"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Dust kicked up as feet dragged along the dirt path that lead up to the massive walls riding high into the sky which was called Iwagakure’s Unbreakable Gateway. There always seemed to be guards around, actually. Even if there weren’t any guards seen, there were always guards. Maybe they were strong? They had better be strong. ’If they aren’t strong, why are they guards, then?’ A person thought as they continued walking the dirt path with minor dust clouds kicked up.
The sun was beating down, while the cool breeze countered the heat. If Iwagakure had many trees, it would be clear it was autumn. The cool breeze with the collision of heat from the sun made it seem… Otherwise .
As this figure continued walking, the actual giant doors acting as an entrance to the village was obviously seen, now. The guards were actually seen, too. Standing right outside the gate. Good thing they’re on post. If they weren’t, anyone could simply break into the village! That wouldn’t be good at all.
With green eyes with a determined glare fixed on the gates, this person’s footsteps sped up. Calm walking, turned into fast ‘pacing’, which quickly turned into sprinting, which then turned into running, closing the gap between this person, with red, flowing hair and green eyes. This person’s clothes were… Unusual. They seemed a bit out grown, too. It was a vest...Or jacket, whatever you wana' call it. There was a vest piece, in fact. It had a very unclear drawing of a heart. It was split in two parts. Both pieces, if the vest was buttoned up, would actually show said heart. It would be centered on Kaze's chest, and partially his stomach. In addition, the vest also had a shoulder plate type of thing on both shoulders. Aside from the vest, the sleeves of his shirts were different. On the left, it was long sleeve. The end of the sleeve, had a collar, some would say, used for lack of a better word. It was golden, while the sleeve is white. The right sleeve, on the other hand, with no pun interned, was a long sleeve rolled up past Kaze's elbow. And, finally, Kaze's shirt, was unbuttoned, revealing his chest and stomach, and had the collar sticking out, and it was rather rugged, and jagged, but, it wouldn't hurt anyone. It’s a collar, calm down. He had a brown sheathe on his back, obviously, with a sword in it. In addition to that, just above the sheathe, is a Panda Summoning Scroll.
His presence was…. Soothing, yet, happy and upbeat. Along with that, it was heavy, though; he wore a determined smile as he ran briskly toward the gate, nearly there at this point. Why… Did he look so familiar? …
At any rate, slowing his pace as he reached the gate, Kaze stood at the base. He looked up, at the wide, seemingly endless gate which ‘reached the heavens’.
The guards on duty looked at the redhead and inquired him for his name. ”My name? … You’ve got to be kidding me.” The redhead said, chuckling as he did. ”Well, my name is unimportant if you don’t remember me by my face.” He said sternly. His voice was… Boisterous. Well, from the last time we heard his voice anyway. ”I’m here to see the Tsuchikage.” He answered, before the gate guard had a chance to ask the next question. ”How long will I be here? I’m a residence here, so…” the man answered, once more, before being asked the question. Then, he even let himself in!
The guards inquired to each other who was this man?! One of the guards scratched his head in puzzle. He knew that man from somewhere…
Anyway, on his way in, the man was greeted by a young Academy Student, telling him there was going to be an announcement at the Training Grounds. ’I planned on stopping at home first.. But, I guess I could go there, too.’ He thought to himself, changing the course of his direction toward the Training Grounds.

