Owle Isohos Owle knew the fireball was coming, long before it got there. Flare had warned her. With a frightened squeak, Owle turned into a sparrow and dove into the nearest protection she could find: the opening of Allen's wings. Once there, she nestled against the priestess, chirping frantically. Her snakes, now that Sey was awake, now retreated from the healer's mind.
"Allen!" She cried, tears welling up in her eyes for his safety. Holding onto his shirt and trying in vain to create a barrier, Sey merely created a sputtering flash of light before she leaned against Allen, panting.
"Allen please hold on... Please hold on!"

((I think we'll just have to go with what we've got. :/ I don't want to be a hack and take back what I've done. So it's your turn, I suppose. I do, however, need an idea of where everyone is. I am currently about 75 feet away from Owle, with James and Stryphe between me and them, but I have no idea where anyone else is. XD))

The two stabilizers shot finnaly straightend out enough to stop the roll, just in time to hear Alber yell out.
"The hell?" Then he looked up, "Oh. That. I think I get your idea"
He crouched down, Stabilizers spread as far out as possible. He grasped his hands togther like he was gonna give someone a boost.
He was actualy. A hydraulic powered boost that he began to charge up.
"go."

Alber saw Abel get into a preparing position, now quite close to him. Well, I do suppose minds think alike in dire times... With that he kicked off the ground, his right foot landing into Abel's hands, his left soon following.

(( Alright, well, as I said before... )) Truewind "Thanks for the compliment." He spat, ignoring the blast of hellfire erupting before him. "You two make quite a cute couple like that, you know." He called a different barrier up this time, a crackling, whirling shield-
True had begun doing something. Whether it used spell words, gestures, or anything else... if it gave some sort of visual or auditory cue to let James know that True had begun casting something, even so much as the crackling of the lightning when the spell was only paritally complete, James would fire.
The muzzle, as it was, was aimed towards Truewind's right thigh, just above the knee. With the power of the rifle, it would hurt.
A lot.

Allen forced a smile, looking at Sey. It was to be expected that the white mage would be worried, even about someone like him. It was kind of touching, even with the searing pain running through his wings and distracting him.
"It's ok, miss Sey. I'll be able to hold out."
'I hope...'

((Flare's pretty high up in the air, to clarify.))
She saw the bike come up, watching it closely along with others who might be a threat to her. The gun came up, and Flare moved like hell...
EDIT:
...and dodged neatly, the bullet only grazing her right arm. Since she was thus far fairly unharmed, her hands began to glow...
((I think I'll roll, just to see. First roll is gun, second is me trying to dodge. I don't know what your level is.))

Abel took a quick check to make sure he knew the demon's position, she had doged sightly. He readjusted.
Then there was a massive bust of steam around the two fighters. Moments later abel burst our still holding Alber, the stabilizers had shot him up. In turn the hydraulics creached in Abels arms, releasing a second blast of steam and, in turn, Alber.
The frenchman was now flying, I repeat, the frenchman was airborne.

It was simple really. Sam was damned good with a gun and she wasn't about to let some flying fruitloop prove otherwise. ((no offense sweatdrop )) So she simply adjsuted her aim, stood on her bike and fired again before glancing about.
((Same as you...
first one for firing...and second for dodging))

((Okay, so the shield was supposed to be instantaneous, but I doubt you're going to buy that. sweatdrop ))
True stared at the barrel of the gun, the antics of the two men nearby a distraction, but not yet worthy of his attention. The beginnings of his lightning shield died as he looked into the other man's eyes; that gun really would hurt if it hit him.
"I hate it when this happens." he muttered, shaking his head. Jayrune, I need your help.
Thought you'd never ask.
The storm elemental contained within the massive tome shrieked and exploded out of the book with a loud crack and a spray of red smoke three times taller than a man and far larger around. Knowing that it would set off that blasted gunman's trigger finger, True summoned the power of his aura to try to take to the air.
((I'm not sure how this works, but I'll post to let you guys know what I'm doing. Also, anything in italics is mental conversation, inaudible to anyone but those involved in the link unless someone is "listening in"))

Now Flare had to dodge two things...a flying man with a sword and a gun. She dove to the side to avoid Alber, knowing he wouldn't be able to adjust his direction well...and flew right into the woman's bullet. It pierced her right arm, tearing into the flesh and nestling there, making it hell to move...and the demon slowed slightly.

Alber watched as his opponent moved out of the trajectory and met with a bullet. Knowing he wouldn't be able to hit her dead on now, he flicked his wrist, his sword going limp. He brought his arm back and threw the sword towards Flare, still holding onto the hilt. The sword extended to full length making it no problem to latch onto anything within the nine foot range, and he aimed for her right leg.

(( That's fine... I'm getting a little distracted by the robot business here, so I'm going to- ))
James did fire, as soon as that loud crack came from the opening book. However, his aim was thrown off by the sudden blast of red smoke, as well as True's own movement. The shot missed by a country mile, and James was left staring at a cloud of red smoke.
(( *Takes himself out of the action for a bit.* ))
