Mugen can also charge his greaves blades making them spin for more damage. Weakness: Short Range Description: Niiro Raikou is a set of gauntlets, greaves and a mask that emits a strange red glow. Every edge on the gauntlets and greaves is razor sharp and can cut through most things like wood and small walls of earth with ease. The Greaves themselves have a round, saw-like blade on the ankles that, with Raiton elemental chakra, can spin adding to its lethalness. (D-rank Chakra) Rp Sample: Mugen walked through the dark, lonely streets of the Hidden Sound Village drinking some of his sake from the jug at his side. He had noticed a group of three people following him, but he paid them little mind. As Mugen walked he began to walk faster and faster as he headed for a pitch black alleyway to confront his stalkers. When they chased him into the alley they stopped, seeing a strange red glow in the blackness of the alley. Mugen walked out of the shadows, the gauntlets and greaves glowing and pulsing red. One of the Shinobi charged at Mugen pulling out a Kunai from his pocket and aiming for Mugen’s heart. Mugen quickly ducked from the attack and channeled his chakra into his left gauntlet and landing a powerful uppercut into the shinobi’s chest, crushing several ribs as they pierced through his heart; killing him. Mugen smiled as the Shinobi dropped dead and charged toward the other Shinobi charging his gauntlets again with chakra as he jumped into the air and landed both his fists onto the top of one of the shinobi’s head, shattering most of his skull. The last Shinobi tried to escape but to no avail, as Mugen charged at him, channeling his chakra into the greaves as the blades spun wildly, as Mugen drop kicked the Shinobi in the shoulder. The Shinobi yelled in pain as the saw-like blade spun through his shoulder and severing his arm. Mugen did a quick move kicking him in the neck and slicing of his head. Blood sprayed everywhere in the alley covering Mugen in the crimson liquor as he left for his apartment to wash up, leaving the dead corpses to feed the crows. I'm getting tired of every weapon being able to cut through everything. It seems like nobody has a sword or something made out of regular metal anymore, thay always want a Lightsaber. Please specify what it can cut through. Sorry. Approved, after you switch the "ankles" thing to "Shoulders" XD

The Range of the weapon: Varies on the different Weapon Forms
Weakness: Long-Range
Description:
Spirit is only able to be used by Soul. Soul is Spirit's master. This was Soul's first weapon he acheived through his Bloodline's powers.
Offensive Weapon Form: Death Scythe
In this form, Spirit becomes a powerful Scythe. The blade reaches out 8m and the staff section is 10m long. It takes a lot of strength to wield, but Spirit matches his own Soul's Wavelength with his Master's and then the scythe is very easy to wield.
 Defensive Form: Death Barrier
Spirit can form this barrier around his Master at any time. It will nullify any Jutsu that is the same rank of the user or lower. After taking a hit five times from a Jutsu that is the same rank of the user, the barrier will break and another five posts must pass before it can be used a gain.
 Evasive Form: Death Board
Spirit can turn into what seems to be a skateboard. However, Spirit's Master will be able to maneuver in the air with this. By using his own Soul's Wavelength, Spirit propels himself into the air while in this form. He can move himself around to change direction. He can travel very fast and is very agile.
Witch Hunter Form
This is the Witch Hunter Form of Spirit. The blade of the scythe becomes completely made of Spirit's Soul Wavelength and extends in length. The blade now stretched out 10m in both directions. It becomes lighter and much more powerful. Only useable with the Witch Hunter Technique.
Rp Sample:
Soul and Spirit stood face to face with their enemy. Soul was just a Genin and his enemy was a Chuunin. They were about 40m away from each other when the Chuunin charged quickly. Soul and Spirit charged too, but Spirit immediately switched into his Death Scythe Form. Soul grabbed it with one hand and swung at the Chuunin fiercely. The Chuunin jumped over the attack. Soul just changed the direction of the attack and swung the blade over the Chuunin and then yanked him down straight into the ground. The Chuunin somehow got up after that blow. He quickly jumped away from Soul and got out of the Death Scythe's attack range.
The Chuunin was now ready to attack again. He performed extremely quick handsigns and used the Kaze Bakuhatsu Jutsu and launched the wind explosion at Soul. Soul quickly made Spirit change into his defensive form. A large, purple barrier appeared around Soul that completely nullified the Jutsu.
Soul now would finish this fight. Soul snapped his fingers and Spirit knew what to do. Soul jumped high into the air and Spirit began changing form. As Soul cascaded towards the ground, a skateboard flew under his feet and Soul landed on it. It carried Soul towards the enemy at a high speed. This was Spirit's evasive form. The Chuunin threw many shuriken at Soul as he was coming towards him, Soul merely flipped around in the air over, under, and beside the shuriken, avoiding every one of them. At about 5m away, Soul jumped off the board, kicked the Chuunin in the face, and jumped off of him while doing a backflip. In mid-air, Spirit turned into the Death Scythe and Soul grabbed the staff of it. Soul landed on the ground and charged at the Chuunin, shoving the blade of the scythe deep into his torso.
The Chuunin threw up blood and looked to Soul. Soul's exression was that of hunger. "Now... Let's see how delicious your soul tastes. I believe it'll taste pretty damn good." Soul let go of the scythe and shoved his hands into the Chuunin's chest, but did not physically touch him. He seemed to just enter into his body spiritually. Soul grabbed something and the Chuunin screamed in agony. "Your dead..." Soul ripped his hand out, along with a blue, floating orb of energy. That was a soul. Soul held it up above his head and the Chuunin wasclinging onto the last seconds of his life. As he collapsed, he witnessed Soul devouring the essence of the soul just before his death.