Konaga Riko Iwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin Making her way down the familiar dirt path leading to Iwagakure, Riko couldn't contain her excitement about returning back to Iwagakure and resuming her training. After meeting the clan head and Shinji's father Seijiro at the end of the chuunin exams, Riko had accompanied both Shinji and his father to their home in the Earth country and was able to witness some pretty incredible things.
Since parting ways with them, Riko had originally planned to head straight back to Iwa but after a moment of debating, Riko had found herself heading for home. Home was the same as she remembered it and she found herself enjoying being surrounded by her immediate family again. But as with all good things, it had to come to an end. Not wanting to push aside her training any longer, Riko sadly said goodbye to her parents before making the journey back to Iwa.
Spotting the gate in front of her, Riko doubted that any of the guards would've remembered her seeing how she's still reletively new to the ninja rankings here at Iwa. Stopping when she reached the front desk, Riko made raised her left hand to push her headband clearly into view for the two guards stationed before returning it to her side. The guards nodded but still requested for her identification papers and such. Releasing a small sigh at the annonance of it all, Riko quickly produced the neccessary paperwork eagered to quicker head inside. Once the guards gave her the okay and Riko swiftly made her way back into the village.
'Hm, where should I go first?' Feeling slightly hungry from her travels, Riko decided to stop by to get something to eat first. Heading in the direction of the Yakitori Grill, Riko wondered if she'll bump into any familiar faces along the way.

The earthquake's effects had such an extent that the huge gates, something Iwagakure could be proud of, were partially destroyed. Outside the village, in front of the gates, a fissure that seemed to circle the surroundings of the village was visible, even though it was just a thin fissure it could mean danger to the village if another tremor happens.

〖Ҝiyoko Ҝaguya〗 ══════════════════════════════════════════ Tsuchikage ✦ Head of the Kaguya ✦ Master of Rokushiki Bloodstained 土影 Taijutsu ══════════════════════════════════════════Arriving at the gates of the village, Kiyoko looks at the huge gates that made Iwa proud. What she felt could not be expressed with words but her face could tell that it was a horrible scene for her. Why was that happening to her village? She didn't know the answer but it looked like mother nature was playing pranks on her. But Kiyoko knew she couldn't let that take over her, even though she was afraid of what could happen with the village, even though she had been missing something, no, someone, she had to be strong and make everyone in the village feel safe. Kiyoko moved towards the chuunin post where the shinobi stood and guarded the entrance of the village. The entrance to it was completely destroyed, other shinobi were trying to move the debris out of the way as it seemed that there were still people inside. The kunoichi helped to move a larger rock that the other shinobi alone weren't able to move, they could now enter the chuunin post and rescue the others who weren't able to escape. Just two shinobi were there, the Kage carried one of them out of the building while the other one was carried by a chuunin. "Take care of them, I still have to examine the surroundings." she said two the chuunin and turned to another shinobi who was there. "Inform the others, tell everyone to help with whatever they can, helping the villagers is our priority. I'm counting on you." she said to the man, who quickly left afterwards to tell the others what Kiyoko said.(Kiyoko's words that were spread across the village can be found here) ══════════════════════════════════════════Ͼhakra Ҏoints - 180/180

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Finally reaching the gates, in quite a hurry, Kaze stopped in his tracks as he noticed the greatest tragedy Iwagakure has most likely ever experienced. The horror on Kaze's face as he stared at the partially destroyed gates was present, mixed with a face of concern.
"W-W-W..." Kaze said, stuttering, as he could hope that this was a dream. "This can't be happening." Kaze said, as he clenched his fist and shook his head. "It can't..." The amount of worry in his tone was clearly there, and it wouldn't take a screaming genius to see he was worried.
Thereafter, he was confronted by a man giving the Tsuchikage's orders. "Right... Thank you." The man walked off, as Kaze continued looking at the gate. Eventually, Kaze regained his "awareness" so to speak, and remembered he was looking for the Tsuchikage.
"Tsuchikage! Where are you?" This would be an interesting time to re-unite with the Tsuchikage, after a year of being away. "му ɢσαl ιs ɴσω Oиє Sтєp Clσsєя!"

