You know it amazes me sometimes how many people actually chose to be human when there are so many other human like creatures in the NPC guide and they can start out with powers. Why just be a regular human when you can be a psychic, cursed soul, toransu, amanojaku or demonic magi? lol it irks me lol

Sigh, to be perfectly honest, I'd really appreciate pm's from the noobs because I don't check this forum very often. Still, to answer your question, you roleplay your character showing up and talking. Its as simple as that. Go to any of the areas. Look at how it is done.
unless you meant something else when you said interact. please clarify if you'd be don't mind.
