Incendia Clan
History:
This clan was created by five researchers interested in each of the different elements and set out to find the strongest form of each element. After years of studying and hard labor the five researchers developed a ritual that singles out a single element best suited to their characters. It was extremely risky to perform with a high chance they would die. They daringly experimented it on themselves which turned out to be a success which granted each of the researchers one element each they then decided that this discovery was a very dangerous. Each of the researchers where heavily wounded, though they managed to live long enough to pass on this new blood line on to the next generation along with their highly valued research.
Abilities:
Single Elemental Mastery
Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan:
-The ritual of elemental binding must never be thought to anyone outside the clan
-Each member bears a elemental seal somewhere on their body which show they can only use that element
Weakness:
-Every element has a severe weakness to their opposite element making the person weaker to the opposite chosen element
-may not use genjutsu unless it involves the element chosen
-medical jutsu is extremely hard to perform
Strengths:
Must have 3 lines of their strengths
-The strength of the chosen element is increased beyond most others the same rank
-Has a deep understanding of how each of the elements work
-Jutsus of the chosen element are stronger than others of the same rank, by one rank

Upon use the person gains a absolute control of the element that is infused to their body and soul, allowing them to create an inferno that covers their body without harming them. The inferno can be controlled by the user to a certain extent.

Mysterious Peacock Method (Bloodline)
Founded By: Aeldevera Mistalune
History Behind It: Aeldevera Mistalune had family in the Hidden Village in the Stars. He was one of the few descendants who happened to be secretly taught the star training. His family came to Kumogakure, and brought it with them. His family along with himself took very large chunks from the meteor within the Hidden Star to Kumo, and placed all of it in Kumo to create a makeshift meteor.
The technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind the Star Ninja and spreading out from behind them like a peacock's tail feathers, hence the name.
This chakra is easily manipulated into various techniques, making it one of the most versatile jutsu around. These techniques are honed through Star Training, which requires the ninja to spend large amounts of time focusing on their chakra and meditating in the presence of the meteorite. The meteorite's radiation greatly improves the user's chakra, but is incredibly damaging to their physical body. The body of anyone attempting to master the technique would eventually take its toll if the trainee fails to complete the training soon, and those who do master it perish a few years after that.
Unique Traits of this style:
>Has a chance to kill user when attempting to go through star training in the [place url here] forum. Must roll one ten sided dice and roll a 1-8, if 9 or 10, RPC is dead. The chance is greater to live, due to lower amount of radiation.
>Lower lifespan
>Chakra is permanently changed to the peacock coloring.
>Weakened physical form.
>Ranged taijutsu.
>Advanced skill in ninjutsu, granting two addition ninjutsu to the user's main element.
>Chakra capacity is one rank above current rank.
>Very weak against fire element
>Must learn each individual technique which depends on rank
Stage 1 Peacock Awakening~ (Learned after ten attempts and survival of star training)
-User is novice at controlling the mysterious peacock method release. User gains access to the first techniques of the Mysterious Peacock Method. Able to use radiation chakra as additional force in melee combat.
Chakra Predation - Activates with a handseal. A genin ranked ability, the user consumes the chakra of an opponent in the form of a draining purple vacuum, weakening them slightly as long as the predation is active. Note: Must be touching the opponent for effect.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Destroy - A chunin ranked technique. The user performs three hand seals. Two wings of chakra feathers are unleashed at the opponent to cause damage from the fists of the user. From there, the user is free to assault in the midst of the wings, taking no damage.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Wings - A chunin ranked technique, the user will focus their peacock chakra and extend it to all of their limbs, allow it to excess and then they will feel burns on the outside of their skin, permitting flight for 3 posts long. It may be extended to 5, but the fourth and fifth post inflict self radiation damage.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Beast - A genin ranked technique, the user performs three handseals, and use their peacock chakra to envelop their entire body in the form of an animal of the user's preference, they may create more if they use the join technique. From there they may use this to increase their physical damage upon an opponent.
Stage 2 ~ The Reincarnation of Flight (Learned after 12 attempts)
-User is now an advanced fighter who can now fully implement the peacock chakras into their combat. The extensive exposure to radiation has directly affected their muscles, allowing oxygen flow to move far quicker. The user now strikes at double the original speed they had. All of the original peacock method techniques are increased in power by one rank, but cost an additional rank's worth of chakra. Chakra predation now drains a fourth more each post it is active, of the opponent's chakra.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Choke - A chunin ranked technique. The user will be within melee distance of the user. Without direction grabbing the opponent on the neck, the peacock chakra acts as an extension and tightens to asphyxiate them.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Join - A chunin ranked technique. After forming at least two beasts, the user may use their chakra to fuse them together into one larger beast as they assault an opponent.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Dragon - A chunin ranked technique, the user performs three handseals. Their body feels extreme physical pain as they take a new form. Combining with the peacock chakras, the user now appears as a chakra dragon, able to shoot balls of radiated chakra at the opponent, as well as slam into them for heavy damage. Lasts five of the user's posts.
Mysterious Peacock Method: Apparition - A Jounin + ranked technique. If the user is going to die, they may performed five handseals. Allowing the radiation to fully envelop their body, their soul will come from the apparition of its original form, made of pure peacock chakra. This is equivalent to the 6th gate in explosive physical damage.