While she looked around, she heard someone call her, someone with a red long hair, a bit far from her. 'Kaze?' she wondered. It has been one year since he left the village, saying he was going to get himself a summoning contract. Without thinking twice, she went towards Kaze. "Kaze!" she shouted while walking. She was worried about him, even though he told her what he was going to do, one whole year is still a long time to be away. "You're back!" she said and continued. "You could have said you were going to spend that much time away. I was worried and with this earthquake I wasn't even sure if you were alive." she finished and her face showed how worried about him she was. He was her student and also a shinobi of her village. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Ͼhakra Ҏoints - 180/180

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Clenching his gloved fist in upset, Kaze couldn't shake the feeling this happened for a reason. He just couldn't figure it out, and he completely hated that feeling. A feeling of helplessness. Kaze stood in one spot, on top of rubble. The gate...
Slowly executing handseal by handseal, Kaze was doing the handseals for a summoning jutsu. "Summoning Jutsu..." Kaze whispered. Spacing his legs apart, and crouching down, Kaze slammed his palm on the ground, with a sudden summoning circle appearing around the rubble he placed his open palm on.
Smoke shot out from the summoning circle, enveloping Kaze. Those watching stood and watched in awe, as the smoke cleared. "Kaze..." A boisterous voice said from the smoke, in a rather saddened tone, too. "Kagemashu... I need your help."
The smoke suddenly spread outward in ripples around Kaze and his faithful partner, Kagemashu, who were standing in the center of it. Kaze was crouched down, putting most of his weight to his toes. Kagemashu, a Panda whom Kaze befriended in the oddest way during his training, was here, summoned and ready for whatever Kaze needed.Looking around, Kagemashu also inquired what the hell was going on. This gate... Iwagakure's gate.. His mouth slowly dropping in horror, Kagemashu looked at Kaze. "... Iwagakure is being attacked?" He knew it was Iwagakure because, Kaze wasn't the type of person to want to actually attack another village."I'unno, actually. It was an Earthquake. It would take a powerful Doton user to even create an earthquake this devastating. So.. The next possibility being it was just a natural earthquake.. And if so, where did it originate from--" Kaze's questioning with Kagemashu was cut short by a woman's voice calling out to him.
He stood up to his full height, and was greeted by a woman with white hair. Kaze couldn't help but smile as he saw this woman approach him. "Hey, Tsuchikage." Kaze said with a smile on his face. When the Tsuchikage said something about Kaze might not being alive, he only chuckled. "Dead? Far from it." Kaze opened up his clenched, and placed that then open hand on Kiyoko's head, he was even slightly taller than her, now. His warm smile trying to comfort her, even though he was worried, too. "Yeah.. I probably should have sent a message or something, but, y'know..." Removing his hand from her hand, and tapping on Kagemashu's shoulder, he then proceeded to introduce his partner. "This is Kagemashu." Kaze said as he looked around once more. Kagemashu wore a red cape, and had a bamboo stick in his hand. He always had it on him. Kagemashu bowed in respect to the Tsuchikage. "Nice to be formally introduced, Tsuchikage-Sama." "Well... Tsuchikage, I have an idea. Can you allow me and Kagemashu and a few other Shinobi to guard the gate? It just seems.. Important at this very moment, y'know?" "му ɢσαl ιs ɴσω Oиє Sтєp Clσsєя!"

But quickly, her attention returned to Kaze as she noticed he was taller, and he made sure she would notice it by placing his hand on her head. "You surely grew up during this year you weren't in the village." she said. As Kaze placed his hand on the panda's shoulder, introducing his partner. "It is nice to meet you too." she said in response to Kagemashu. Kaze's idea was indeed helpful, Kiyoko really needed someone to guard the gates. "I guess so. Then you'll do it. This is your mission Kaze and Kagemashu, guard the gates of the village. I don't know if the earthquake was caused by someone or if it was a natural disaster but I'm not willing to take any risks now." she said to them. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Ͼhakra Ҏoints - 180/180

