The old man felt like he was about to laugh endlessly as the genin moved one hand close to his kunai pouch. "As I said before, I don't care about any small fish like you. Yet, the person who asked me to come here has interest in you. Or so it seems. But anyway, you probably do not know, but there will be a kind of 'event' going on soon, the Dark Tournament." the old man said and made a pause as he walked away from the memorial stone. "The person who asked me to come here, wants you in that tournament. But of course, I'm not going to force you to join, but there might be a good reason for you to join." the old man made another pause, and walked around a bit grinning. "I've heard that...the participants may even become chuunin with this tournament." he then turned back to Satsuzame and waited for a reply.

A grin spread across the genin's face as he contemplated a rise in his rank. Brushing a strand of hair away from his eyes, he considered the opportunity presented to him. Generally, there is a Chunin exam for these things, but if they are doing something new this year, then why didn't the hokage inform us. This sounds fishy, fishy but enticing nonetheless."Who's this person you speak of? Unless he plans on making me strong enough to participate in such a tournament, I don't see my chances as being any good. I may overestimate my own strength at times, but that doesn't mean I don't know my own limits." taking a breath of air in, he continued, "There are only two things I love in this world, Suiton Ninjutsu and Fish. You offer me both and I will go wherever you, or this guy you speak of, please."

With the boy's questions, the old man was tempted to tease him, like saying the one behind this tournament was the strongest suiton user alive, but he was not there to make jokes. "I didn't come here to tell you about the one who hired me. And don't think too highly of yourself. You'd be just another participant if you decide to join, don't think you'll receive special training." he said after laughing at the boy. "If you decide to join, then I'll let you know how long you have untill the event, and where it will be of course." the old man said as he stretched his back, making him look taller than he was. He had a small scroll in his hand, depending on the boy's answer, the scroll would be handed over. "So, what is your choice?" he asked and looked at the genin, with an evilish smile.

Satsuzame felt his hopes come crashing down. It was just another stupid tournament to test one's abilities. Accepting it would give him two chances at making it to chunin, if he survived that is. declining it would limit him and provide no benefit in doing so. He had hoped that it was an exclusive tournament and a trainer would be provided, however it was disappointing to hear that it was invitation only. I guess there is no other choice that will provide me any bonus. "I accept."

The old man then without saying more than he said already, threw the scroll with the information about the tournament at the shark looking boy. "Good luck." he said with a sarcastic tone and then vanished within leaves that were blown by the wind.
After the wind stopped, his laughter could be heard even thogh he was nowhere to be seen.

Catching the scroll, Satsuzame watched the old man disappear in a swirl of leaves. Shaking his head, Satsuzame glanced back down to the scroll. "Perhaps, I should let the Hokage know about this. It does seem fishy that it did not come straight to her first." Satsu grinned, before leaving towards the Hokage tower.

Seytan walked into the memorial holding on to the small dog, setting it on the ground once he was already there. “Alright little mutt, behave.” The genin told the dog, placing the leash around her neck, roughly rubbing the dog’s head. The Chihuahua wasn't pleased with the way the ninja was treating it and it just gave him a slight stare, not a very pleased one.He would walk the small dog around the area, reading a few of the names of the fallen as he walked about, no one in particular striking him, he hadn't lost anyone too important in combat, he didn’t think that any of these people had truly been heroes, they were dead after all. And then again, the Hokage had no need for dead heroes.

When she took the leashes she was glad to know that the dogs were behaving like she hoped. "Man this is going to be easy!" she thought to herself. "walking the dogs was a pretty good day, I had no problems with them at all, thank you for allowing me to take care of your pets for the day." the owners thank Cryshal again and then take the pets and are off on their way after paying Cryshal the money for the mission. After counting the money she then puts it away in her money pouch.
