Vincent was sooooooooooooo cooler. Then again Vincent is the coolest outta all the games so Cloud and Squall at drawn second place is still high up

I reckon Cid (FF cool would win after all he did train a bunch of super-soldiers apart from commanding them because of this it can be assumed he himself is quite skilled.
I think he uses a gunblade
