Tsukasaa I've starting writing a buncha fanfics (including the Miyavi cab driver one because that idea just kicks a**) but school is already getting int the way. I wish for English she'd give an assignment: "Write a story about an insane yet sexy cab driver" or something. That would rock. gonk I wonder if I'll get any assignments like that for college. Oh well, I've worked J-rock and Lord of the Rings into assignments before - I can do it again! scream

I feel the sudden need to post this here. 3nodding I've been planning a Dir en grey fanfic for a long time now. It's based on the [KR] Cube PV. I don't really like fanfics that put the actual people in them, at least not as long as they're in some sort of yaoi fanfic. I suppose it might not be so bad otherwise. 3nodding But anyway, I don't have much in the way of a plot yet. ^^; Ano....basically, it's based on Diru's characters in the [KR] Cube PV - Die, Shinya, and Kaoru as assassins. I'm not sure if Kyo and Totchi will be in it or not, since their characters were killed in the PV. But me writing a fanfic without Totchi in it would just be wrong. XD

XD My friend wrote a [KR] Cube fic in which "pimp Kyo" and "dj Kyo" were two different people; Kyo was the pimp and Tohru was the dj, his twin brother. Die was a Yakuza hit man, 'cause she's obsessed with the Yakuza, and Toshiya and Shinya were whores under Kyo. It's an amusing thing.

I read some other KR Cube fanfic, it was unfinished, but Kyo was like... I dunno.... and.... er...... It's late at night and I can't explain things gonk Only thought I can make is: yaoi. 3nodding

I don't dislike yaoi at all ... but why almost every girl on inet loves yaoi? eek ... is kind of weird ... and why you write about couples like KaoruxDie or something gonk *I would write about Kaoru and me xd * anyways ...
I can't find the yaoi fascination, if you ask me, I would say that I prefer a couple of cute guys BOTH only for ME whee but really ... why yaoi is so interesting? ... maybe I'm the weird girl here sad

No, don't ever think you're the weird girl here. If I do remember so Sibs shares the same views as you.
I suppose more than anything else I'm middle-ground. I have no problems with yaoi... I have even come to enjoy it, not sexually, but if the work's got a good plot, I'm all over it, regardless of whether Kyo and Totchi get it on.
It probably doesn't help much that I think gay couples are cute to watch. Something about two men holding hands, offering quick kisses to each other... really just sharing "that look" even... it's so cute! whee
But I digress.
I myself wouldn't write yaoi, at least not now. I wouldn't because to be honest I don't have that kind of experience... I wouldn't want to do yaoi an injustice, just like I wouldn't want someone to write a Diru fanfic that totally hashes up who they are.
And as a note to Kuniko-chan, I actually enjoyed that [Kr] Cube ficcy. Somehow, it makes the PV make so much more sense!