Fire God and Goddess (Bloodline)
Founded By: Okami Amaterasu
 (The clan member must have red eyes or red hair)
History Behind it: Okami Amaterasu had a family in the Hidden Flame Village in the Leaf. She and her family was on of the few descendants who handed down a special Kekkei Genkai of a very powerful Fire Style Jutsu. Her family came to Konohagakure. Her family along with others brought 3 secret Hidden Jutsus of the clan.
The techniques itself was created by the Gods of sun and was said even more powerful then the Sun itself and was able to burn down 2 villages in a day. The Clan called themselfs the Amaterasu Clan after the name of Okami Amaterasu, the founder of the Clan.
There techniques was easily use the heat in the atmosphere and the users chakra creating magnificent flames of mass distraction. The Clan also use there fire chakra easily manipulated into various techniques, making its own Style called Blaze Style making it a powerful Style of Fire techniques known to the Ninja world . These techniques are honed through Fire training, which requires the ninja to spend large amounts of time concentrating their chakra with the flames in the atmosphere with the sun making them in perfect sink. By much time putting focus onto this technique the user will be faced with physical body damaged and will feel massive burning pressure in their body. The ninja that had the kekkei genkai can be able to learn this technique in 2 mounts .The body of anyone attempting to master the technique will have to endure massive burns feeling in the normal persons body and will take up to a 4 to 5 months to master this technique depending on how the persons chakra control and endures is. The Clans member can choose to have a legendary breed of wolfs that were a flaming spear or a flaming disk on their backs. A clan member can also use the Transformation Jutsu to turn into one of these wolfs

Clan Background:
The Shouran Clan is a cult shrowded in mystery, with their faces all concealed by masks shaped like hawks. Behind the masks lie their eyes, which is their most powerful weapon. Knowledge is what each of them hold dear to them, using their know-how to behave calmly, no-matter the circumstance. But because of their knowledge, their emotions are almost completey snuffed out, along with the ability to sense emotions; Because of this, they seem rather cold and distant, when in actuality are only naive.

- Members can't forget a place that they have been to (Their memory of maps cannot be erased)
- Can draw an accurate map completely from memory

Description: A technique that is simple, but nonetheless useful. By covering one of their eyes, the user will incompacitate the covered eye, rendering it useless for the time it is covered. To make up for the large blindspot that was created to make an artificial eye made of chakra, to see for them. This eye will materialize in front of their forehead, and be able to float to various places. However, the user can only see, and cannot use any other senses.

Heres the Kaima Form completely original, I even added a few custom things that were not added in the anime, tell me what you think, I WANT FEEDBACK.
Kaima Form
Grotesque, Fish, Monster
 History: The Kaima first originated in the Land of Sea with many failures, once the opperation began to only be succesful the idea was brought to the Mizukage who allowed it to be the choice of his people if they would wish to be transformed or not, to this day opperations are said to take place in the labratories of Kirigakure with the consent of the Mizukage. Requirements:-Although the experiment has been perfected all Kaima Form users must have some scales in certain points of the body which can be bandaged or shown depending on the person - You must gain the Mizukages permission and apply before being given this state, it is much like Otogakure's curse mark and you may have a bloodline and this also Advantages:- Users can shoot the scales from their skin with incredible numbers at great speed although the damage is minimal - Water Jutsu stronger by one level - Users are 3x faster in water then normal human beings - Poison, or element manipulation can be used on the scales when they are shot for added impact - Scales are stronger then normal, therefore able to block kunai, senbon, and some weaker weapons with little effort Disadvantages:- Incredibly weak to lightning jutsu - Being given this state normally weakens the body when not inside of the Kaima Form - Not as strong as the Hoshigaki clan when using water jutsu - Not as fast as Hoshigaki clan when in water

First of all, it's not nuclear... Second, I clearly stated it has a weakness to fire. Radiation attacks in Naruto, act differently than they would in real life. It's not like I have it set to melt skin or genetically destroy someone. The attacks are dodgeable. At worst, the radiation would burn like fire jutsu.

The Mistalune/Nevidigan
The Kurama were one of the elder clans of Konoha, known for their high skills in Genjutsu. Over the years less and less clan members were able to pass the Chuunin Exams, and the hopes for the clan's future were placed in the young Kurama heir Yakumo. Half of this clan separated and went throughout the entirety of the world. It was this half, that developed the Nevidigan eye. They went on to fully betray the clan, taking on a rogue name, 'The Mistalune Clan'. Abandoning all ties to Konoha, this group formed within Otogakure, seeking a way to be freed of disillusion and distraction.

