((lmao ooo... Haitian's in trouble... XD))

Before Sydney could even react to having a scythe pressed against her neck, it was gone and Haitian had placed himself back where he had started by the column. She ignored the small amount of blood trickling down her neck for the moment and instead kept her attention focused on Haitian with her dangerous glare still in place. "Oh. I'm sorry. Does my existence here OFFEND you?" Syd retorted, her disgust finally showing for the Greater Demon through her mannerisms and sarcasm. "Well too bad for you! Suck it up and deal with it 'cuz I'm here and I'm not going away any time soon!" She managed to fit that remark in before Noktal mentioned the law against summoning a weapon in any private chambers. As an added bonus to her statement, Sydney swung her own katana and made a cut about the same depth as the one on her own neck into Haitian's neck. It made her feel somewhat better, but not a whole lot. With that, Sydney turned her back on Haitian as she let Noktal threaten the demon as well.

((Okay people. I was asked to edit in a note about some posting problems we've been having today in this thread. Mostly a forum glitch though. Twi and Scythe's posts have been mysteriously posted to the top of page 9. But mine is here. What's up with that? Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that this was going on so you're not completely confused. lol))

Grathrym watched as Noktal proceeded to trap Haitian. "Noktal back away for now." Grathrym looked at Haitian. "Unfortunately young foolish one, Noktal is right. You do not summon your weapons in any chamber. Especially mine. Now seeing as im in a slightly good mood I will not kill you this time. Instead lets see how you like my visual assault. As you know if I stare straight in your eyes your worst fears will enter your mind and take hold until I will it to stop. That seems like a fair punishment for your blatant disregard for my rules." Grathrym vanished from his chair and appeared right in front of the trapped demon. "Lets hear you scream and cry like last time." Grathrym opened his eyes and forced Haitian to stare at him. As soon as he was satisfied that the effect would take place he enveloped in black flame and appeared back on his throne.

Now with this problem finished Grathrym focused on Sydney and her outburst against both Bargath and Noktal. He focused on Sydney carefully staring at her forehead instead of her eyes. "Sydney. Before your mouth opens again. Think about what you say. Noktal, well he is the closet thing to a loving demon you can get. Bargath, well she just likes enticing people. But Noktal has actually cared for certain people. Like you for instance. I didn’t tell him to stop from killing you. He offered all on his own. Do not question his obviously misplaced courteous. Yes I say misplaced because I don’t understand why he would let you live. You, an ignorant, independent, rebellious, spoiled, ungrateful brat." Grathrym couldn’t hold back his anger anymore. He could only barely control his arm. He shot two black waves at Sydney. He only had seconds before it would hit her. He willed them to just minutely strike her cheek. Behind her where they fully hit the ground exploded and pieces of concrete and black stone blew up and disintegrated.

Alaric Zarkov

Alaric had set foot through the portal that had opened in south america, it was a unpleasant experience to be transported threw this thing. He opened his eyes as he arrived on the other side, this place was quite the site from what earth had looked like as well there was not much resistance here, "I suppose they do not view humanity as a threat although they should be coming soon" he thought for a moment. Alaric continued to walk threw this area it felt different for earth in a manner and he would just be waiting for these greater demons to show them selves to him. He readied him self as he walked through this area, things would most likely take a turn for the worst unless these demons were more willing to reason then the celestials. Alaric began to feel something within him self it might have been this area or that fact he is a human. Although he did not doubt it was his own mind playing with him, from this point forward it was a matter of exploration and then a encounter of sorts. "Come out where ever you are demons" he yelled hoping to get a response of sorts.

Meanwhile his probe was going crazy with recording everything it could about this area and storing it in its memory banks. It too sample after sample and scanned the area and began to analyze the information and to there let sent in back through the portal. The probe did what it could to keep up with Alaric as he made his way deeper and deeper into this area. The scanners were not working how ever so Alaric was walking blind.

Luckily this time, no demon would hopefully incur Noktal's wrath. A demon scout had caught wind of the portal and intruder and come to the palace to tell the leaders. Although the Devils and others were in a meeting, they could still hear what was going on outside.

