LT sighed as he checked his watch, he could almost feel the boys stamina draining. Luo you know i hate doing this to kids. LT thought to himself. After two minutes were up LT slowly drew his hand from the water to give the kid a short break, "If you are ready to continue, wade neck deep in the water." LT hoped the boys body would make it in the neck deep water, this was the art where most student gave up. Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

Stage 1: The Body Training
Academy

In the first stage of the style, the practioner does nothing but train his body by wearing weighted armlets and leg weights. The user trains by simply moving constantly and training sessions look almost like boxing matches, with the user having to constantly move around and dodge the trainer. It is believed that teaching one how to survive is the first order of business.

LT sighed and nodded in approval at the boy's willingness. LT slowly placed his hand directly on the boys head, and yet again LT activated the jutsu. It caused a direct current towards the ground, and smoke began to rise again from the water, LT could smell the flesh on the boys skin burning in the water, he could hear his teeth chattering and could see the boys muscles and tendons straining under the pressure.

The water around the boy was turning red with his blood from his mouth, and the boy's body began to burn. He could see the boy's eyes roll back into his head. Yet still, LT glanced at his watch, almost done, hang in there. The water began to boil, as LT ceased his jutsu, instantly LT caught the boy from sinking and placed the boy on the shore. Ensu Tenmei

Ensu was finally out of the park its dense creepy forest had left chills on his body. He didn't let that get him to stop though. He kept running and move forward. He noticed he was at the lake already it was a majestic place that gave off a powerful feeling from where the Sanbi use to live. He had heard recent tales of how it attacked but he wasn't sure if that was real. He shook his head and kept running he was getting curious but decided it was best not to be and just keep running. He moved past a group of students training with a jounin and he waved not speaking but just wave and keep moving. They were learning from a jounin while he had to learn the basic from a scroll. It wasn't all that bad it allowed him to set his own training schedual and allow him to push him self as much as he thought he could. The only bad side was he had no one to push him. He could go soft on himself which he didn't want to do.

Ensu had now passed the group and was headed in the direction of the beach for some sand training it would do him good to add extra resistance to his running. He knows he would need it in order to get faster and steadier on his feet. This training was going to do wonders for Ensu he was a slower kid and this would help speed him up and build his endurance.
