Violet Night Violet with this new feeling of pride for being sorted into the house for the smart, Burnnar, found herself wondering about the town. As far as Via new classes were not being held as this moment so she felt she had free time to look about her new home. Though Via did not mean to, she found herself in the Liberia, getting unfriendly looks from strangers since she didn't look like the "type" to be able to sit and read with out causing trouble. After a unsettling sigh and sending a few deadly glares, she found herself a book. It was a old paper back book with a light green cover that simply read "The History of The Town" on the last page of this book was a picture of the old town and a map of the new. Violet smiled happily at the little discovery of the book but quickly changed it to a stern line when people walked by. Via seeing as the people still liked to stop in stare, made her way to the far back, settling into a old brown leather chair, she started her read.

     Joshua nodded when Christina shook his hand. It seemed he had a study partner. After a moment, he realized that she was really the first study partner he had ever had. After all, before coming to this school, he had not realized how many people there were who were dedicated to their studies like him, although not all of them were geniuses. Like him.
He had been deeply focused on his writing and barely heard Christina's question, but eventually he realized what she had asked him. Looking up, he grinned. "That?" he asked, "I simply combined free-floating elements in the..." he trailed off, realizing that perhaps science might not be the best way to explain the situation. "It's just what I can do." he told her, "I've never seen anyone else who is able to do it."
He paused, thinking about them being study partners. "What dorm are you in?" he asked slowly, "And do you have a cellphone? Because if we're going to be study partners, we should have some way to contact each other, right?"

The citizens were yelling and laughing, swearing loudly and walking in groups. It was just like back at home in New York. Noah zipped his wind breaker all the way so that his mouth was covered and invisible from the gangs walking past. He stopped in his tracks once he came to a street crossing. Looking around, Noah had no idea where to go. The only reason he ventured into town was to escape the embarrassment of getting yelled at by a girl who he had no idea was. Sighing, he glanced about, seeing nothing but shops and food places. He had money at the moment, though he didn't want to spend it on anything yet.
Cars zoomed by as Noah stood in his same spot at the sidewalk. Looking down the street, he spotted a large, wooden building. It had an interesting shape and build, almost like a big house. Waiting for the signal to inform Noah that it was safe to walk, he kept staring at the building. Once the red hand disappeared and the bright stick man had appeared, Noah walked across the street and went to the edifice. He passed coffee shops and ice cream parlors. He knew that getting coffee was a good idea, since he loved it. But who in their right mind would get ice cream at this time of the month?
Reaching the structure, he opened the doors and walked in to see books everywhere. Books. Noah grimaced and walked further into the library. His red curls were wet from light flakes of snow that had sneakily drifted from the grey sky to the ground. Waddling around with boredom, he went over to the non-fiction section and looked at the books. His eyes became half-lidded. Boring. Turning he went through bookcases and ended up at the Sci-Fi section. Ew, I hate crap like this. Noah again turned on his heel and went to another genre section. Looking at the sign above him that read romance, he grinned and went down the aisle. Glancing to his side, he read a cover that said " Tease and Taunts : Volume One. R-18 ". Noah observed his surroundings and slowly picked up the book. I am so not supposed to be reading this.
He wasn't. He was only fifteen.
Flipping through the pages, he caught sight of some suggestive words and read the page, an interested expression on his face. Leafing through the passage, he flushed at the inappropriate scene. H-How the hell can people write this stuff? Continuing on, he was amused but somewhat aroused by the happenings. He grinned but lost his smile once an extremely over the top scene had been read. He flushed a deeper red and closed the book. Looking around, he kept the book in his hand and walked over to a less mature section.
Still finding nothing interesting in any section, he sat in a reading area and started the mature book from the beginning. And it was actually starting off well.

Violet Night  Violet pulled her coat tighter around herself even though it was a lot warmer in her then outside she still couldn't help but feel cold. Via lived closer to the south for a good amount of her life, so there for she never had to deal with this low of a temperature and her body didn't want to deal with it ether. Shivering slightly she got up getting ready to put her book back but before she did she noticed a red haired boy who must have been a few years younger then her self. Via caught sight of the cover of the book, letting out a soft giggle that was to loud in such a quite place, she quickly walked a head.
Violet brought the book back to its rightful home, then picked up another paper back novel, a simple easy read of about 300 pages, it was nothing more then another history book but this one was about the school its self, it held information on past students that went there, teacher, problems the school has had, what the school teaches, just a lot of things she actually found her self wanting to know. So Violet took this book back to her seat, giggling again at the young teen reading a book past his age before taking her seat back in the leather chair, she pulled her feet up under her and settled in for another read before maybe heading to get something to eat before the day come to a end.

