ever since she realized she had no purpose in life than to heal others and take care of her siblings. The only family she can have since she could not produce any of her own.
"I'm sorry. I don't mean to be a downer. . Why don't we go and uh. . play those games," she said as she looked back at him and gave a smile.

It was the correct term, but Lucas was more on that 'Goddess help me' line of thinking. Considering the circumstances, praying was probably not so bad. "I... feel the same" said the boy with a nervous laugh as he took a seat at the cute little table. "Oh, ah, thank you" replied Lucas blushing slightly. He was still a shy awkward little kid... who could not deny she looked lovely. Diabolical maybe, but still lovely. Hey he was still a male... so sue him for checking out his demon. "You look very nice today too." Ah compliments... might just one day be the death of him.Camelia turned her head to the side, catching a glimpse of a young man. She turned completely to face him and smiled. "Ah... well according to my cousin they are" replied the girl. Her eyes shifted to look the male over. He was probably a year or two younger than her, maybe just months, who knew, but he was taller than her, so it evened out. They were most likely at the same level of paleness. "I'm Camelia Grey" said Cam introducing herself and offering a delicate hand.-Searching for his date with Orchys Spider-Holy crap! Ilya jumped slightly when she heard Neil pop up behind her. Oh her... date? Wow... he talked fast. Her eyes looked at the male in surprise before being dragged along by him, not allowed to actually say something until she got to the table. "Double date? With who?" asked the woman curiously. "Oh I'm Ilya, Ilya de la Cruz. And you are?" She had another question, but she'd leave it for later. The obvious one when it came to Neil...
