Go to the Barton Forum, in the Gaian Neighborhood. That's where most literate roleplays are. Find one you like, even if the post min is three paragraphs, do it. Soon, you'll find posting a zip, and you'll be doing six to eight paragraphs for an intro. Wait til you see mine, Max.))

((You're posting this in the Ares cabin? Not here, correct? And also, I'm literate, I'm not in a literate roleplay. But then again, AP English will help you get literate faster than a gaia guild.))

If she never liked me as much as she apparently likes you, then why, WHY did she have to say yes to me when I asked her? And you, who are supposed to be my best friend, are going to act like the stupid, arrogant jerk you always are, then fine, be my guest! I do care about her Kevin, and it's because I care that I don't want to talk to her. How would you know what I went through, huh?! So what if you feel bad, you should! I would never, never do that to you, or anyone! For once, I felt like I could trust you, and you pull this stunt of stupidity. You are just being the lustful son of Ares you were meant to be." he went on, dropping the box of pizza on the ground. None of the pizza slices flew out, but the box did open and it was likely to get dirty. Gabe went on, his fists balled.
"In fact, the only thing holding me back from fighting you is Lyra! If she has to watch the two boys she apparently 'loves' fight each other, how do you think I would feel? I would feel just as crummy as you are! I don't want to talk to her because the exact thing that me and you are doing is going to happen between me and her. I want her to feel sorry and think about what to say to me. It's going to take a lot more than a simple 'I'm sorry!' to make me accept it. And you know this better than anyone!" he finally paused, staring off into the sky past Kevin. Kevin continued to walk away, so he picked up the pizza box quite harshly and stormed off towards the Zeus cabin, his eyes still aggravated.
"He comes to try and say 'He's sorry' and yet he makes me the bad guy?! What is this bull? He hasn't changed a bit..." he said to himself. He tried to calm himself down, but he couldn't. His anger clouded his mind.

 ✚Lyris sat down by the lake, jumping slightly.✚There was some sort of disturbance going on downstream, but she ignored it, casting her fishing rod and sitting there dully. She dipped her feet in the water, trying to cool off as she watched her bait bob up and down along the water. She watched the water wave by slowly, remembering how her father told her fishing took great patience. She smirked slightly. She had no patience. She sighed, closing her eyes and thinking about the warm weather on its' way. Though her father wished for her to come home, she wanted to stay the summer for now, but she was so lonely, it looked like she'd be returning home soon. "No fish," She grumbled, reeling in her line. All she had caught was a handful of mud and a few pieces of seaweed that stuck to the hook.
Lyris grimaced. She had never been very good at fishing. She remembered how her father would take her out on countless fishing trips, she knew he had always wanted a son. She had never taken an interest in fishing, and now it was William who did all the son-father stuff now. Anna was the little princess in the family, which left Lyris to be the awkward teenager who didn't fit into the family. Cam had always treated her like family, since they met a few years ago, but she couldn't help but feel awkward when they met at family meetings, and her father would have to introduce, 'his two wonderful step children' and his 'older daughter'. She slumped, feeling vaguely alien. If the awkwardness wasn't enough, distant family members and neighbors knew that the older daughter, though not old enough to be in college, didn't live with the family for most of the year, and only came home for the holidays. This may have been a little less weird if it weren't for the fact that her father had broadcasted the fact that her biological mother was dead. She remembered a particularly nosy couple asking her if she was a high-school dropout.
"Quite the opposite actually."
She smiled. Her father insisted that she had to go to school, and once this summer was over, she would have to face with the subject of moving back into her parent's house. Cam was pulling some connections with her friends from Harvard to see if Lyris could get a bit of a head start. She groaned, tucking herself into a little ball with her arms wrapped around her knees. No doubt more awkward questions, nosy neighbors, doubtful family members, and concerned teachers would fill her next few school months.She stood, brushing her dirt off her knees, winding her way down the stream and looking for one of the few friends she possessed.

((Gary, I just got the challenge "Ouch!" I picked up a grenade launcher ACR, and shot it, and the grenade hit him in the head and killed him, without exploding. Then afterwards, it blew up and killed his friend for the doublekill. ^^)

Sally sat at the edge of the lake, feeling the water lap up at her bare feet. Sally loved the water. Hmm i wonder why, im not a daughter of Poseidon... oh well. She didnt care. She was proud of her mother. Hmmm.... She sat there and thought about how it was before she knew about this world

Lycria ran until she reached the lake. She leaned against a tree breathing deeply. Man did that cabin ever look and smell disgusting. She thought to herself and fell to her knees. She was still breathing deeply trying to get the stench of the cabin out of her, then she looked up at the sky. "Sorry if I was rude and ran out of your cabin Hermes." She whispered to the sky.

After awhile of walking and just trying to find even the smallest amount of water, a sparkling lake came into view. "I told you I had a slight image of where the lake could be Emmit!" Jack exclaimed as they got closer to what Jack really hoped was the lake. "I think that was the girl we saw dashing from the cabin." He pointed at a girl leaning against a tree, talking to the sky. A few days ago I would have thought she was crazy, then again, I wouldn't have a twig bow either.

Lycria was still breathing deeply, she looked down with her eyes closed. I can't get it out of my nose. She thought and opened her eyes, she noticed the two boys she saw back at Hermes' cabin and one was pointing at her. "What are you? Stalkers?" She asked and stood up. "I don't like being followed," she said and noticed a symbol above her head. She recognized it as Aphrodite's. Nice timing mom. She thought and turned around to walk back to the cabins. "Don't even think of following me." She saidand walked off to Aphrodite's cabin.

"We just came cause you seemed kinda odd when you darted from the cabin. Then again, with the smell and look of that room, even Hades wouldn't go in there to get his throne back at Olympus." When Jack said the name "Hades", lighning sounded, even though it was a cloudless day. "Hey, I completely support your decision, O' Wise and Powerful Master of the Skies." The lightning seemed to subside after that.
