It's partly random. The chances of getting four townies is not very good. It makes that too much of a risk.
I have my reasons for Tota, thin watered they may be.

Well I have to place my vote on LPS for now. If she is out to kill the only town killable role, then she has to be mafia. Tota - 1

And I didn't list it, but Barbossa is the standard serial killer, so his role may only be town lynched.

Besides, whatever side has Barbossa is an added kill. If town gets him, then they can get two kills per night if they wanted to.

What Kath is trying to insinuate is that I must be Mafia because I am voting him on suspicion of being Barbossa when I said nothing of the sort. It's true that a Mafia member would want Barbossa out as badly as a townie, but I never said you were Barbossa - I said you were preoccupied with Barbossa, and that you know something that only Barbossa could possibly know.
How did you find out that Barbossa acted? Did you speak to someone who claimed to be Gibbs? Then who did he roleblock? Did you speak to someone who claimed to be Will? Then who did he protect? How do you know what you know?

Oh, good grief! x_x I apologize, all the standard roles are straight from the original game.
So, may I point out here that Barbossa is only killable by lynch.
AND Jack Sparrow is the vigilante - He gets a kill, too, if he wishes.

Actually, in every game, instead of one, the serial killer has been immune to mafia kills. It's become a standard thing to assume.

Well hell, I've got myself into one hole that isn't worth digging out of.
I am Barbossa. If you let me live then I will kill who you want and not kill any townies.
LPS, retract your vote for me and so will I then. Unless you want me dead.