He was flipping pages with shaking fingers and reading mature scenes with things that almost made him j**z on himself. He was just about to find out the name of the lady the man was having an affair with when he felt eyes on him. Looking around, he saw a girl with white hair giggling. Damn, what if she saw what I was reading?! Noah started to panic. He was in trouble now. Getting up he went over to the kids section and picked up a how-to-count book. He speed walked back over to his seat and placed the mature book behind the kids book. Now, where was I . . .
Staring at the book in total focus, Noah didn't know how much of a complete retard he looked at that moment. He growled at the people who passed by, giving him weird looks. Slouching in his seat, Noah continued the book and went on to the next chapter.

Violet Night Violet watched him from her seat, she couldn't keep her self from bursting out laughing which gave her a few loud shushes, but a simply dead stare with Vias hard core punk look shut those people up pretty fast. With out a word Via got up with her book and hand and walked over to the young boy and looked over the book he was using to cover the book he shouldn't have head, so after a moment of blocking the boy from his book and sentence being read she started stepping back, stopping to look at the kids face, since Via was almost 18 the book really did nothing for her but she could tell the kid was enjoying it very much, giggling some more Via finally spoke "Kid this is the reason for the rating" she said motioning her hand at him, for a girl with such a tough look she had a very light sweet voice to her though her voice was sweet her words were teasing. After that said she shook her head and walked off to a different side, finding another comfy leather chair to get cozy in.Being a girl that normally kept to her self yet spoke her mind she couldn't help but comment on the kid quickly then go back to keeping to herself

Glancing up, he noticed someone walking over to him. He kept his cool and continued reading, ignoring the person about to infiltrate his space. Seeing as how she stopped to look at teh page she was reading, he blushed and closed his eyes.
"Kid, this is the reason for the rating."
Noah looked up at her and was taken aback for a multitude of reasons. One reason was because her looks and her voice didn't match. Her speech was gentle and quiet, almost like honey dropping onto a toasted piece of bread. Her outfit was that of a punk, her piercings glowing in the dimly lit library lights. Noah watched as the girl casually walked away, almost as if she hadn't bothered the hell out of the red head.
Angry, Noah got up and put both books face down. Taking off his windbreaker, he tugged on the sleeves of his shirt, covering his slender and cold fingers. He followed after the girl feeling like a complete stalker. Noah saw the white hair again and quickly caught up to her. He put a hand on her shoulder. "Don't think you can just say something and walk away as if I won't say anything back. I know why books have ratings, and its to let people know what the age restrictions are. I'm not dumb." Noah whisper-yelled in confidence. It was the second time that day he was being supposedly rude to a girl. He crossed his arms. He knew he was too young to read the book, but he could handle it, so it didn't matter.
Turning, he scoffed. "Now why don't you mind your buisness from now on, hm?" He raised a red eyebrow and grinned menacingly.

Violet shook her head at the kid again, ratings had more meaning then just age restrictions, it seemed to be every year ratings were going down, PG-13 was now close to what they called R a few years back, though it dose depend deeply on the kid if the rating mattered or not "i never called you dumb kid" she said giving the kid a blank stare, her voice flat. Via waited for him to go on and listened respectfully but once he told her to mind her own business she broke out in a chilling laugh, before giving him a sharp white teeth smirk "I do what i want" she said bluntly "and what do you think me walking away was about? Me wanting to talk to you?" Clearly the look on her face showed she didn't though she did enjoy the reaction she was getting from him, she liked to do things that most people wouldn't do just for the reaction, it was like this huge study on how people react to certain awkward situations.

He had just met her and she was already pissing him off. He blew a curl from his face and pouted. She just kept talking, as if Noah was listening. He was actually looking at the books across from him, nothing interesting to consider reading. Noah was getting very agitated right then.
"Then if you didn't want to talk to me, why tell me that the book isn't for my age? I can see that very clearly. I know how to read after all." Noah glowered and noticed what he was doing. "This is stupid. I don't even know why we're arguing over this." He looked at the girl another time and walked away, fuming.
"Even though you started it . . . " He mumbled quietly under his breath. He quickly walked away and picked up the mature book. Trotting over to the desk, he asked the lady to check it out for him. She did so without any word and fortunately didn't ask about his age. Taking the hardcover, he grabbed his windbreaker from the chair he was at before and put it on, zipping the duck for a zipper up and fluffed his ruby hair.
Maneuvering in between the shelves and bookcases, Noah found the door and stepped back outside into the harsh cold.

 Emily walks in the library feeling happy. And starts to look for a book that might interest her. After a few minutes of looking she finally finds one called The Best Guide for Piano Playing. She finds an empty chair and begins to read...

 KotokoAs Kotoko entered the library, holding a book she borrowed recently, she saw a girl who was sitting at a chair and reading a book. Kotoko came forward to her saying "Umm, hi miss, I just want to ask you if we can be friends..?"" The girl looked so quiet she wanted to be her friend, Kotoko thought of her as interesting.

Emily looks up from the book and sees a girl, after hearing what she said, she decided to think this over and why not, she thought, it's not like I already have a lot of friends here. "Sure, what's your name?" She looks fun to hang out with.
