The only thing with me getting into the village was no one was posting. It was an inactivity issue. All that happened to me was I was basically told "Don't do anything bad or we're going to attack you but you can come in. We won't ask why you're a wanderer and not in a village, or search you for deadly weapons or bombs, or any type of technology that could end up leading to the end of our village, just pinky promise that you won't do anything bad or we may have to attack you without knowing how strong you are or what your abilities may be." It wasn't difficult. It's just no one was posting. So basically someone just has to go to villages and pick flowers? That would take a week and a half, give or take.
If someone else other then the person who was making the elixir (like a crew member) could generate the number then I will allow it. I won't let the person who is making it generate the number though.
Okay so the most that could happen is a prolonged life and a +10 chakra pool bonus. I think that if all this is happening the person could get a little more then that, providing the generation method is changed. I like the general idea of this thing, I just think it needs a bit of fine tuning.

Yet again, that is if the village let you in without hostile welcome.
I would agree to that only if the crew member is active enough. I would actually prefer me since it's my creation and I rather see it done properly. Not only that, but if deleting posts is an issue, I believe we can actually see if the person has deleted a post through Guild Logs.
Yes. I would increase it to something more but I rather keep safe with something moderate so it can be claimed as God-Mod tech or something of that nature.

Every village in POTS lets you in without a hostile welcome, except maybe Suna but no one ever wants to go there anyway.
But yeah, try making some edits to increase its potential a little bit and add the part about an active crew member needing to generate the stats. And yeah the only problem with that is that not many people would check the logs. I know now one checks when a Uchiha does his/her dice roll for copying jutsu. And you obviously won't be able to generate your own number. Just to make it fair. Me or Hinote could do other people if need should arise.

That's good, I really think there should be some kind of rule about letting people into villages. It's honestly too easy. Also I think there should be a rule that people can't enter or leave a village without the NPC Guard replying to their post regardless if they are "sneaking in" or not. Some people just throw a smoke bomb and do what they want. Though I think a majority of the villages are fairly easy to get into. Unless your a rogue ninja...but even then I was let into Leaf and for all they know I could be able to transform into Godzilla.

We try to let people decide for themselves whats acceptable and whats not (this includes people acting as NPC guards). Frankly, I'm shocked a how easy people make it.

@Panthers Alright, now the reason I'm so found of this is because this can lead to some compelling events throughout the RP. Almost as if this isn't a technology but it's more like a storyline item. That means I'm expecting to see a lot done with this item so don't disappoint me ^_^ APPROVED!
Disclaimer: I, and every other member of the POTS Crew, reserve the right to abolish the creation of this technology if we feel as though it is not being used properly or in a fair manner to the other RPers. By using this item in this guild you are automatically complying with these terms.

Username: The Nerdbot RPC Name: Ryuji Hanshin Rank: Jounin
Technology Name: Data-gathering Bacteria Technology Power Rank: B-Rank Description: Ryuji creates miniature bacteria. These are usually released along with his smoke, enabling him to use it in secrecy. The bacteria hold miniature monitors inside them, the monitors sending their findings back to Ryuji's base. There holds a special computer which interprets chakra levels . Using this, Ryuji can receive the information on any jutsu used by those the bacteria catches. This enables him/his allies to learn said technique, as well as gain information on the opponent's fighting style. (so basically, its like the secret information card jutsu. also, when the bacteria catches a jutsu, it it basically like Ryuji taking a scroll of the victim's techniques, allowing him to learn it, even if he does not have an actual scroll) Weakness: The bacteria cost b-rank chakra to release. bacteria die within (decided by Greg) Picture: [X]
Technology Name: Chakra Adjustment Cloak Technology Power Rank: A-Rank Description: This cloak is a very useful one, and as such, is wanted by almost every ninja out there. Using a special kind of jutsu, this cloak enables a person to "change" their chakra level. They may alter it to appear as anything they'd like. for instance, wearing it, someone may make their chakra appear smaller than usual, causing in underestimation, or larger than usual, causing overestimation. they may also change their "elements" and any other specific trait that they'd like to hide (such as a demon) Weakness: The user cannot use any chakra whatsoever while wearing this cloak. The cloak can only be on for 10 posts before needing to "recharge", which takes 3 posts. Picture: [X]

Regrow limbs? No way, no drug could do that. No Cure-all medicines.
The bacteria seem like the Kikkaichu bugs on ultra steroids. A kikkaichu dies 6 hours away from the host, and cannot send information back to the user unless they physically go back.
While I did like the effect I thought this cloak would provide (suppressing your chakra to a degree, in order to lower threat level), I dont like the ability to make an absolutely perfect henge that could fool even a doujutsu.

lol, actually, i was about to take that out. looking back, it does seem a tad bit strong. rofl
really, the bacteria can't do anything but relay jutsu information. so, say i used it on you. the bacteria wouldn't send back anything you said, where you are, your location, or anything like that. it would only send back the name of the jutsu you used while they were on you, the chakra levels, and the seals needed. its more of a thing that allows me/my allies to learn jutsu without using the old "scroll" excuse. but, if a week is too much, do you have a recommended period?
chakra cloak is edited to take out the henge. also, i added the ability to "change" your chakra level, which is described further in the app.

So let me get this straight, the cloak is only used to make your chakra seem a different level? If so then how high and how low can they set it? Like can they make it so that their chakra is undetectable? Or could they make it so that everyone in the village felt their chakra?

they can increase and decrease their chakra by up to 3 ranks. and yes, it only makes it "seem" to have that amount, so any sensor types of people with chakra reading doujustu (such as the byakugan) can be fooled into thinking you are/are not a major threat.
