I have obtained permission for it. She would be much as she is now. Her mask could be softened some, her feet made slightly more brown. Her wings I'd like to be barred brown and cream (I think the inspiration was an owl's, but the images currently are unavailable). Mane and tail should be the stock braided style, please. The feathers in it should be brown and tan. I'd like the original style wings, but it would be wonderful if the head-wings could be left off. If you can't see in the ref pic, there is a full moon on her hindquarters, and tall, pointy, leafless, birch-like trees "growing" up each of her legs. The rest of her body is the color of a night sky with stars, and wisps of fog should reach across her body. DRAWN-on white feathered wings should be on her back as shown, spreading across most of her back. Now her edits are based off this veeery rough avi of my own creation. That up-do w/ gold tiara. Then the ruff around her neck as pictured on the avi. The crescent moon mask with the same colors and designs as those on the avi. The warp around (also pictured in the soq-ref i drew) should be an off-white with a golf fringe. The flowy/ruffly anklets on back legs are drawn poorly by me, so refer to the avi. The sleeves on the front legs (also drawn and pictured), should have bows at the top and light gold lacing down the fronts, and the bottoms should be ruffly. Lastly, white feathers intertwined in her tail, which should just be brown and the curly 2 style. ^_^ You have the artistic power to move things around if they don't fit just right, I trust your aesthetic abilities completely and entirely. Body Coloring: Palomino/ another. The first picture of the palomino is different then the rest of them (which of the same horse). I would like her coat color to be a good balance between the coat colors in the reference image.
Face Markings: She has a white Star, Stripe and Snip into left nostril running down her face. (fifth one down on the black horse)
Leg Feathering: I would like the default leg feathering on - both her front legs only- of the mare base to be tad bit longer and fluffier while the back legs remain untouched. For the feathering, I would like the length and fluffiness to be something like that on this horse
Nose color I would like her nose to be black with a splash of pink in it. The same as the first palomino is the body coloring reference.
Mane Color: White
Mane Style: I would like her mane to mimic that which is featured in the photo. Please ignore where it says I would like a braid; I changed my mind and would just like the mane to copy that in the reference image without making any changes. However, one small change I would like to happen is with the flowers in her mane, I would like ribbons attached to some- not all so it won't be so cluttered- of the flowers and floating outward much like how it is in this picture. . The color of the ribbons I would like to be #99D9EA and the color of the flowers would be this color; lavender with hints of pink in the petals.
Tail Color: White
Tail Style: I would like something to match the mane, please. So it's basically cc. Also at the beginning of the tail, I would like there to be a lavender bow with a short length ribbon
Eye color: Pale Cerulean
Hoof Color: Her left front hoof and her right back hoof is the same coloring as her daughter's Lullaby's while her right front hoof and left back hoof are the color #A79179.

I'm not sure what hair edits I'd like, if it's too much for a Usdia, then the punk styles would work! X3 I do know I'd love like, little charms hanging in her tail and mane, just like the ones hanging from her hat. It's be cut if she had her hat and cape (Maybe as a sash instead of a cape? o wo ), but that might be pushing the Minor edit limits. As for her coat design, I'm not a huge fan of the whole, skin tone thing, so you're free to get as creative as you want with her!

If it is possible (I'm not sure?), I would like the draft leg feathering (but not the draft lines). Please feel free to take some liberties with the below, you are more than welcome to add/tweak things as you like. Wings: light dusty rose/pale antique pink, with gradual shading so it is lighter near the body. Hair: Crimped mane style. Color of the mane and the hair part of her tail is dark natural red/auburn. Body: creamy off white with a very slight antique pink tint. On her underside and going up her neck she has subtle pink shading in a color like her wings have, maybe a bit lighter, and she also has some shading like this on her ankles above her hooves that gradually fades out by mid-leg. She also has some very small silvery speckles or some marking of your choice on her back (I just want a hint of silver on her body), and elsewhere if you are so inspired. She also has a tiny pink flower or some other small pretty marking somewhere on her face and at the end of her Uni tail right before the hair part.
