Teh_KoOL_AiD_Man I havent but i watched my friend beat Emerald which took like an hr xd that is a lie...you only have 20 miniutes to do so before you get killed...

masterkaicannon35 I have tried over 20 times to beat both emrald and ruby wepon but have failed miserably i keep using nights of the round and regenbut i keep dying WTF!!!!!!! please some hints. equipe final attack with peonix, that way when they all die peonix will bring them back and do dammage, then you knights with w-summon and the other two use mimic, casting 6 nights of the round in 3 turns!(also equipe ribbons)also attaching mp absorb to it will ensure you regain mp!!! this should kill emerld for ruby ill tell you later im tired of typing

oh yes I have beten them both...theres no REAL point to do so....it just means when you die it will be you me the other guys who beat them and fonzy from happy days starting jukeboxes with are fists up in heaven

i beat them both easy enough but whats even more fun is to turn cloud into a frog cast regen on him and then berserk and watch him kill sephiroth

Having the Underwater Materia erases the 20 minute time limit on the fight, so it is very possible to fight Emerald for over an hour.

i ran sephiroth into the ground he was pathetic -.- but i have all my charachters maxed out at 99 with their ultimate weapons and their best armour...my 3 main characters have the 3 master materias and then i have a knights of round for all characters and such stuff...but...the emerald weapon was pretty hard for me caus ei didnt have a stratagy for myself and i had too many materias equipped so he kept one hitting me...plus my chracters were only like lvl 70 sumthin at that time...as for ruby though...i just killed cid and redXIII and took cloud in to fight him alone...he got ownt...ultima was the second hardest of all the weapons to me because i had bad characters and i didnt have ne ultimate weapons and the only 4th limit break i had was highwind on cid and omnislash on cloud...i culdnt put redXIII on cause i never used his limits at all -.- took me forever toget it on him too...no one wanted to attack him lol...i cant even remember the fight with diamond lol he was far too easy...lol

heh, my mate had a cool tactic for emerald, counter-mime x6, go in with full limit for cloud, with other characters dead, make sure you have Sprint shoes equipped, and try to get Omnislash in first. every time Emerald hits you, you pull of 6 Omnislashes in a row XD
