Oh, captain, my captain, I read all the announcements -- sorry you've had such a hard time with getting a loyal crew -- and I have posted a few times (including the contest thread/s that went bust).
However, I do not like raffles in general, so I'll opt out of this one.
As for getting more active people in the guild, do you ever try to recruit in game? Say lead SS Hard runs on behalf of the guild and invite all participants to join us?

If there are no better ideas, I'll remove it and start up the recruitment contest.
