Shi let out a small sigh before stopping in front of a blacksmith's shop. "Hmm If the smith here is able to do it... then I will be able to learn the style that was taken from me..." She reached behind her and into her gourd and pulled out the Kyokutan na Katana style scroll also known as Extreme Sword Style which is one of the deadliest sword styles none to man. She currently possessed the only scroll that details the style exactly and what is needed for it. "..My training will get much harder from hear on out.." She unrolled part of the scroll and read it over before rolling it back up and sicking it in a scroll pouch on her leg. She then proceeded into the blacksmith's shop and stopped at the front counter, after a few seconds a large muscular man who was clearly the black smith walked up to the counter. "Need anything Miss?" She nodded before pulling out a small blank scroll and writing down all the details needed to create the katana needed for this style to work, she then handed him the scroll. "I Will need this created as soon as possible..." She said in a bored ton before crossing her arms. The black smiths face had instantly gone pale after reading the instructions. "How dose a Child?... Know about this secret technique of folding metal?" Shi grinned before glareing at the man. "...I am no mere Child... You have two choices... Make the katana.. or I kill you.." She said before forming a set of hand seals. "OK OK!.. I'll make it!.. but don't tell anyone I made it for you.. I'll send you a messenger hawk when its done.." Shi nodded before turning around and heading out of the shop. "Perfect.." She mumbled to herself before heading out of the marketplace. "I wonder if Nee-chan will be upset for taking back the scroll that the kage took from me?.."

The smith put the paper in his pocket before heading to the back of the shop where he worked on making steel weapons. This weapon would take longer to make then the normal weapon but he was prepared to do it as fast and skillfully as he could. Normally a blade is forged by hot forging a billet of super high carbon steel into the scale shaped like the desired weapon. The repeated hammering provides an even dispersion of carbon throughout the steel for uniform strength of the finished blade, due to the amount of steel required the steel is folded many many times each time adding more steal to the blade then hammering it into shape.

The previous step was called Rough Forging due to its nature but also leads into the next step called Rough Shaping. During this step the blacksmith removes the scale and the blade is shaped roughly to the required dimensions. At this stage, the steel is still in the annealed (soft) state and the blade is straight. This step takes less time then the last but is a important step just like others for the Katana to come out perfectly. Let me take this time to name the rest of the steps involving the creation of this katana.
Step 3 - Clay Covering
Step 4 - Quenching
Step 5 - Sizing
Step 6 - Finishing
Between posts 5 and 6 there will be 2 cooling posts
The last post will be the sending on the messenger bird.

The black smith grinned as the hard part was finally over in making the Katana. He pulled out a special clay and applied it to the blade by hand, using a thin covering near the edge and a thicker layer over the rest of the blade. This results in a relatively quicker cooling of the edge during quenching, producing a harder cutting edge and a softer back (spine). This took several minutes only due to him making sure the special clay was put on perfectly. "I hope this girl enjoys this Katana." The black smith was sure this would turn out to be a excellent Katana.

The Blacksmith nodded as it was time to more to the next part of creating the katana. This is a critical part of the operation. The blade, with its clay covering is heated to a predetermined temperature and quenched in a water bath. The shape and continuity of the hamon, the sori (blade curve) and blade straightness are all determined by the care and skill exercised in quenching.

The Black smith stood there and watched as the hot blade produced a large amount of steam from sitting in the water. This Katana would take longer to fully cool then most blades due to how it was created during the first few steps of creating the katana. While he worked on it he began to price out how much the katana of this magnitude would cost, of course he planned on just giving it to the girl anyways and this was just for future reference. "its amazing that the girl was able to find a scroll for that style..I heard the style was lost for all time."

The Black smith continued to stand there and watched as the hot blade continued to produce a large amount of steam from sitting in the water. This Katana would take longer to fully cool then most blades due to how it was created during the first few steps of creating the katana. While he stood there watching it he began to write out the message he would attach to the bird once the katana was complete and ready to be picked up by the girl. "That girl will be incredibly strong one day if she masters the style."

The black smith carefully took the blade out of the water in order to begin working on the next step needed in order to finish making this rare Katana for the girl. In this step the sori is adjusted if necessary, to set the point of balance and point of percussion. The blade is the de-scaled. Rough polishing is carried out to size the blade accurately. The habaki is then fitted. Once all this is carried out the black smith would begin on the next step but instead he decided to take a little break allowing him to prepare for the final step.

After the Blacksmiths break her continued the final step of making the Katana for the girl. The final step included many thing such as, careful final polishing and fine finish work are carried out on the various surfaces to define ridge lines and bring out the beauty of the hamon. Additionally the grip and everything else needed to finish the blade and make it perfectly balanced before finally sharpening the blade its self. The sharpening took a lot longer then normal but would be worth it since this rare Katana would not dal easily. Once the sharpening was done the blacksmith put it in its sheath before placing the extremely heavy katana on the front counter.

The black smith then read over his letter that he had prepared for the girl before attaching it to the leg of the messenger hawk be planned on sending to her. After doing so he led the hawk out side before holding out his arm, a second later the hawk burst off into the sky headed for the Ramen Shop. The black smith nodded to him self before walking back into his shop to wait for the girl and his Hawk to return. He also wondered if the girl would be able to manage the hard weapon style the katana was created for, just having the katana and the scroll did not mean she would be able to learn it.

Shi let out a small sigh as she walked into the blacksmiths shop and walked up to the counter. "So this is it?" The black smith nodded before handing her the extremely heavy katana, she quickly strapped it to her back and let out a sigh. "thank you, I may have you create another one for my sister some day.." With that she turned around and left the shop and headed for the training facility.

 Kay Aburame I am the stone that the builder refused I am the visual… Once he had reached the marketplace he had slowed down a bit more due to being just a little tired. He was still running, just not a full on sprint. Once he'd gotten deep enough into the area, he was weaving between groups of people and knocking some over, calling back sorry here and there. Amazingly, his favorite blacksmith was on the path holding out a bottle of some sort. Kay took it while running holding up a thumbs up as the blacksmith went inside, having jheard of a running menace around the village already. After guzzling the protein/energy shake he felt a bit better and continued at the same pace to avoid getting too tired again. Kay then turned off and tried to jump over a cabbage saelsman's cart. He yelled as Kay crashed through it. "MY CABBAGES!" Kay kleft some money and continued faster to make up fro the lost time and headed to his final location, the dunes... (5/6) the inspiration, that make foes sing the blues  the spark that makes ya idea bright,

Chihiro Geitou  Chihiro casually strolled through the marketplace. As he passed by one food stand an apple suddenly vanished. Chihiro kept his cool and tucked the apple inside his shirt before he could get caught. It was too late though. A few moments later he heard the store owner cry, "THIEF!" And a few nearby shinobi glanced at Chihiro and darted after him. "Oh crap." the young ninja gritted his teeth and ran away as fast as he could. He darted in and out of buildings, but the ninjas were following him on the rooftops. Suddenly Chihiro spied a ramen store and ducked inside to escape his pursuers.

Akura's clone entered the market place as it let out a sigh " I wonder what Kay is up to." He muttered a he went to a close by to the shop where Kay bought his sword, he let out a sigh and headed for a puppet shop. He entered the small wooden building. " Gimi the puppet basics for two puppets." He said to the cashier but paused and looked around the shop. " No, wait, give me what's on the list." The clone said as the cashier walked through the shop and gave the clone the materials. " Thanks." The clone said as it left some cash on the desk and jumped away toward the Kazekage's tower.
