Haruko, who had been on to Malachi for a while now saw him move with ease. "Hey you, in the tree" Haruko said looking at where Malachi went "don't think you are fooling me, I am captain of the striker division in the soul society and you should not take me lightly, I know you don't want to fight, so either come on out, or leave, you have ten seconds to choose, if you do not then I will be forced to attack" Haruko was offended that someone would try to spy on him, he, being the ex vice of the omitsukido, as well as the current captain of the striker division. He would not have been sure of anything, but he made the mistake to mutter, and that gave him away.
Now looking to the quincy "hey quincy, these are arrancar, they are among the most powerful hollows alive, they can use zanpakuto, and they can go head to head with most captains of the soul society, do not try to fight them, unless you are willing to risk your life, also only attack if you are attacked, there is no need for useless life loss" Haruko turned back to the tree, and waited. His hand rested on his blade, ready to defent iff necessary.

Kiena chuckled when the shinigami yelled at Malachi but stopped when he said captain. 'A captain.... and a quincy...I've heard of quincys before... never seen one though' She thought.
She tightened her hand into a fist. "I apologize for my master's insensitivity..." She looked up at the shinigami, "...I'm sure he means no harm, only to make sure i'm safe..."
A sudden pain shot through her chest. Crumpling over she started coughing. 'Still not enough time to heal.... dammit... whats going on with my body?!'

Malachi appeared by Kiena's side, letting half of his spiritual pressure out now, matching Kiena's so they wouldn't realize what he truly was. He whispered to her, "I warned you not to come to the human world. You're still too injured." Standing up, he turned to Haruko. "Unless you want to fight, I won't attack. My friend here has a bit of an authority issue, an came to the Human World under my protest. Haruko laughed "so he finally shows himself, well that's good. You are free to return to hueco mundo, unharmed as I have no desire to fight with you" Haruko said this with authority, focusing on Malachi now. "I am sorry iff I made things harder for you" He then stepped back to show good faith.

Kiena stood up abruptly and took a step to the side. Cluching her side she glared at Malachi. "....What makes you think that you can just come up to me like nothing happened?"

Raising his hand to slap her, Malachi sighed and turned away. "Fine. Die. See what I care. You're just a lowly Fraccion anyways." He released his full strength. Kiena's anger disappered all at once, replaced by fear. Soon after a she smirked. "Go ahead, kill me, it's not like i have anything to live for."
