Oh the possibilities.
I'll go with the final battle though. Sasuke's and Naruto's last fight and they're both out to kill. Fighting and adding some dialogue too (I have high expectations of this dialogue because of the Valley of the End). They continue to fight while Konoha is getting hammered by Madara and the rest.
Sasuke and Naruto both hit one another with their attack, falling back. Some more dialogue and Zetsu pops up because he's always lurking in the shadows takes Kyuubi and runs off.
Naruto, exhausted pull Sasuke towards him with little strength that he has and kissed him. Leaving Sasuke confused and pissed because Zetsu interrupted his fight.

I don't think Sasuke can bring himself to kill Naruto actually XD But since he changed he probably is... crying But this is what I want to happen! And I still believe in it!
Sasuke dodges Naruto's attacks not wanting to hit him because he figured out the truth and he doesn't want to get sucked in and for Kabuto to use. He pulls Naruto towards him and leans down for a sweet kiss <3 xd
And then..things happen and they forgot about Madara too lol