Name of weapon: Ashitazu's Hakuai (Crane's Charity)
Who owns the weapon: Cory Anaboko
Where it was found/Who made it: Cory Anaboko made Ashitazu's Hakuai out of spite because of the current range of his wakizashi.
The Range of the weapon: 1m + 50cm
Weakness: Weakness in the center of the staff part, and base of blade.
Description: Ashitazu's Hakuai was created to create more range for Cory's Gifuto no Kamigami; the wakizashi. Using a collapse-able staff, Cory is able to screw Gifuto no Kamigami onto the staff, making it into a completely new weapon known as a naginata. Cory named the naginata Ashitazu's Hakuai, the weapon completely different from it's counter-part. By imputting wind chakra into the lightened, hollow, bamboo weapon, the user can create lift when spinning the naginata to create lift, and fly for a short amount of time. But, the staff part cannot be used as a weapon without the wakizashi to make it a naginata.
Rp Sample:
Cory slashed with Gifuto no Kamigami over and over, the assailant sent after him keeping more than a few feet away from him, all the time as he threw senbon at Cory to defeat him.
A senbon struck Cory in the chin, peircing the skin and giving him a weird look as it chipped bone and came out on the othher side, sending blood down his neck.
"Son of a b***h!" Cory yelled out, jumping in for another attack as the assailant lithely dodged, taking out a kunai and plunging it into Cory's gut.
"Aaah!" Cory screamed, pushing the enemy back as he fought for some breathing room.
"You're going to die here, Cory." he said, taking out another kunai as he waved it in front of his face. "Unless you can get a long-ranged weapon to attack."
"I do, actually... So thanks for giving me an idea." Cory mocked, smiling as he took out a pole about half a meter in length.
The pole doubled in size as a hidden compartment holding an extra segment extended forth, Cory taking his wakizashi and connecting to the top to create a naginata.
Spinning and focusing chakra into the naginata, Cory jumped, taking lift as he rose high above the enemy shinobi, coming down with the weight of a horse to impale the man in the chest, peircing him as the blade drove into the ground, holding the man there.
Gasping for breath, the man rasped. "I'll get you, Cory..."
Cory took his gauntlet, Akuba no Anzen Akki Hando, and grasped the man's face, burning it severely with the powers of his evil gauntlet.
"You're finished."