Konaga Riko Iwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin|| Taijutsu Specialist || Speed || Tectical || As Riko neared the gates, Riko could tell something was off as the massive structure that used to be the proud Iwagakure Gates was partially destroyed. Shock overwhelmed her as she stared at the place where the gates used to be. Never in her wildest dreams could she have imagined the strong sturdy Iwagakure gates falling to a simple earthquake. Shaking her head to rid herself of her current thoughts, Riko focused on the task as hand and looked around to see if anyone needed any assistance of any sorts.
Making her way closer to where the gates where suppose to be, Riko throught she spotted to familiar blobs of red and white and as she picked up her pace, Riko saw that indeed the blobs of red and white belonged respectively to her friend and Kage. Rushing over, Riko greeting the two before questioning the kage on situation. "Kaze-san, Kiyoko-sama, are you two alright? What happened? Why would Iwagakure suddenly exprience a earthquake?" Realizing that she was letting herself ramble, Riko shut her mouth and patiently waited for some sort of answer from either shinobi.

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Nodding his head to the Tsuchikage's order, Kaze thereafter looked at Kagemashu. "Won't this be fun, eh, Kagemashu?" Kaze inquired as a joke only Kagemashu would understand. As the Tsuchikage went on about the earthquake's cause, Kaze only hoped it was "a natural disaster".
Kaze's head was filled of ideas of possibilites if it wasn't a "natural" disaster. He turned his head to Riko as she questioned if he was alright. "Me? Fine. I think I may have caused a cat's death, but fine." Kaze chuckled at this, but it was true. He might've actually killed the cat! He failed that mission, unless he could find the cat again. Either way, focusing on the questions being asked, Kaze wasn't sure they were even being asked toward him. Depsite that, Kaze answered Riko's third question: "Thats an excellent question. Tectonic plates movements, or--" Kaze stopped for a moment, to think. 'Maybe that...' "Hmmm. It could be just natural thing. But it's odd to experince one like so." As Kaze was talking, Kagemashu, Kaze's summoned partner, walked to the outer part of the gate, watching for anything suspicious.Ending his communication there, Kaze quickly followed Kagemashu to the outer part of Iwagakure's gates. This would be quite a "fun" mission. Even so, Kaze's mind still processed possibilties. 'I just.. Really hope it isn't that, or something really would be wrong.'

"First, calm down Riko, and yes I am alright." she answered the girl, but she wasn't done speaking. "As you just said, it was a sudden earthquake, and it may have been because of a possible movement of the tectonic plate. But I don't think that earthquake was everything, the possibility of new tremors exists." Kiyoko finished aswering Riko. "For now we'll have to help our villagers before we can think about repairing the damaged buildings." she commented and turned to the gates. A headache was beginning to bother Kiyoko while she tried to think of what would happen if new tremors really happen. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Ͼhakra Ҏoints - 180/180

