"My opinions say I do not care." Haytham grunted.
"You're such a child."

"I would rather be a child than someone who finds something to complain about with everything."

"I only complain when it's annoying. Keep this in mind." Haytham grunted as she walked through the city gates, taking a sharp left into a small stable.

"Perhaps in your eyes I have today. But that is not the truth." Haytham shrugged her shoulders as she stopped in front of the stable, giving a short whistle.
In the back, a soft snicker was heard before hoof beats could be heard trotting towards her, a black horse appearing and stopping a few feet away from her.
"Hm.. Still a bit tired..?" She mumbled to herself as she walked to the horse, climbing into the saddle on it's back. "I think we can a quick sprint to Acre, no..?" She chuckled, patting the horse's neck.

Reaver had disappeared from sight as he himself was getting his horse.
There was suddenly a shadow over Haytham and her horse. Reaver and his blocking out the sun...

"Big man... Big horse..." Haytham grunted, not even bothering to look at them.
"Seems fitting." She smirked, before clicked her tongue, sending her horse into a trot.

Reaver didn't even have to say or do anything. The horse trotted off on its own...

As the two began trotting down a worn trail, everything began to slowly fade into white, and the robotic female voice spoke, "Fast forwarding memory to a more recent once."
As the white faded out, the two were now trotting towards the front gates of Acre. Not much had changed over the past year of the city. Bodies remained laid out along side the trail, soldiers and citizens were walking in and out of the city on business of their own, giving the two riders a healthy distance to avoid being bumped by their horses.
"The air here always has a funny taste to it.." Haytham grunted as she veered off to the city's stables. "Salt, water, smoke, and death. I do not blame the citizens for leaving this place so often..."

"And it's about to have even more death in it." Reaver said with a chuckle.

"Yes.... Plenty more." Haytham grunted, looking to the guarded gate as she slid off her horse.
"...We need a way in..." She mumbled, looking around the gate for a possible entrance.
"We shouldn't alert the guards. It might alert the target.."

Reaver was walking straight at the guards. "If anyone ever alerts the target..." he said with a dark chuckle.

"...Reaver...?" Haytham blinked, before she realized what was going on.
"Uh.. Reaver! What are you doing?!"

Reaver would give the guards one chance. He would give them the opportunity to live by letting him through...If that didn't work, they were doomed...

Upon Reaver's approach, the guards began to look at one another warily, unsure of what to do.
Finally, one was pushed towards Reaver by the others, the guard shaking. "...Do you need something..... Sir?"