"Human intruder?" Bagarth mused. She eyed the other Devils. Obviously, portal defenses had to be bolstered. However, it wasn't often that people burst through the current demonic defenses by the portals. "Grath, orders?"

When Grathrym spoke to her, Sydney did not even turn her head to even look at him. So even if the Devil Lord did stare at her eyes, it wouldn't have done any good because she had them closed. However, she did turn towards Grathrym once he threw those insults at her. "Shut up! You know nothing about me!" Before she could get too far with what she wanted to say to Grathrym though, the waves of black energy shot just past her face. They forced Syd to stop her movement and they also left two cuts along the skin of her cheekbone. She stayed frozen in place in shock and surprise for the next couple of moments, not quite sure how to react to this at all.

"Bring him before me. I dont care how you do it, just do it. Warn him however that if he is not in utmost respect he will suffer." Grathrym was not in a good mood. He wanted to just be over with this day. He could tell that this human wanted to talk. "Just get him here fast, and try to make sure he is alive." Grathrym was irritated talready with Syd's outburst and Haitians complete disregard of rules.

Halgron aproached the eldest demnon, coming in right behind sydney. " My lord, i have good news, i have located an earthly base for ther light, and my squad runner reports total victroy with minimal casualties, it was one of the last remaining in the human realm."

((Aston and rastk0b, Bagarth's actions will help Antoinette get into the picture. So, RP timewise, hopefully the result is "Fast", but it will take a number of posts to get done.))

Bagarth nodded. "Very well. I'll have someone greet the man." She turned and left the meeting area, but not before smiling at Helgron.

Once out of the meeting room, Bagarth dismissed the demon that had brought the news, telling it to be vigilant but to tell others not to attack the human intruder. The Devil grinned. She knew someone that had been a little bored lately. Within seconds, she had arrived by the crimson room of Antoinette, the demon that resembled a doll to many others.

"Oh, Antoinette, I have a job for you," Bagarth said, peeking into the room. The doll seemed to be in thought on the bed. But she was smiling. Maybe I've helped spoil her a little Bagarth thought.

((Vague Summary of Netherlands Action: Regiment people infiltrated, but then left. Noktal and some demons attacked the Regiment and won. They brought back Syd. Grath put Syd through some initiation, and now the Devils and some select few are supposed to be in some meeting. But there is a human intruder now, which Grath wants brought to him quickly so he can talk with him.))

"Good now I can speak." Grathrym slowly rose from his throne. He walked slowly and solemnly towards Sydney. When he reached her he squared up to her. He towered above her. "I have no idea what your life has been like huh? You who are entirely abandoned. If you were then why did I accept you. Why did WE accept you. You have been accepted. Oh and I know much worse. I live in full darkness. My worst nightmares haunt my every moment I'm awake. I have always and forever been seen as evil. Granted yes maybe I am. However you do not know what it is like to be truly abandoned by everyone until you are born from the fallen dreams of everyone, the darkness of their hearts, the nightmares and fears of everyone. I have only one exact shape and only in my realm. You see what I really am here. But if I leave my own realm, people see me as their worst fear. My aura covers their vision, they see me as their worst fear, their worst enemy. If you really wish true loneliness then I will mask your aura and let you walk among the humans and all other being. You will see when they run at the smell of you. The mere mention of your name will make people run from you. I’ve seen people die because they were scared to see me. They hate me way more then they hate you." Grathrym grabbed Sydney's chin and raised his hand in a fist. He was about to swing downward against her. He knew that it would kill her. He brought his hand down as fast as he could. It stopped right in front of her face. "Your not worth dying. Your dreams and broken promises are not worth living inside of me." Grathrym threw her chin from his hand, letting her slightly lose balance.

Even though Grathrym towered above her in height as he stood directly in front of her, Sydney did not flinch or back down. Heck, she was even scared. But Syd was never the type to let her fear of a person stop her from doing anything when she was angry. But before she could say anything, Grathrym had already dove into a whole lecture. She glared right back at the Devil Lord, even as he lifted her chin upwards and nearly punched her directly in the face. Which could have well killed her right there. She did not speak until she had fully regained her balance once she had been released.

