 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninSai easily found the restaurant and had made careful assurance not to be detected by anyone. He easily slipped passed the front entrance, through the busy restaurant, keeping himself hidden in what most people would consider plain sight unless they knew of the secrets of the shadows no matter how few and far in between they might be. Taking a look around, Sai found a man seated alone...clearly not from the Suna, but bearing no resemblance to any other village. the man had a strange look about him, one that betrayed an almost ambivalent outlook to the world around him.
He matched the descriptions and rumors he had heard, and his attitude bore one of wandering and of ability. Without so much as an entrance, Sai stealthed into the same booth, setting himself across the from man before finally allowing himself to be seen as he sat casually in the booth as if he belonged there. He would of course look nothing like anyone else, making him stick out like a sore thumb with his white hair and strange clothing, but such things did not matter when the shadows were your ally. Looking across at the man almost uncaringly, Sai took up a demeanor of superiority as if he were interviewing the man and spoke sparingly...mostly expecting the man's answer to be an indication of his character."You match your description." "You can never know my pain..."

finishing her ramen, mitsuki quietly sat and sipped her tea, glancing every so often at the booth where the ninja sat. She was certain that there was someone sitting across from him but couldn't make any demands on it am I going crazy?

 Akio TakamiyaSpecial JouninAkio was taken by some surprise by the man, although unfocused and dreamy at the time he had sensed something a little strange, however, he was not able to clearly detect the white haired man. His surprise was lessened by the fact he had defected; he couldn't afford shock in case the Hunters appeared.
"What description would that be? Young? Male? Haaandsome?" questioned Akio in response, the last word having an almost irritating drawl imposed upon it. His left hand moved the cup back down to the table and his right hand moved to rest upon his thigh, within easy reach of his tanto; just in case.
The man's face offered him little clue to his intention, however it seemed the man intended to be the dominant one in this exchange: Akio would comply until he chose otherwise, that was the philosophy he had been fighting for; the right to choose.

havik walked into the room and was hit with a strong ordor of food and people. Once he regained himself he saw mitsuki sipping tea at a booth and went to join her saying.
"Mind if I join you?"

Seeing Havik she smiled and placed her cup back on the table "Not at all." she said as she gestured to the chair across from her. All the while she had kept an eye on the guy in the booth and noticed he was talking to himself?

"you know, just resting, and healing" she glanced down at her shoulder, the safety bandage clearly visible because her top had no sleeves "And what of you, Havik-kun? How is your leg doing?"

"Meh, I'm all patched up I got some training done, a little more than I thought I would to be honest but no complaints." havik said as he thought about Kaku resting inside him. "I wounder if I should tell her."

Sai responded casually as he adjusted his leg to take up a more relaxed position in the booth, setting it up on the seat as he rested his arm upon his knee. "You can take your hand off your weapon. Had I planned to attack you, I could have done so instead of sitting across from you, and certainly wouldn't have done so in a crowded restaurant." Sai was glad to see how casually Akio was taking the situation, and the move to his weapon was to be expected.
"My name is Sai, and I am a part of an organization I will not name here, though your actions have reached us. One too many well trained ninja being defeated in bar fights by a man of seemingly unknown garb or origin tends to leave a trail of intrigue behind. what do you seek in your life?" "You can never know my pain..."

"Oh well that's nice" she said a bit absent mindedly. She was staring at the ninja in the booth. "Hey...Havik? Who do you think that guy is?" she was referring to the shinobi with white hair. He didn't look as though he would cause harm at the moment yet had a strange vibe about him. Like he was bad news in most situations

havik looked toward him and said "I don't know." after looking at the man havik sniffed the air and noticed a hint of what he smelt in the training grounds with the kage "Is it the theif" he thought. Remebering the kage being gone and the sannin not showing up yet havik thought it best if they avoid this guy for now.
"So you still don't have any training right? Wanna get some done i might be able to teach you what I learned" hopeing this would ease Mitsuki out of the dinner havik waited for her reply.

Akio TakamiyaSpecial JouninAkio allowed a slight smirk to appear on his face, slightly amused at the man's description and his skill. It was one thing to find his way to Akio with such deadly efficiency, it was another to detect him preparing for a possible counter, and his good sense was a welcome surprise. Too many idiots tried to start scenes in crowded, public places; dragging people who want nothing to do with it, into their twisted webs.
He scratched his inner thigh once with the hand he had prepared to utilize his tanto with, and let his hand slip to the outside of his leg; still an easy distance to cross if the need to fight arose.
"Now, Sai, whoever gave you the impression that I was unhappy with where my life has led me has surely misunderstood me. I don't like what my life was to become, where it is now, is... good, for now."
Akio brought his cup back up to his lips for a quick sip, whilst keeping one eye directly on Sai, and did not break that line of sight until the cup had returned to its place sitting on the table.
"I seek to maintain what I have; the freedom to choose, I want to control my life, however some people still think they can put a leash on me, and try to do so... I assume these would be what you called 'bar fights'... yes?"

Mitsuki waited a moment before replying "Usually I'd take you up on that offer, no questions asked, but for some reason, I'm quite curious about what this little meeting over there may or may not escalate to." she had her eyes fixed on the two while she talked to Havik "As it is...I am waiting for the kazekage to get me a new sensei...but I will train with you soon." she glanced at him and smiled, then turned her eyes back on the two

"Well then I shall talk to you later then" havik got up and walked out not waiting for a reply once he got out he waited and bit then looked inside himself and talked to Kaku. " Is there anyway I can look after Mistuki." havik said to Kaku. Kaku looked at havik threw the glass wall the spoke softly saying "Yes boy there is, use the earth as camoflage for you body not many will be able to see you,
now leave me alone."
With a jolt havik was back in his body he ran to a far wall were a shadow lay and covered himself in sand letting himself blend in so no one could see him then he waited for mitsuki and the two she were watching to emerge.

Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninSai let the man's words sink in for a few moments, keeping his gaze on the man with one eye as he noticed the young boy he had scene in the practice grounds sitting not too far away from them. He listened carefully to his words, wondering if indeed he would be someone to scout for the Akatsuki, but needed to know more of his history and what he desired..."So you desire nothing more then freedom then?... a shame that anyone who is stronger then you could easily take it away, and would if they were given the chance. Such is the fate of the world... the strong control the weak."
Sai was reflecting on part of the truths he had learned of life at the moment, but had no doubt the wisdom would reach someone else who may have experienced some of the same. " It's the unfortunate truth that along with that, there is someone else stronger out there. That is, unless we have our way." Sai purposefully left his last words hanging in the air, allowing Akio to fill in just how the Akatsuki planned to accomplish 'their way'. "You can never know my pain..."