Deil Grist havikthecold havikthecold  Name of weapon:Solid chakra steal Who owns the weapon: Edge Kura Where it was found/Who made it:Was one of his fathers swords which were passed down to Edge after his father died The Range of the weapon: six feet Weakness: This blade is made from a solid piece of metal, which means when it is stuck against another weapon equal or grater sticking power it hurts the users hand from the vibrations. The amount of chakra can change depending on how much chakra is put into the weapon. Description: This sword is made from a solid piece of chakra absorbing metal which means this sword is great for a Wind user, Once the user can sharpen his or her chakra it will triple the cutting power of the weapon however with out the chakra it is just a normal blade. Another plus for this weapon is that due to the fact is made of a solid piece of metal sound ninja will be able to channel their chakra into the blade making it vibrate, if the sword vibrates while cutting skin it will cut cleaner and due more damage, this will also make the pain from the wound much worseFor ex if the user puts forth D rank amount of chakra that is how much chakra is used however the weapon will amplify it into a C rank move. When the user adds wind chakra to the blade he can force a gail from the sword that is just as sharp as the blade. This will cost the same rank as a wind jutsu he or she would use. Ex= If the user added enough for a C rank wind jutsu it would cost a C rank wind jutsu. Rp Sample: As Edge walked into his training grounds he meet his usual sparring partner Zoro, but instead of pulling out Hayate's blade he pulled out a sword made of a solid piece of metal that had 6 feet of reach on it. As he and Zoro squared off Edge dashed forward charging his blade with chakra once the sword connected he vibrations from the blow stung Edge's hand but he ignored it for it was worth it. Their was a thin crack threw Zoro's sword once they started exchanging blows the stinging was almost to much to bear so Edge dashed back pooring his chakra into the blad and sharping it as well he could. Once the swords connected Edge's cut clean threw Zoro's blade leaving it use less however Edge drained alot of his for his chakra malipulaton wasn't what it should be so the match was a draw but Edge knew once he mastered his chakra this sword would be a great tool to protect his village with. (Sorry for the lack of punctuation) Also add how much it costs to add the increased wind cutting power.

Hey everybody, it's me again, with all the talk about body armor, I got the idea to make some for myself, this will be my second custom weapon. Again, it's just an idea.  Name of weapon: Dragon Armor Who owns the weapon: Vincente Valtiere/ Valtiere Family Where it was found/Who made it: This armor was forged once again by Vincente's family. It can be found on the fourth floor of Valtiere Manor, as it is powerful when in the right hands. The Range of the weapon: Direct contact, though daggers extend one foot Weakness: Weak joints slows movement Weak against direct fire, not from the user loud movement sounds Description: The armor is the same as the rest of Valtiere Manor, it was lined with gold in several places. The helmet shoruds the users face from those of the same rank or lower, those of higher ranks than you can see right through this with ease. It is spiked heavy armor so movement is tough, but it can still be moved in. The neck is tougher than the rest of the armor, not allowing people to cut the head off their foe easily, but the weakest part of the armor is the right upper side of the chest, a small circle of it can be stabbed through easily. A hit from this armor will do a small bit of elemental damage from the user, it can be changed at any time as long as you control that element, changing the main color of the armor. Channeling elements into this armor is the same as preforming three C ranked jutsus, the more you focus, or the more power you add, the longer it lasts. Three C ranks will last for three posts. As a speciaal addition for all Valtiere's, since they are all assassins, excluding Kageko, the suit was made for stealh mission, no matter how lound it is, when using stealth, the sounds are quieted perfectly. Rp Sample: Vincente couldn't believe his eyes. He knew he had enemies somewhere, but they were bold enough to attack his Manor. He ran upstairs, avoiding their sight and going up to the top floor. He looked at the armor of battles past, but one caught his eyes, the Dragon Armor. He took a little while putting it on, but it fit him enough. He couldn't use his jutsus and his swords were bing repaired, so this armor was all he had. "Hey you, stop!" Vincente thought the ninjas must have heard the clanking of the armor a mile away. He threw his arms up in a defensive position, the swords glanced off, but still did damage, mostl impact damage. He shook his wrist and a long dagger came out of the arm guardes, towards the back end up the forearm. He focused and the armor changed from a dull, lifeless color to a burning red like his elemental. He hit the enemy hard and he got a small burn on his chest, but the real damage was from the broken ribs. He had done a hard hit, the damage still came from him. He swung his dagger and it got stuck in another ninja's neck. The blood that splashed onto him was evaporating. He stopped focusing for a second and the armor returned to it's normal color, though he tried tp gather focus again, but he couldn't, it took too much energy to add any elemt to his armor. He was done playing around, he started to fight his way past, exaushted because of the weight. He stated for the door, his helmet concealing his true face from the ninjas guarding it. Somebody grabbed his shoulder and he turned around, expecting exactly what he thought, somebody better than him, a chunnin. "Not so fast Valtiere scum!" He sliced Vincente's head, but the neck armor was sturdy enough to take a hit. He grabbed his neck, it wasn't a cut, more like a strong impact. He unleashed a strong barrage of kicks, ampliffied from the spiked toes of it. The chunnin fell to the ground, bruised, broken, and bloody, frmo Vincente's attack. The guards looked in horror as they'd lost their leader, they bolted to who knows where. Vincente opened the door and ran out, he'd have to teach them a lesson later, for now, they could take their small victory, he had what he wanted.

