As long as a sensei is present and in the same thread to 'overlook' your training, then I have no problem with it.

Question! Am I allowed to create custom Youton Jutsu?
Can I change my chakra element to Youton since the Yonbi's chakra mixes with mine?
Can I add the Yonbi's Youton Jutsu to my RPC's Jutsu list?

Gentoushin
Gentoushin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Pain and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.

1. read the ranking system inside each village.
2. on the main page next to each village will ether be blank or say (closed) the ones with (closed) are closed >.>

Yes.
Why? Youton is an extra element. You can keep your current, and take Youton as well
Once you learn them, yes

1 @ academy rank get your 2nd @ chunnin 3rd @ jounin >.> unless youv got a bloodline element then u get 3 at academy... 2 for required elements for your 3 >.> and you get a 4th @ jounin >.> but i think they are taking that one out
