He chewed softly on the old lady's wig as she spoke before deciding it wasn't as delicious as he had imagined. It went out the window.
"Do you like grapes?"
As he posed the question he re-cast the line out the window of his office. A stiff breeze caught the hook and it landed in his old-man fro. It didn't seem to bother him. He just held out his rod as if he was expecting to catch something any time now.

Ichi stood there confused beyond all belief, he had stopped chewing on his lip lightly in order to stare at the Hokage in utter confusion..... "......Grapes........?" Ichi asked still looking at the man confused. "y-yes?" Ichi said in reply to the Hokage not really what to say other then that.

"Well... I like grapes too. They're delicious and if you take grape leaves and stuff them full... oh... I'm making no sense again... sorry. Grapes become wine. Wine ages and becomes vinegar. Getting old sucks.... oh but there WAS a point... what was it... oh... screw the metaphor... I can help you with the seal. However, the Otokage is a fool. He gave you something, he took a chance... like eating beef from the food stall. It either gives you a wonderful "sick" feeling that's similar to smoking a... well it feels good. Or it makes me have the runs. You don't know it's a gamble he took though. See... he ate at the food cart... now you need to give him the runs... you have proof that he mettled with you. That's an international incident... if I where you... and I'm pretty sure I'm not... nope... I'm still me... still old... but anyway! Yeah, you can use that to force his hand... if you want to do something like that... oh a bite!"
As he stopped his rant, the Hokage became aware of a small tawny monkey with a tiny little circlet chewing on his hair where the hook was.

Ichi looked at The Hokage and his face lit up like a kid on Christmas morning the moment that the Hokage said that he could remove the seal that the Otokage had put onto him. "T-Thank you!" Ichi said loud enough for the people outside of the room to hear him. "W-when Can you do it?!" Ichi asked looking at the Hokage, if he could do it at this exact moment; Ichi wouldn't turn him down. He also understood what he had said about giving the Otokage the 'runs' Ichi had a few Idea's in mind, but then again it couldn't happen until the seal was removed, and then some.

Taking the monkey off his head, he placed it on his lap as he took a seat at his desk.
"Look little grape-man. I can help you and you can live like this monkey. He likes to s**t on my... oh yep, there he goes...and he thinks only of himself. The Otokage is a... bad man. He uses people like you... but he's not a monkey... I'm pretty sure. You can use your seal to expose him. Or I could remove it. Live for yourself. Or live for others."

Ichi was about to say something before the Chunin paused.... "W-wait..." Ichi said to the Hokage. "One O-of the Udai Ninja t-took a Photo of the Seal on me!" Ichi said looking at the Hokage. "A-and don't you have s-some kind of Jutsu t-that Read mind?" Ichi asked, he knew there WAS a jutsu that did that but he didn't know who learned it or when. "W-with the Photo,.... a-and that Jutsu.... as w-well as you knowing, wont that be enough?" Ichi asked looking at the Hokage. "I w-want to show the Otokage,... b-but People... aren't safe a-around me while the Seal is on me" Ichi said still looking at the Hokage, he knew where physical proof was, A kage knew about it; and they might be able to SEE it for themselves.

"Pictures of your seal would come out great! It would make a nice contrasting image against your pasty skin! It would be a... oh that was a question... well I can't read minds. I thought I did once... I was guessing everything everyone said for about a month... they didn't like it. I was usually wrong. How was I 'spose to know that she wasn't going to say "Will you burry me"... I was close... only that once... unfortunately..."

Ichi looked at the Kage who had said that Photo's would be nice, but then he also said that He couldn't read minds. "I-is there ANYONE, in the l-leaf who can R-read minds, or s-see things that people had seen before?" Ichi asked looking at the Kage who had once again gone back to rambling. "I-If there is, I w-would like my s-seal removed; w-we would have enough proof" Ichi said hoping only asking one question at a time would keep the Hokage on topic.

Ichi Remained sitting there; he was torn; he wanted to put the Otokage in his place, but in order to talk to Tanto or even keep people safe from himself he needed the seal removed,.... Ichi remained silent for a few minutes as he sat there thinking... He Knew The Photo Girl would believe him... the Hokage believed him.... and he was pretty sure Tanto would.... and no matter what he thought about; the out come always ended up with the seal getting in the way' "I..... w-want the seal removed" Ichi said taking a gulp. "E-even if I have the seal s-still on... there is no p-proof he forced me to have it" Ichi said truthfully "W-weather i have the Seal still or not ch-changes nothing; Its m-my word and th-those who believe me, Against... the S-sound Village" Ichi said still looking at The Hokage; praying that he had made the correct choose.

"A bald guy once told me that a mountain can’t stop the road; it can find its own way across. Then again, he also told me about one hand clapping. I tried that. It didn't work... but I'll bet that someone will one day be brave enough to stand up to the Otokage. In the mean time.. I'll work on the seal. I'll be charging you however..."
He gave a mischievous little smile. It wasn't the vacant stare he often gave, there was a little fire in his eyes now. A vital spark that reached back to his younger years...

Ichi knew he would do something about the Otokage, but he needed to make sure he could at least keep Shukaku under control. "T-thank you.... and.... w-what do you want in exchange?" He asked still looking at the Kage who stood before him. Ichi wondered how long it would take to remove the seal; after all the seal itself had bee put on almost instantly. (Does he want his Nine Headed Demon slaying Rake?) Ichi had no idea what it was that the Kage wanted, but then again it couldn't be worse then the Otokage.

He's going to have to sign to say that no Sand ninja will ever cross the border of the Rain Village. That sounds... about right. Ichi tilted his head to the side slightly as the Hokage spoke. "I.... w-will do my best" Ichi said still confused on why this was the Hokage's interest. "B-but I can't go back to tell him.... u-until I have mastered Shukaku" Ichi said still looking at the Hokage. Ichi hadn't heard of any Sand Ninja going to the Rain sense... well... before the Tengu wars. "I-if you remove it,... I w-will return to tell The Kazekage as soon.... as i Can" Ichi said nodding slightly.