"Good question. Why did you even bother to accept me? I am born of two beings you hate most. So why bother?" Sydney asked, as she turned a bitter glare towards Grathrym's back as he moved to sit back on his throne. She didn't even let him answer as she gave out what she knew the answer would be anyway. "Oh. I know why. It's only because you can use me to your liking before I am of no more use to you and your stupid plans." Syd then spun on her heel, towards the portal back to the courtyard. However, she didn't leave quite yet.

"And one more thing. I'm not abandoned. There are people out there who have already accepted me for who I am and not because I am of use to them." She was, of course, referring to her friends in The Regiment. "I'm sure there are people like that for someone like you too." That said, Sydney stepped back through the portal and into the courtyard outside of the meeting hall where Grathrym, Helgron, and Noktal were still gathered.

Antoinetta cocked her head to one side and smiled at Bagarth, "Of course." She let one leg hang off the bed, pointed and reaching for her slippers. When at first Antoinetta couldn't reach, she tried to get closer but still could not reach. Frowning, she pushed both her legs, pointing perfectly straight, towards her slippers. "Your wish is my command." Her voice was soft and singsong, displaying no sign of annoyance at her inconveniently placed slippers.

Alaric Zarkov

Alaric contiuned walking through this strange land, it did not feel right to him but then again it had been the first time a human had been sent to another realm. The probe moved out ahead of him and preformed a large area scan so that he might get a map of this area, to get some baring as to where he was. "Why have non of them come yet" Alaric thought as he looked around for any signs of demon or other form of life. His probe finally sent him some relevant data and he had began to move in what he hoped to be the right direction. This place was odd, did they always treat intruders in this matter or was there another reason that had left him be, he wondered but then dropped the thoughts and focus his mind on the matter a head. Alaric did not like the thought of dealing with demons but humanity did not have the man power to defend its self from them at this point in time, however they did have weapons that might be of use to defend Terra.

"I dont and probablly never will understand Noktal, why you chose to bring her here. She thinks she is of importance to us. She is sorely mistaken. We do not need her. I wonder if she even relizes the only reason I accepted her was by your request and bringing her here. You have no idea how much I want her dead right now. I trust it to you to teach her what its like to be a devil lord. Teach her before I teach her myself. You know that feeling and I'm sure you wouldnt want what was forced on us, to be forced on her." Grathrym some how kept his temper in check and let his arm rests feel the heat from his left over anger. He began to go back to before this pathetic war. He flashed back to a time when he was first born. Or created as it were. The worst time when he was a child, a newborn without a mother to care for him. Growing up on his own, of his own acord. Beaten and tossed aside by nature itself. Hardened and taught to be stone hearted to survive. He never had a choice, everyone just.... hated him for who he was, or waht he was.

Bagarth stepped into the room and waited patiently for Antoinetta to reach her slippers before continuing. "You might find this interesting. We have a human intruder who is heading our way, just arrived from a portal. Lord Grathyrm wishes to speak with the man and would like him brought to chambers quickly." Bagarth paused and sighed. Unfortunately, there would be no torture to the human for Antoinetta to play with. "Yes, the human must be alive. Therefore, I expect there won't be much harm done to him. However, if any demon questions your authority, do feel free to maim them down in some way."

At this point, Bagarth reached behind her back and produced a small brooch with a black and red glow. It was one of Bagarth's items, and Antoinetta would know that it was proof of authority for her mission.

(Hey guys, I change the profile cap from 2 to 3. So if you want to make an angel or a cambion or something, perhaps even another demon go ahead.)

Vandor approaches the room where the new recruit was being tested. He knows they know of the intruder, but what they don't know is something important. "The Human wishes to speak." He says in his emotionless voice. He never calls them by Lords or Lord. They know it but don't bother him about it. "He's wondering where you all are."

(Just a quick thing so you guys don't have to read in the Accepted Profiles part, I modeled this guy EXTREMELY CLOSE to Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen, so if you know of his personality, its him basically. If you don't, Vandor can see slight bits of the future, and has a growing detachment from all life. Life to him is just a mist, and people are like shadows in the fog to him.)
