Hair is simple, sleek and neat but not necessary straight, reaches shoulders.
Tail is similar to hair in style, pools a little on the floor. Nothing too long.
If you wish to balance out the brighter shades of orange used in the edits, feel free to add simple accessories to his legs; nothing 'premade' though... Not too fond of the items.
The scarf on his rump can be around his neck; I leave it up to you as long as the color/gradient is similar!

Please note that the joint lines on his body should be a very dark purple, and are NOT EDITS. His head, socks, and thighs are a teal color. His forelegs each have a strip on them with black and (unsatured/dull) neon yellow-green stripes. He has extra 'eyes' on his head which will be markings/spots. One large central one on the forehead and one small 'eye' behind each of his true eyes, all a bright red. The sclera of the true eyes are black. His mane is a more vibrant teal than the teal on his body. He has window markings on his upper forelegs (framing his chest) and a golden decepticon symbol in the center his chest. I'd like it if he was on the bulky draft lines, and if he had the 'forever foal' hairstyle. Coat: When her summer coat is in she's a deep golden bronze palomino with a star that melds into a white stripe down her face and a snip on her muzzle. She has light dappling mostly visible on her barrel area, but also some on the top of her rump and shoulders (see Reference 1 - for the best images I have of her summer coat xD).
Mane/: Her mane and tail are a bright white-ish cream like color (See almost any Reference #). with the last half being a little darker than the top. I'd like her mane and tail to resemble Reference Image #3 in some way. Eyes/Hooves: Her eyes are a deep brown and her hooves the same tan-ish color as her real life counterpart. I'd like her to have some extra feathering around her hooves, and the feathering itself is a light cream-ish.
Items: Around her front hock (closest to the viewer) she wears a rawhide bracelet with steel beads and a small steel heart, also hanging on the bracelet I'd like her to have a high school class ring with a pale aqua stone. Hanging down around her neck on a long thin silver chain is a silver claddagh pendant with a ruby heart.
Wings: I'd like the new wind wings please! Her wings are the same deep gold as her body and have a light dappling like her coat, the tips of the feathers are the same bright pink as her halter and have a jewel like sparkle/shine to them.
Horn: I would like her horn to be perfectly white, and glowing

The mane should fall a little past the base of his neck like on the plushie. It should be no longer than medium length.
Hooves: Silver
Markings: He has red glowing tribal tattoo markings along the left side of his body. On his other 3 legs I would like some markings along the lower part, from the knee down.
Please see the reference for a better look. I give the colorist the open option to play around and do the markings however they like since they would know what would fit best.
He also has his legs fade/blend in to a lighter shade of black/dark gray at the knees down.
Accessories: He has a loose, tattered, Dark Red scarf around his neck.
He has a Dark Red blindfold [Trading Post: Example with the flowing ends.]. If possible, if the knot is on the side like on the female example, I would like the knot hidden under his hair.
He also has the 3 hoop earrings from the trading post.
Eyes: Blood Red
Wings: Style 3, ragged. The feathers should be red, with a few being white. The membrane/skinfolds should be dark red that gradients in the black. The claws/horns are White/Silver.