Name of Weapon: Assassin's Chain Sickles
Who Owns the Weapon: Soul
Where It Was Found/Who Made It: Soul created this weapon so that he would have a range advantage against his prey.
The Range of the Weapon: 30m
Weakness: Fire and Electricity. The chains are powered with Soul's Wavelength (Clan) and are very breakable. It would take a lot to break them. The only problem is that the metal conducts heat and electricity very easily. If electricity hit the chains, then it will crawl up the chains and hit Soul. Same goes for a large level of heat.
Description: Being a Soul Eater, Soul can use his Wavelength with these weapons. He can manipulate them while they are in the air and make them turn in impossible angles. They are attached the special gloves that Soul wears so that they can remain attached to him and not fly away when thrown. Also, these blades are laced with a special poison that will do much harm to the inflicted target. After 3 posts, the target will start to lose his/her senses. Sight will be blurry, hearing won't really work well, and smell is out of the question. After 6 posts, they be extremely sluggish. Their movements would be extremely slow and they won't be able to balance very well either. After 10 posts, they inflicted target will completely paralyzed except for their head and neck. They will be in large amounts of pain. A perfect victim for Soul's dinner. Soul carries an antidote with him.
Rp Sample:
Soul's mission was to assassinate a Shinobi named Leo. This Shinobi had run off into the Valley of the End after deserting the Leaf and he was on Soul's dinner menu. As Soul arrived at the area, Leo was resting by the waterfall, but he just saw Soul arrive. Leo jumped up and charge at Soul. "Go away, Soul!! You can't beat me even if you tried!!" Soul didn't say a thing. He was too hungry anyway. He tossed the Chain Sickles out at him, but Leo dodged. Soul smirked. He manipulated his soul's Wavelength and made the Chain Sickles snake back around and they wrapped around Leo's legs. He was then yanked to the ground, but Leo transmitted some Raiton Chakra up through the chains and they shocked Soul harshly. Leo got out and Soul recovered from the blast. "....Dammit...." Soul then yanked the chains back and held the Chain Sickles in his hands. He then charged at Leo while Leo did the same at Soul. Right before collision, Soul flipped over Leo and stabbed the Sickle into his spinal cord then ripped them out after injecting the poison. "...Now, you're dead..." Leo staggered to his feet. The hit to the spinal cord had paralyzed him, but he still struggling.
Fast Forward
Leo was now completely paralyzed. He couldn't move and he in extreme level of pain. "Now let's see what your soul tastes like." Soul rolled down his sleeve and a strange energy began to emanate from his arm. This was last thing Leo ever saw.