The Controlling Eyes or Nevidigan
-For the Kurama clan member, whilst they activate said eyes, they are capable of producing genjutsu of tangible ability. They also are more masterful with confusing an opponent using genjutsu. The Nevidigan is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses. The Nevidigan ALSO acts as a Genjutsu amplifier, making it easier to use, learn, and have a much more deadly effect.
Further Explanation: All Nevidigan users MUST lock eyes with the opponent in order for any effect to take hold. The use of Nevidigan is simple, it allows for one to directly change what an opponent sees or perceives. It is capable of making the victim feel what the user wants them to feel, by changing their sensory level. For example, if a victim is using a doujutsu, normally they would read movements quickly and be able to almost perfectly evade in a common rate, the Nevidigan may slow the precision eye, and make it read whatever degree it wishes the victim to follow. The copy eye, is no longer completely accurate, instead of being able to copy with complete accuracy, the chance of failing to copy is now higher, along with a lack of perception of the actual technique used. The mind reading eye is severely weakened, and is incapable of seeing future movements whilst against the Nevidigan. Against any form of doujutsu, the Nevidigan acts as a nullification of said doujutsu's complete effect. Put simply, the Nevidigan can make an opponent see what the user truly wants them to see. It may adjust their sight to where, they are unable to differentiate chakra levels, hallucinate or see things which aren't there, and even make Genjutsu terrifyingly more effective on them.
Note: This effect still works on opponents without doujutsu, only far better, for it requires less chakra drain, and is does not have a barrier stopping the control.

Effect: The opponent's senses are attacked, as they enter a world of snow, and must endure a seemingly endless blizzard. It is like a hurricane of snow. They feel the cold as if it is real.

Effect: Forcing complete blackness to an opponent's mind, they see a large fire demon similar to a hellish skeleton. It will grab the opponent and choke them. The illusion feeling as it it truly is occurring, though it is an illusionary technique.

Name: Reality Unwoven
Translation: Reality Unwoven
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's mind is controlled to make the person believe that they are in their perfect world. Everything appears real, and to the opponent it is tangible. This is capable of breaking a person's mind, and permanently placing them in a sense of comatose, if they do not somehow come to the realization it is fake and release the technique within several minutes (5 posts).

Name: The Closing Light
Translation: ...The Closing Light
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: An illusionary technique which forces one to believe that they are entrapped in a sphere of light which quickly constricts and crushes them. The opponent literally feels the constriction. This can severely harm them if held for more then five minutes (3 posts).

Name: Children of The Exodus
Translation: Children of The Exodus
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: This illusionary technique makes the opponent lose mastery of their sense of touch, taste, sight, hearing, and smell. They feel weak, and heavily exhausted. Though, none of this actually is occurring. It is not unknown for an opponent to fall asleep from the technique.

Name: Doppelganger
Translation: Doppelganger
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Entering the mind of an opponent, one takes an old memory of theirs and appears as if they are that person. To the opponent, the appearance, voice, and touch of that person is exactly the same as they remember them to be.

Name: Death's Whisper
Translation: Death's Whisper
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's limbs are chained to the ground by black whips. Three black swordsmen cloaked completely in black, with skeletal faces begin to repeatedly stab the opponent, in random locations. The wounds appear in the real world, and are completely felt.
Other: This is a A-ranked jutsu, this severely difficult to break free of.
Name: Inferno
Translation: Inferno
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent appears in a world completely filled with flames. Waves of fire barrage the opponent, and they feel it completely. Towards the end of the barrage, one final tornado of fire engulfs the opponent completely incinerating them. The damage and affect apparent in the real world.
Other: This is an A-ranked jutsu.
Name: Sleep for Eternity
Translation: Sleep for Eternity
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Delving into the darkest side of the opponent's mind, their fear is renewed as they must face the physical form of it. Whatsoever it is, it takes a deadly appearance, and will strike down upon the opponent. If the opponent does not have a "fear", then their saddest moment is relived, only whatever horrible that had occurred, happens to them. All wounds, are apparent in the real world. This is a technique used for the intent to kill.
Other: This is an S-ranked jutsu, and unbreakable unless the demon or the sad moment is somehow defeated, though extremely unlikely.
Name: Your Final Dance
Translation: Your Final Dance
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Gen.
Effect: The opponent literally rapidly beings to lose their five senses, and they feel complete exhaustion overtake them. Everything appears in slow-motion and unreal to them. A massive gate opens in front of the opponent, and begins to suck out their life energy. With little to no ability to fight back or react, it is almost inevitable for the opponent to die. This can be broken however, if the will and power of the opponent is extremely strong.
Other: This is an S-rank technique. It requires three whole posts before completely killing the opponent.Edit: So, does it pass Cobra? You never fully evaluated it.
