Hideaki arrived in the hospital hoping to get to work already. He was actually very busy, but it would seem as though the physical and mental stress was not really bothering him at all. He walked into the lobby with a calm smile over his face, moving in to the counter and flashing the nurse a smile.

"Excuse me, I am here to begin my training. May I request that you give me a few of the more difficult courses for a Medical Shinobi," he pleaded to the nurse. For a moment, the nurse hesitated, but then, she blinked, and then, silently, handed over three clipboards to the young Hokage. Of course, with the direct order from an official, the Nurse could not really refuse.

"O-of course, Hokage-sama," mused the Nurse, as she handed Hideaki the three clipboards which were, not to mention, clipped up full with paper. They were quite burden to carry, but it would seem as though Hideaki had carried them without even having to apply any form of effort.

"Thank you," said Hideaki, and he would proceed to do the required Hospital Duties that were given to him, written over the papers attached to the clipboards. With this, the training of the seventh fire shadow begins.

Going back to the fourth emergency room cubicle after realizing that he was to continue the treatment there, he had brought along with him a few drugs. Well, these were all basic drugs which cleansed externally, but as a Medical Shinobi, his task would be also to cleanse the inner parts of the wounds, and so he started. Placing a few drug bottles over the medicine trolley, he got a basin, opened the cap of the drug bottle, and poured in an aromatic liquid into the basin.

"This might hurt a bit. I'm using an anti-tetanus drug," he told the guy, but apparently, the guy had already fallen asleep. "Oh right," he said, noting that his hand had already slipped along with a needle and had injected the man with a sedative to contain him. The sedative was very effective, and in that sense, the patient had fallen asleep, out just like a light.

Hideaki started, filling one of his hands with chakra, and then dipping it into the liquid-filled basin. His hand sank deep, and then, he took it out, collecting the liquid and coating it with chakra into something like a bubble. "Since this is a test, i am assuming that I would have to explain every motion that I am doing, correct?" he asked. The doctors around him, in turn, nodded.

"Very well," he said. "I guess, this is simply standard operating procedure. I am now beginning to cleanse the wound internally and superficially using this antibacterial reagent. Process is starting," he announced, and then, had pressed the cold liquid over a would, allowing for it to enter the wound, and cleanse it. In a short while, all of the other wounds began to excrete a bubbly white liquid, and from there, thin white smoke began to seer through every open wound.

"I shall now initiate the rejuvination process while the cleansing is going on," he said, though, the other doctors immediately held his other, free hand, not allowing him to do so. "I can do it," he told the doctor who specifically restrained him. "Can you not see that I am working on a case right now?" he told the doctor, and, in which case, the doctor suddenly let go of his hand, and allowed for him to do so. "My level of chakra control is not really something that you should underestimate,"

With his other free hand, he run it through the neck, stimulating the muscles there and sending chakra into the smooth muscle cells. Brilliance, in which case, did he send his chakra in order to stimulate even the tiniest nerves, that would induce the muscles that he had been directly affecting with its chakra, to further relax, and cause the other muscles to relax as well, just like a chain reaction.

"I am sending the Chakra directly into his spinal cord. I am allowing for my Chakra to be carried throughout the body through the nervous system, and then, I am beginning to scatter it slowly into his body, so that the muscular receptors would be able to uncoil and relax," he explained. It was a pretty short explanation, not, too complicated-sounding, but it was in reality exactly the opposite. What Hideaki was doing, the form of treatment, was an advanced version of a simple Jutsu.

"The cleansing and massaging treatment is a success," he said. "The patient should be free of harm for now. It is advised to prescribe antibiotics should any external influence, or internal system, go to bust." he suggested, nodding before the older doctors, and finally, while taking out with him the drug trolley, bid them good bye. "Not really what I would call something crucial, but I guess it is simply like that," he said, moving onto the next task, taking three down all in one go.
