He put the bottle down to the side and weighed the sword, he pulled the blade out of its sheath and turned it over in his hands "Its nicely made, light and short but it needs toucing up a little" He slid the blade back into its sheath and handed it back to him "When you get it fixed, is there any chance we could have a little fight?" He smiled and tapped the hilt of his own blade

James smiled. "We could have a little duel now. James said ad h twisted the top of the swords hilt.It opened like a compartment and he pulled out two daggers then put them back and capped the sword hilt. "that is why I don't fix it." James said as he set his sword on his lap waiting for the man to answer.

"Two daggers against my sword? seems a little unfair" He scrached the back of his neck "And for the record, I was referring to the hairline fracture next to the hilt, the one probably caused by excessesive force from an axe" He was just guessing, it could have been a type of mace

"Gladiators are not given the best weapons." James said as he picked up his axe. "I can fight you with this and this." James unwrapped the whip around his waist at the end was a small blade. It wouldn't cut deep but it would cut.

"No, its not about fighting you, or your many other weapons" He picked up the bottle of wine "I just want to fight against a sword weilding opponent that was close to being on par with me, thats all" He took a sip of the liquid and put the bottle back down on the floor "Oh, the emporer is entertaining his wife, so unless your, I dont know, whats that god romans love, Mars..." He shrugged "I dont think he'll be leaving his room tonight"

"I can wait." James said sitting back in the throne. He didn't care what would happen at the moment. He was just sitting.

"Well, it seems irresponsible for me to just leave, I mean what if you when on a murderous rampage and cut down my mistress in hot blood, then I'd be forced to hunt you down and kill you like a dog, sad really..." He took a few steps backwards and lined himself up with the wine bottle "Hey, watch this" He ran forward and kicked the bottle, time seemed to slow down as it took motion, it flew clear across the room and out an open window where it smashed on a patroling guard's helmet "YES, IM THE BEST" He was probably going to pay for that later but it was totaly worth it

He looked over at him "Nothing, well I doubt you'd kill the mistress and Ive warned you about the consecquences if you do" He smiled and picked up an apple "No, you wonldnt want to risk your life for something so trivial, I'm going for a walk, send a messenger if Im needed" He walked past him and out of the kitchen, he then walked away from the palace and sort of drifted on the winds instead of heading in a particular direction.
