Fog turned, when the knife fell, and hit the ground, chiming, loudly in the otherwise silent temple. Scowling, Fog surged towards him. Drake was an unnessecary nusance. bringing his sabre out, and stabbing at Drake, Fog intended to kill him in one swift move.

Synthic's scream seemed to snap Mat out of his stupor, and for the first time since they had arrived at the temple, Mat moved on his own... but he moved away from synthic, the tip of Fog's sabre having pierced the side of his arm, just cutting it, not stabbing. sliding from Synthic, Mat didnt leave her, but suddenly, in the darkness, a single light could be seen, a flickering flame. Fog, seeing this, and inferring what was about to happen, muttered a curse word under his breath, right before the single flickering flame expanded out, in a massive wall of fire, spawning from the boy's palm, seemingly of its own accord, out, around himself, and synthic, not touching her, and not touching Drake, but engulfing Fog, and forcing him to launch himself away from them, back, his shadow cloak now flaming on the fringes, though those flames went out quickly. landing on his feet, he brought an arm up to shield him from the flames, and the entire temple lit up with the light of the fires, burning away Fog's shadow cloak, and the shadows blocking the doors and skylights and windows. it didnt last long though, and Mat dropped to his knees, pale, and shaking, the effort of creating so much fire too much for Mat, who had no experience with the ability really, the most fire he had created conciously being of course, the fireball he used on fog earlier.

Tigris had fled the fight since she didn't like fire. She was hiding outside.
Yami was cringing in pain from the attack, since he was connected to Fog. He was roaring in pain.
