That is sort of what I meant. I mean, Nara Clan doesn't have a bloodline, they are all just Very Smart. Their jutsu aren't their own, anyone can do them. Same with the Akimichi and the Yamanaka Clan.

Only the clans that made them can do their jutsu, each clan has their own bloodline and jutsus... >.< No one else but them can do it..

Everyone has different blood.
Everyone is unique.
It's those differences that result in special abilities and so forth.
No one but those with Hyouton blood can use the ice release technique.
There are techniques that mimic this act- shown in the one Naruto movie with the snow ninja- but they used previously existing ice.
It wasn't ice release, it was ice manipulation.
But the actual act of combining wind and water to create ice is something only those specific people can do.

XD That is how it is in the Naruto Guilds. But in the Naruto universe, there is nothing special about those clans. Anyone can do them, they are just "Clan Jutsu" because they are really the only ones that practice them.

.. Woow.. Maybe you should look up everything about Naruto from Google, or perhaps watch all the episodes from beginning to end of Shippuden..
No one but the clan's that made the jutsu/bloodline can use or manipulate their jutsu/bloodline.. No One..
You don't see Naruto making a Shadow Possession, or.. Sasuke using Mind Transfer.. Or Sakura using Amaterasu..

The Clan members may be the only ones who practice specific Clan techniques, but that's because there are certain physical, mental, or chakra requirements.
