"The demon here's just a shadow of my brother and the true demon... There's plenty of lore, but the problem is figuring out with Lore is true and what's false about immortals. As the age old curse binding the two works, as long as my brother sleeps they both must." Lina clutched her head for a moment, before quickly returning her attention to the controls.
"Sorry, it's just something I've told many times before.... Here's about as short as I can make it..." Lina took a breath, letting herself return into the nearly blank emotional state as the air around her chilled. "My body grows back as long as I can provide Ki to regenerate. The demon and my brother both are immortal, meaning they have bottomless supplies of life-force. So they just grow back as fast as they can regenerate. It also means neither of them have any reason to hold back with large scale techniques... hence why brother didn't want to mess around with trying to contain it. The demon has some kind of spell, one that pulls it along the life-force bridge that binds them. The bridge is disrupted when something time travels, making it hard to pass through immediately but not impossible... With all the technology, magic, even all the forbidden techniques I can manage I'd be able to keep him busy for five, maybe even six minutes, but I still can't say that would be enough." Lina shook her head. "And anyone who would come with me would know it'd be a suicide mission, they'd be left in stasis for millions of years at least"

It's probably best if you let yourself think on anything you might want to suggest since we won't be too much longer if I give us another little run" Lina grinned and started to build up another large Rai orb, this one was smaller then the last, but at the same time it followed them for a few moments, making the acceleration more gradual.