Konaga Riko Iwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin|| Taijutsu Specialist || Speed || Tectical || Remaining silent as she listened attentively to both Kaze's and the Tsuchikage's words. Riko couldn't help but reveal a small smile at Kaze's comment about the cat though it quickly turned into a frown as she listened to the explanation provided to her. 'Just as I assumed, mostly natural but still very unsettling.' Nodding her head in response to her Tsuchikage's words, Riko could see that Kaze had already headed off towards the gate were a gigantic panda was standing guard. Riko had compeletly missed it somehow upon her arrival and seeing her Tsuchikage's bothered state of mind, Riko guessed it would be best if she headed off to aid the villagers instead of staying here and doing nothing productive. "Tsuchi-ah, Kiyoko-sama, I best be heading off now, there's still a few families trying to move out of the Shinobi Houses. I best go help them." Giving Kiyoko a quick bow dispite the fact that Kiyoko might not be able to see it at that angle, Riko still though it was the respectible thing to do before leaving. Running off in the general direction of the Shinobi Houses, Riko hoped that people were able to vacuate the area without much troubles. 'Hopefully incidents like that little girl's don't keep happening. Its really disheartening to hear.'
As she neared the path that would lead her to the streets of Iwagakure, she spotted a family hastly making their way around the corner when suddenly the wall of a nearby building crumbled and a large piece of broken earth fell in front of them and blocked their way. Releasing a gasp in surprise, Riko quickly broke off into a run and exited the area and onto the streets of Iwagakure.
Running up to them, Riko saw the paniced look on the faces of the family and rapidly did her best to calm them down. Letting out a surprised gasp when the young lady grasped her shoulders, Riko did her best to understand her words. "My...my son...other s...ssside..."' Gripping onto the lady's hands, Riko moved them from her person and calmly offered her services. Unknown as to the specific location of the boy, Riko decided that the best thing to do now would be to go underneath to the other side. Performing the familiar handseals, Riko utilized the 'Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu' and easily sunk into the ground with ease. Swimming straight in front of her Riko made sure to swim a a few meters before springing up successfully scarying the poor 5 year old boy even more. After 3 minutes of calming the child down, Riko carefully relayed her instructions to the boy, making sure that he knew what it was that she needed him to do. Sure that the boy would do as he was told, Riko took him into her arms and swiftly performed the exact same technique. Just as they were both about to enter beneath the ground, both Riko and the boy took in a deep breath and Riko was successfully able to swim out to the other side with the boy safely in her arms. Returning the boy to the mother, Riko noticed that their cart was broken and moved on to thinking of a solution to their next prediciment, the large slab of earth. Mission 1 - [1/5]
Crossing her arms in front of her, Riko went over her options in her head. 'I guess I could destroy it but then again...with how unstable the buildings are in this area...yeah, that might not be a good idea...' Turning her head around to look at their broken cart, Riko instantly snapped her head forward and unhooked her arms from their crossed postion across her chest. 'Yeah, with what's on thier cart, I rather chance it. No way am I going to walk the long way around the village helping them carry those.' But just as she was ready to destroy that slab of earth, Riko suddenly remembered that she had nothing in her repertoire that could be used aside from her argumentations but after her earlier glance at her arms, Riko was more than sure she wouldn't be doing another one any time soon.
Releasing a dejected sigh, Riko performed a familiar set of handseals and prompty created 3 other Earth clones from the ground beneath her to help her and the family carry their stuff to sector 9/6. After Riko and her clones divided the family's stuff as evenly as possible between all eligible people, the family, Riko's clones, and Riko began the long journey towards the current safest building in Iwagakure. Mission 1 - [2/5]
((Public Security Section 9/ Diplomatic Relations Section 6 ))
Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Clone Skill) Rank: E Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the bunshin.

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Kaze sighed at all of the thoughts that came to him. If it was a natural earthquake, or if it was not... If it wasn't natural, who caused it? If it wasn't natural, who caused it? And why? Similar ideas to these continued to rush to Kaze as he and Kagemashu stood readily for battle, and to take out anything suspicious.
"You feeling alright, Kagemashu?" Kaze shouted over to the Panda. It was one of the few times he was out of the village, and Kaze was worried he would overlook things. "му ɢσαl ιs ɴσω Oиє Sтєp Clσsєя!"

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »After conversing with Kagemashu, Kaze had begun to burst out laughing, maybe from the conversation? "Then we'll give them a good trimming!" Kagemashu continued to say. He had his bamboo stick between his head and shoulder. He was being serious, but it was funny the way he said it. ".. All joking aside, Kagemashu. What if something really does happen?" "Now look at you, worrying so much." "... Right." Kaze took a deep breath, in then out. "It isn't like me to worry about things!" Kaze laughed at the avow, because it was true! He wasn't one to worry about things. "Thanks, Kagemashu." Kaze said, patting the panda's shoulder. They were about the same height, except Kaze was slightly taller. Only slightly.
"....... You're a good friend, Kagemashu... " After that comment, it went silent. The sound of villagers fulfilling orders was all that was heard, with Kaze and Kagemashu watching the gate carefully, for anything suspicious. "му ɢσαl ιs ɴσω Oиє Sтєp Clσsєя!"
