If you think about it, all subjects are written by those who won the war.

yes i know. all of it's biased(did i spell that right).
i know that even in the U.S. you have that, like the civil war. it's not called that in the southern states, it's called something like The Great War (?) and it's taught totally different down there then it is in states like ohio. i hate that, i wish they'd just teach us both sides, and let us see everything as it is.

I probably have more gay, more conservative, more atheist, and more liberal friends then there are people this way in the North. Contrary to common belief, democrats were first southern; Brack Obama is a walking contradiction, the democratic party used to be FOR slavery. I'm personally worried about what your being taught. whee

Being from the south I never heard it called the Great War. And I thought it was taught only one way? I mean, there was only one side that one, the south.

erm. the south didn't win. and HEY! i know all about the democratic party. haha. and you don't have to worry about schnap with my edumacation. haha. i'm bein' taught just fine. i have a crazy liberal hippy teacher that LOVES to play devils advocate. he loves the fact that i think Communism is cool, because i can help him with debates. haha. also, idk what it's called, but it wasn't called the Civil war, especially if you're being taught in states such as Alabama, Mississippi, etc. it's not taught that the North were the good guys, etc etc etc. it's really cool actually.
and just so you know, in southern ohio...where i'm at....we've got literally a little bit of everything of everything, and i'm friends with 'em all. and since i'm bi alot of my friends are either gay or such. haha. it's how it goes. and we're not persecuted and such, as most would think.

Texas has the highest gay population, and the highest gay population percentage. I've seen tah demographic- more than California.
Anyways, Communism is fail becuase a dictator will always take over. For communism to work, people have to be nice to each other, and we both know that that will never happen. xp

HAHA. yes i know. true Marxism isn't about a man ruling over a nation, and providing, it's about having a small national government, and providing a way for the Owner Class and the Working Class to work together. once again...wont happen. and it's about everyong getting equal shares. the thing with that is however, people wont work hard, they have no inititive. and the fact that humans, even if it's not meant in a bad way, have a drive for greed and power. can't have that. i mean...communism doesn't work...unless your china stare ...but that's only because they are more capitalist then communist.
and i didn't know that, with all the stereotypes that go with texas (no offense) you'd think they'd have less.

Yes there are a large number of stereotypes predominant in Texas. This is becuase people don't understand the truth; it's becuase their stupid.
I know, a lot of people living in Texas know, and it's quite obvious to anyone who spends times thinking or researching for two seconds. Obviously you've been taught to dislike the south. xd
Anyways, Marxism is great when people are nice, but people are never nice. Therefore, a democracy is the only way to go; hell, if people were nice to each other, we could have Monarchies and Kings and queens and Czars, but we don't, do we?

I was NEVER taught to hate the south, my friend, in fact i'd rather be there then here. thank you OH SO VERY MUCH. xd
and you're right to an extent. Democracy doens't really work either. i mean...look at Rome. it only lasted a 100 years. and it only works if you're not forcin' your government on others...like america AND rome have done before....no government really works...we're not meant to have such control...we're meant to work together, and to work on the same level...we're meant to be equal.

Democracy is equality. Everybody's vote counts the same. As a matter of fact, we have so many checks and balances it takes forever to decide anything.
That's the only problem with democracy, it's time consuming; but it's worth it.

Yes it has. No system of government is perfect, nor will it ever be. We're working on it though.
In a couple of years, maybe, 10, maybe 50, maybe 100, resources will be shared; it'll be the only logical thing to do. blaugh

lawlz. Democracy is powered by the majority- sooner of later, we'll get it right.
If we don't, it's the majorities fault, plain and simple. Once again, no government works.
1984 = horrors of Socialism Farenheit 451- Horrors of Socialism
Not very good references for a communist supporter. xp
