I'm sorry but I wasn't insulting the chain of command or anyone at that. I just simply said that 2 years in the guild is a long time to be unseated. I know Zaine's RP ability and he should have been seated a long time ago and alot higher than where he is at. I can have my opinion just like everyone else.
I'm not claiming to have been here for a while ... I HAVE been here for a while and I am a seated member of a squad. I'm not ignorant, I know the rules. But I also know that I can express my opinion and that is all I have done. End of story ...

The person in charge of Las Nochas knows who my other character is. I want to leave it at that. I want these two characters to be totally opposite of each other. So .... sorry, no intell for you. xd

I've only got a Hollow character at the moment but I think I can still chime in here.
1: Las Noches (as well as some of the squads...) could use a little more organization. Just one of the things I notice is the lack of a way to track Numeros. I suggest a new post under the ranking with the numbers 1-99 with their names and status (active is blank, inactive, dead, banned, or whatever else).
2: Get a full roster of Espada. Hold some sort of contest or just take applications and get the full ten. Las Noches needs the power.
3: Work out Segunda Etapa. Bankais are multiplying like Satan-bunnies so Las Noches needs to be able to put their foot down and crush them.
4: I would gladly try for the position of Espada. My character is just a Hollow right now because I believe in starting small and earning your power. If you need Espada I could start posting like crazy to become strong enough to be worthy. Just be sure to let me know if you would like me to try, alright? I'm on every day (unless Calculus or Advanced Comp is piling up) and will gladly take roles of responsibility in any plot regardless of my number. I'd like to think I'm a fairly good roleplayer.
That's all I got for the moment.

ok fully understand on partner association element not being viable. I just noticed major flaw here is we do not have PRP that are not fights. All PRP's seem to be fights in Las Noches save the one Mirouni put forth with his Bikou plot and Ami. I figured we should have more PRP's of interactions that don't involve physical confrontation. Potentially PRP's of dissent towards Aizen and even attempts to free themselves from his hold.

If we do apps for Espada positions I'm going to have Maguda and Danubi both apply for the position of Joint Heads of the Exequias. They were made for stealth and defensiveness in the first place, so they'd be a pretty good fit to the position.

Well Yonaka first we need to know which Espada are active, Pad, me , and some others are active, then we need to fill the empty positions. And yeah we could use some reorganizing in here as well.
And Yes we need to work out the Segunda Etapa, but that is a matter for are Leader to Decide on.
Also on actual interacting without fighting thing, I have tried to do many many times, and always I get attacked, though Au3 is a master at that short of thing really.
anyways that is all I have to say for now.