Where it was found/Who made it: Aeldevera found it on an old battlefield in Kumo.
The Range of the weapon: Melee
Weakness: It's made of metal, so high heat.
Description: A two-handed halberd that can dig into armor and carv flesh like a knife and butter. It's about seven and a quarter foot long, with a blade that's two and half inches thick. It is extremely light and can be carried in one hand. It has an attached set of flexible cloth that allows the halberd to be shot forward with an addition foot of reach. The cloth can also be infused with chakra to act as a chakra rope and immobilize an opponent. It is not very conductive due to the unique metal it was made from.
Rp Sample: (Do I really need to? It doesn't do anything special. It's just a two-handed polearm. You swing it, it cuts...)

Name of weapon: Fulgora, The Goddess of Lightning
Who owns the weapon: Aeldevera Mistalune
Where it was found/Who made it: Passed down through family.
The Range of the weapon: Melee
Weakness: Wind
Description: A long two-handed longsword, that is five and a half foot long. The blade itself is actually four and three quarters inches wide and three inches thick. It is made of a very powerful and enduring metal from the ancient blacksmith linage within Kumo allowing it to withstand other blades and such. It is extremely conductible, with the exception of its handle. It is also super heavy, though Aeldevera has trained himself to the point of swinging this with much ease.
Lightning Rod - By inducing the longsword with chakra, the sword will negate and absorb any lightning elemental attack that is of the same rank or lower than the user. (Genin rank chakra cost).
Electric Beam - Similar to Dragon Fire Technique, the user will use lightning chakra making use of the sword's conductibility. At the very tip of the blade a beam of electric energy is shot out which is maintain for up to five posts. The first post causes momentary paralysis, the second can paralyze an entire area of functionality, based on where the beam is. Third the entire body is paralyzed and slight stinging pain is felt. Fourth severe pain is felt throughout the body, organs begin to fail. Fifth heart stops. Each post that maintains the beam costs Chuunin chakra cost. On top of the paralysis, moderate burns are caused from the electric beam.
Rp Sample: An opponent stood on a tree. He performed a couple handseals. Aeldevera ran up the tree focusing chakra at his feet using the tree-climbing technique. The opponent charged a bolt of lightning at shot it at Aeldevera. He used his swords lightning rod ability, and it pulled the attack to it. He then sliced and diced. The opponent fell off the tree. Aeldevera sat down. Another opponent appeared, but Aeldevera aimed his sword at the opponent and used the lightning thrower unleashing an electric beam to the opponent. It first began as momentary paralysis due to all nerve endings being shocked, and then the opponent's heart stopped.

Devastator - So how long is the cloth that comes off of it? You say it gives you an additional foot of reach, which to me says... it's about a foot of cloth off the side.
...however, for you to push chakra into the rop and use it to entangle people, I would assume it would have to be longer.
RP Sample: And yes, you need to have it... but only because we want to know how the cloth immobilization thingy works.

Lightning Rod : Cost needs to be equal to the technique being used against it. You're not just absorbing the lightning, you're negating the chakra along with it. (cannot absorb techniques more then 1 rank higher then your character)
...this should also have a cooldown, such as : Can only do this once every 5 posts or so. Something like that.
Electric Beam - Should be dependent upon Lightning Rod. Such as, only usable after using lightning rod to absorb a lightning technique.
On top of the above, so does it mean that if someone is stuck in this beam for 4-5 posts, they die? When would that ever happen? Is it hard to escape from?
...should be clear that the technique requires hand seals, even though it is an offshoot of the sword. the idea would be that you are mixing your chakra with the sword's electricity to create the prolonged technique.

It impaled the man as he descended. Aeldevera then used chakra once more and retracted the halberd, tossing it back to him, catching it in a single hand. Another opponent appeared from behind. He tried to grab Aeldevera. Using the chakra rope functionality, Aeldevera seemed to wrap the cloth at his legs at first, as it rapidly covered him up to his torso in cloth. He was unable to move, but neither could Aeldevera, due to the cloth connection to the halberd. This battle was over.

