Rex ran into the store. He saw no one was around. "Good," he said to himself. Rex grabbed a few packs of soda and a large armful of chips. Then, he ran out of there towards the cabin.

I walked into the Camp Store. I needed something to take my mind off things. To bad they didn't seel alcohlol that was supposed to make you forget the world, I probably wouldn't drink it anyway. I sighed and kept looking around.

Rex walked into the store, still whistling. He didn't notice Emma when he walked in. What should I pick up for the cabin? We really don't need much of anything.. Rex thought quietly. He grinned to himself, feeling great about everything.

I noticede Rex the second he walked in. He was smiling to himself so happily I want to jump on him and stick a freaking knife through his chest.

Rex stopped suddenly, feelingsomeone stare daggers at him. He turned to see Emma looking at him. "Oh hey there. Well, this is kinda awkward, huh?" Rex said with a nervous smile. He slowly scratched his head and looked around nervously.

I gave him a slightly angry smile. "Yeah awkward. I just want to now whats been with you lately Rex I mean really?"
(( Oh "stare daggers at him" is a good phrase biggrin ))

Rex began to explain,"It's just me being stupid and unreasonable. I've been stressed out lately. Sorry about all that happened before..." Rex stuck his hand out as an apology.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him in for a hug. I didn't know why just impulse. "I understand I want to leave this camp just as much as you do". I was still holding him in a hug.

Rex was suprised by the hug, but embraced it. "Well, eventually, we'll be able to leave here. Don't worry." He felt better about himself, knowing emma didn't hate him anymore. Rex smiled widely to himself.

"What do you say to getting some things here then going somewhere more relaxing preferable somewhere I can sit down" I smiled at him. when tohse words come out of my mouth I realized they sounded like I wanted to be a lovey dovey. I hoped he didn't take it that way.

"Sounds good to me," Rex smiled. He needed to go sit. He'd been standing for a while and his legs kind of ached. "Grab what you need, pay, and lead the way." Laughing at his own rhyming, Rex stood by the door, waiting for Emma.

I grabbed a bottle of soda a bag of chips and beef jerky paid for it and walked out the door. I started heading toward the lake. I turned around to look at Rex. "You coming or what?", I asked him smiling menically.

"Would you mind getting my duffle bag from my cabin for me? It's on the foot of my bed" I asked rex I was WAY to lazy to get it myself. I kept walking hoping he would actually do it. The cool evening air felt good on my face, in the distance I could see the setting sun.
