"I don't see why not it seemed to work just fine in the past." Rena noted. "Methods of transportation would probably be more suiting to my needs." she said nodding. Knowing how to get around was essential to her non existent plans.

"Ok come on we can teach you about driving a car" Garret almost giving up explains. He lead s he r back to the hotel parking lot stopping in front of a slightly used gray Honda accord. "Let's start with the basics and teach you how to drive a car" He says handing her the keys.

"A what?" Rena questioned following Garrett. She looked over the things she was handed. "So let me get this straight, you want me to drive this contraption when I don't know how it works?" she questioned.

Crossing his arms leaning against the hood he responds "Feel free to back out any time, but keep in mind this contraption is your best way of escaping trouble."

Rena glared and got into the cursed contraption, she would not be bested. "How do I work it?" she questioned.

"Well first you urn the key there in the ignition." Garret explains pointing to the key and demonstrating the motion. "Be careful though it can take some abuse but it's still a car. Next you shift the car into reverse. It's the R symbol. The d means drive which allows you to go forward and the N is neutral which means it goes really slow. No one peddle is break the other is gas" Garret explains for the next 5 minutes and demonstrates the actions becasue letting her turn on the car.
"Ok now that you got the idea back the car out and start driving," He says starting the lesson.

Rena listened mostly as Garret explained the monstrous contraption to her. It seemed to be more complicated than it needed to be. Whatever happened to a good stallion. She finally turned the contraption on nearly jumping out of her skin as she heard it make a sound like a lion. Calming herself she made the thing move to the R position like Garret had instructed then she stomped on the smaller pedal to make it move. The contraption suddenly lurched quickly backwards crashing into a wall.

"I said slowly. SLOWLY!!! Where you paying attention?" Garret exclaims surprisingly. He looks out his window at he back of the car. Luck for him the wall wasn't that far away so she did not get enough distance and momentum to really damage his car. It would take him many hours to fix the back and it would never be the same. "Ok it's not that bad but the car is damaged. Can you ease of the peddle this time or should we end the lesson?" he says slightly teasing her.

Rena gave a growl as Garret yelled at her. She knew this contraption was cursed. Yes she had been paying attention.... mostly, but that wasn't the point. The damn contraption was built like a steel trap. Giving a glare she shifted the gears harshly in her anger before she lightly tapped the pedal. "happy." she sneered.

"If it stays in one piece yes, also that damages my car. Be gentle and ease into it. Lets try going around the block." He says unsure if this will be the final death of him.

Rena gave another growl as she punched the gas pedal with he foot driving the car out of the parking lot and around the block like he had said. What Garret had failed to explain was what side of the road to remain on and not even two minutes into the drive she had thoroughly crashed the damn contraption into another car.

"Gentle? This is gentle? Punching ti is not easing it. Are you just pissed every time you wake up at night or did I do something and you want revenge on my car." Garret growled at her. "How do you hit a parked car? I worry about moving targets."

"I am not pissed if you want to see pissed lock me in a room with you and some of the men that were holding me captive then we'll see how pissed I get. How the hell am I supposed to automatically be able to drive this thing. You give horrible instructions." Rena growled removing herself from the car.

"I wasn't expecting you to get it right away, just follow one direction. I expected the car to get hit but if you add speed the car goes faster. When the car goes faster you add momentum. More momentum means impact will do more damage. That is why I told you to go slow. Me in a room? So you want a piece of me?" Garret offered to Rena.