Description: A long two-handed longsword, that is five and a half foot long. The blade itself is actually four and three quarters inches wide and three inches thick. It is made of a very powerful and enduring metal from the ancient blacksmith linage within Kumo allowing it to withstand other blades and such. It is extremely conductible, with the exception of its handle. It is also super heavy, though Aeldevera has trained himself to the point of swinging this with much ease.
Lightning Rod - By inducing the longsword with chakra, the sword will negate and absorb any lightning elemental attack that is of the same rank or lower than the user. May only occur every three of the user's posts. This absorbs ALL lightning techniques, even and if willed, the user's own. (Chakra cost equal to that of technique absorbed, can not absorb techniques that are above the user's rank).
Electric Beam - Usable only after the sword is supercharged by the lightning rod ability. Similar to Dragon Fire Technique, the user will use lightning chakra making use of the sword's conductibility. The user will perform one-handed handseals, five in total. At the very tip of the blade a beam of electric energy is shot out which is maintained for up to five posts. The first post causes momentary paralysis of the area affected, the second can paralyze an entire area of functionality, based on where the beam is. Third the entire body is paralyzed and slight stinging pain is felt. Fourth severe pain is felt throughout the body, organs begin to fail. Fifth heart stops. This is considered a death. Each post that maintains the beam costs Chuunin chakra cost. On top of the paralysis, moderate burns are caused from the electric beam.
Rp Sample: An opponent stood on a tree. He performed a couple handseals. Aeldevera ran up the tree focusing chakra at his feet using the tree-climbing technique. The opponent charged a bolt of lightning at shot it at Aeldevera. He used his swords lightning rod ability, and it pulled the attack to it. He then sliced and diced. The opponent fell off the tree. Aeldevera sat down. Another opponent appeared, but Aeldevera aimed his sword at the opponent and used the lightning thrower unleashing an electric beam to the opponent. It first began as momentary paralysis due to all nerve endings being shocked, and then the opponent's heart stopped. Edited.

It can withstand fire and water attacks, wind attacks only make it move faster, and it can pierce through the strongest of Earth.Rp Sample:Sana walked down the road of the Cloud Village, she had heard the rumors of the Goddess Artemis handing over one of her most powerful weapons, her bow and arrows. She wondered where it could be, this was like some kind of scavenger hunt. She wandered from bush to bush, from tree to tree. She couldn't find it anywhere, except this annoying buzzing sound coming from the sacred tree behind her..Wait, the sacred tree? Buzzing? Could it be? She ran towards the tree behind her and ran her hands against it's smooth bark, it was hallow inside. She balled up her fist, summoning her chakra through it, then punched through the tree gently, careful not to ruin the bow or quiver of arrows. She grinned and pulled out the bow and felt along it's smooth arches. The slung the quiver of silver arrows along her back, then pulled one out and set it on the right side of the bow. She was prepared to shoot as she pulled back the bow and the string extended backwards, she breathed in softly, then released the arrow. Once she heard a quick snapping sound, then ran towards the tree in front of her, which was about 30 meters away. She saw that the bow had made a large indent in the tree's bark, since the steel arrow was tipped and filled with her own strong chakra. She pulled the arrow out, careful not to take out the arrow head. She laughed softly and set the arrow back into the quiver and took off runninf back home.

Weakness: It's made of metal, so high heat.
Description: A two-handed halberd that can dig into armor and carv flesh like a knife and butter. It's about seven and a quarter foot long, with a blade that's two and half inches thick. It is extremely light and can be carried in one hand. It has an attached set of flexible cloth that allows the halberd to be shot forward with an addition seven and a quarter foot of reach, this being because the cloth covers the entire halberd. The cloth can also be infused with chakra to act as a chakra rope and immobilize an opponent, costing genin chakra, due to it not being an average chakra rope ability. It is not very conductive due to the unique metal it was made from.
