It seemed like forever, but Lucien finally came out of the shed. He seemed as if he was a in daze, as if he seen something he wasn't entirely sure happened or not. But he knew, he clenched his arms around his stomach. Not only had he gone into the shed, but he was in one piece- nothing inside had tried to eat him, nothing was trying to maim him. He was in one piece. It was definitely the work of the happy face, which was gleaming at him like a proud father. Hunched over himself a little, Lucien floated across the grass with his arms around his stomach, a lump perturbing from underneath his coat.

Upon following some students out of sheer curiosity; Mei-Xiu arrived at the shed. The students had eluded her, but she wasn't about to waste the night. Glancing about for a moment, she decided to press forward. Quietly.

Quote: 61-70- You dodged the other way from the trap door, you didn't end up in the gardening equipment, instead you seem to have found a... laundry chute? You slide down the rusty metal rattle trap and find yourself outside in a wheelbarrow with some dirty socks and a boot that needs resoled.... and one red bra with a gold-orange feather sticking to it. (wat?) Upon hearing and feeling something below her, she managed to curse out loud before having herself slide down a chute of some kind. Skin cracking with every collision along the way, she finally ended up in what appeared to be a.. Wheelbarrow? Slowly, she pushed herself upwards, removing any piece of clothing that did not belong to her. "What the hell..?" Her eye focused on what seemed to be a bra of some sort. A red bra. Staring at it for a moment longer, she discarded it along with the others. "I knew Breck was weird.."

Sin was getting miffed, she wanted in and so far she had been tossed, hypnotized, chased, and one of her dresses had been ripped to bits. It was downright humiliating that a simple garden shed could keep her away. While she might have thrown up her hands and given up it just wasn't in her nature to turn down a challenge. Which was probably why she had been facing so many of late. Still the shed was an older challenge and one she had come to relish despite a string of failures. Armed with nothing more then her wits and dressed in an outfit that was gym appropriate she headed in.

endejester 61-70- You dodged the other way from the trap door, you didn't end up in the gardening equipment, instead you seem to have found a... laundry chute? You slide down the rusty metal rattle trap and find yourself outside in a wheelbarrow with some dirty socks and a boot that needs resoled.... and one red bra with a gold-orange feather sticking to it. (wat?) Somehow she managed to slip past some of the other traps that had previously foiled her efforts. Still just when she had begun to feel rather smug she saw the gardening equipment and leapt back away from it.
"HA! Not this time!" She would have been more triumphant if she hadn't let out a little scream as she slid down a chute and tumbled head over heels. Ouch...ouch...ouch...oh the pain, she winced and sat up pushing her hair back. Sin looked around in confusion and climbed out the wheelbarrow she was in. She blinked as she felt her wing snag on something and reached back to pull away...a red bra...with a feather? Ugh! She tossed it back into the wheelbarrow and stalked off with injured pride and possibly a sprained wing. Worse then those pains were the mental ones as she imagined exactly who the bra could have belonged to and what it was doing there of all places.

Tahki had returned to the horrible area where that Jack damn tree had attacked her. She was going to get to that shed this time though. Tahki needed to prove to her self she could.
The gryphon clenched her fits and moved forward toward the shed.

Quote: 1-20 - You make it though the door of the shed only to find the bag of crab grass seed, your efforts to intrude further are thwarted by a swarm of pinching and hungry seeds determined to turn you into mulch. OH GOD! Tahki remembered now WHY she had avoided this place! It was to late now, a whole bunch of seeds were pinching her. The gryphon did her best to fight them off but it seemed almost useless. The seeds kept coming. Tahki took flight back to the dorms. Fleeing as fast as she could still trying to shake a few seeds off of her. This had been a dumb idea.

Now it was just a matter of stubborn pride, the shed had beaten her one too many times. Sin couldn't believe that such simple traps kept getting the best of her, but they had. She had a bruise still on her hip from her last attempt to enter the shed. She rubbed at the spot for a moment and then headed back in her teeth clenched in determination. This time would be different...she hoped.

endejester 71-89 - Somehow you've made it nearly to the door at the back of the first area of the shed. You couldn't even see it from the front of the shed...you can hear a faint growling just behind you though, from the darkness you see a mist creeping across the floor and 3 pair of bright green eyes light up the darkness like will-o-wisps. Breck's hounds are back - you make a hasty exit before you're caught with the hounds hot on your heels. Sin avoided each trap neatly, by now she had experienced almost all of them after all. She had tried to make it through so many times, perhaps that was why she felt so hopeful when she finally reached the back door. It was hard for her not to throw up her hands and shout her victory, instead she reached and grabbed the handle. Then she heard, it a sound that sometimes haunted her sleep. The growling of hounds, the same hounds she had run from in terror the first time she had ever tried to enter the shed. No! No, no, no!
It was so unfair! She was so close, so incredibly close to sweet satisfaction. Her stomach dropped and she felt her limbs seize up in fear, was it cowardice or intelligence to run for her life now? She gave the door one last stroke of longing and then leapt for the springboard trap this time placing herself. She was launched out the door but instead of her old unceremonious tumble she landed in a roll and sprang to her feet. She glanced back to see an eerie hanging mist and her hand curled into a fist at he side.
"I'll be back..." She had to come back, she had to know what it was those ghostly hounds guarded so.

He was back. This time, not drunk.
Glaring at the shed, the Siren was dead on beating it at it's own game. How did he plan to this? Run in at full force.

AGAIN. AGAIN WITH THE SHOVEL. Grabbing the shovel, he pried it off. "Oh not, I'm not playing this game again." The rake bitched as it had before once more, it was used to beat the FEAR out of the hair munching shovel. "This. Will. Teach. You. To. Eat. MY! Hair!" Throwing the rake back Israfel felt proud. Yeah. That'll teach em to chew on his hair and b***h to him.
Racing out, Israfel made a mental note to send down a gnome therapist to talk to the rake. They might bond over work conditions or something.

Malodore didn't even bother calling out this time. No more wailing. No more wheedling. By Jack, it was going in and it was going to have it out with Parassiti once and for all! Exactly as How To Train Your Plague-Rat said!
"Parassiti, if you don't come out this instant, I shall..." There was a pause as Malodore quickly leafed through the aforementioned book. "'Discipline you firmly yet severely!'"
Nothing happened, except possibly a distant snh, snh, snh.
Malodore sighed, tucked the book back into its sleeve, and headed in.

Nothing about Harrow was daring -- except, perhaps, his color choice. Which wasn't doing him any favors as he picked his way across the grounds, day planner in hand and pen squirming in his fingers, briefcase bumping rhythmically against one hip. His footsteps were light, his breathing low and careful, but the neon orange of his shirt was screaming in the darkness.
He wasn't made for sneaking, but he was curious enough to try anyway, shoulders hunched and notes curled in against his body as he picked his way in closer.

He looked over the seeds; he relaxed as he passed a writhing mass of roots; he found himself grinning as slipped out of grasp of some nasty plants. All of it went down into his little day planner, observed and noted in his small, crooked, elegant hand.
And Harrow was still writing when the shovel got him. One little tug on his hair, a nibble more than a munch, and he let out a sound that -- well, he really hoped no one was near enough to observe it and deem it a scream. And he beat it, shedding pages from his planner as he went.
