Nightshade turned toward Arell, "One thing puzzles me. This Agent Quinn is expecting the Batman, and he only sends one guy. There's several of us. Why not send a team? I do agree with Robin, we should lay low while we're in Gotham. However, this project Pandora was moved to Central City, right? Should we go there?"

Arell nodded. "Reckon dat 'Professor' dude thinks he's some top-class turkey. Dat's why he goin' alone, but y'all go check out de Central City. I'll keep y'all covered. Reckon if he gon' try t' walk like a man, I'll flatten his a** like a man, too." he said in his Cajun growl as he realized he was still hungry. "Just, uh . . . lemme flatten 'im after I eat. Doan' like doin' much on an empty tank." he said and chowed down on the chicken and mashed potatoes Crystal gave him.

Jinx spoke up, "Arell, are thinking 'divide and conquer'? Some of us deal with the assassin, while the rest head to Central City for, what I'm guessing is the perp's next target?"

Arell looked up, swallowing a large chunk of chicken in the process. "Yup. Reckon some'un oughta warn de dude t' bring a few pals along. I ain't much fer fightin' an unfair fight, but whoever's a li'l too skittish in meetin' this fella, I reckon y'all best get t' Central City." he said and took another huge chomp out of the chicken leg.

Babs interjected her thoughts, "There may be only one assassin, but this guy probably has extensive support and resources. We shouldn't underestimate this Professor under any means. Also, I don't want this drug to my door...."

Arell shrugged. "I won't take it t' your doorstep, che', but dat joker oughta learn not t' mess around when he ain't wanted." the Cajun said, polishing off the drumstick and going after the breast with a fork and his Bowie Knife.

"I think Jinx and I should stay in Gotham too. If he catches even a rumor of 'Robin and Batgirl' traveling to Central, he'll tail all of us there."
Robin said after listening to the conversation for a while.
"I've been wanting to gather up a team around here anyway... confirm who's left."
((Oh wow, the 'Tim' that Terry knows is the one who was Joker-fied. o.O What's he gonna think about this comic-universe Tim? XD I don't know why I just thought of that.))

Arell nodded. "Dat way he walks right int' us an' gets the snot whupped outta him." he said as he finished the Chicken and potatoes. He checked the ammunition in his pistol. Fully loaded, but he still had an ammo box in his jacket pocket. "A team, huh? There's this motel I was at a while ago with a couple folk dat mentioned ya. Three of 'em." the Swamp man said.

Nightshade thought for a few moments, "Had a crazy idea. If we send some people who we know this Professor will follow to Central City, we can flush him out. Then maybe Arell and I bag the assassin... basically from behind. We gather whatever help we need and get moving. What do you think?"

Arell smirked. "I like this here idea, che'. I just gotta relay a message here t' some'un who could really enjoy kickin' some butt." the Cajun said. Hex would LOVE something like this. Wonder if he's over a hangover." he thought as he pulled out a cell phone. He dialed a number and called until Jonah picked up.
"Cajun, what the hell do you want, boy?" Hex asked from the other side of the phone.
"Wanna go on an adventure, che'?" Arell asked.
"Alright, boy. Where ya goin'?" Hex replied.
"Central City." Arell confirmed.
"I'm there. Later, Gator." Hex said and hung up. Arell looked at the others. "Y'all know a Jonah Hex?"

Robin nodded briefly. This was turning into a workable plan, but what if this assassin expected a 'surprise' attack?
"So then... Jinx and I'll lead the Central City move."

Nightshade nodded, "Exactly, Arell and I stay close looking for anyone tailing you. Also, we might be able to dig into their support and follow the spider web wherever it leads."
Oracle chipped in, "Also, I can tap into their communications, if I see anything going toward Central City... or more likely identify the satellite turning from Gotham to Central City....."

Arell smirked. "I like them ideas. They have a li'l more to 'em than what I had in min'." the Cajun said, showing a little intellect now that he had some food in him.

Oracle looked over to Robin, "It does look like you and Batgirl will be the 'primary' to investigate in Central City. Since they know some others were with you, who do you want working with you in the open and who to back up Nightshade and Arell?"

"Well... we probably want someone who can sink into the shadows just as quickly as we can. I don't want to leave anyone out in the open if Jinx and I have to disappear."
Tim answered as he pushed all other problems to the back of his head. This was an important case... and there wasn't room for error.
