I'm just going to take a crack at it because I'm certain that Lance will have the same issues with this that I do.
The eyes are not "more powerful than the byakugan", the distance of 200 yards is in no way medium nor is such a number ever given. So I'd say reread what the clan does. I know that this particular clan is a bit difficult, I wanted to app for this forever ago and couldn't think up a way to describe it.
The rp sample: As far as I can tell, and of course I have been known to be dead wrong alot of the time, but none of the abilities you exhibit have really anything to do with the blood line at all. The jutsu that is used in the sample, unless I'm just over looking it somewhere (In which case please forgive me), does not exist.
So I'd have to say rejected.

Jessica Typhon Rpc Name: Aimi Himoto Village: Mist Rank: AC Bloodline or Clan applied for: Lothar Clan (Reynard said I could join) What you know about the clan/bl: They drink and fight.... That looks like it Rp Sample: Aimi stumbled from her seat, maybe she'd had a little too much to drink. The room was spinning and some one was coming a bit too close to her for her liking. She fell from her seat, but was still in complete control of her actions. Aimi lifted a leg up quickly, kicking him square in the jaw. Her body momentum followed her strike, brining her to her feet. She stumbled a bit as she tried to stand, looking like she could fall again any moment. A fist flew towards her, but she ducked under, flowing with the movement. Her leg came up and kicked the enemy in the face as she spun on her other foot, bringing her whole body around closer to the target. She grabbed behind her head to grip his. With hardly any effort she flipped her self up and over the man, her leg continued moving, kicking out his legs. The man was down, but he would be up soon. She looked around quickly, spotting a drink on the counter. She drank it down quickly and ran from the restaurant. accepted

RPC Name: Jin Tonghua Village: Cloud Rank: (is it AC?) Bloodline or Clan applied for: Lothar Clan What you know about the clan: Drunken fighting. Drink a lot, get drunk a lot, and fight a lot. RP Sample: "Sake?" the man beside her offered, raising a cup to her. Jin's nose wrinkled, "Uh.... I don't drink...." "No, no, I insist!" Jin really wanted to knock him out. But she couldn't now... the mission would be jeopardized. She needed to get him to trust her... to get him to bring her to the man behind it all. She hesitated slightly, watching the cup warily with an eye, then took it. Though she intended only to take a sip, she gulped its entire contents with expertise and slammed it down on the counter. "I thought you said you didn't drink," he grinned, one eyebrow raised. Feeling comfortable and slightly lightheaded, she grinned back, "Guess I was wrong." She reeled back in her seat and jumped to her feet, grabbing the sake bottle as she stood. Jin took another gulp and swayed. "Guess what?" she giggled, taking another swig. A risen eyebrow prompted her. A foot connected with his face and he flew across the room. Jin followed him and hefted him up from the wall, grabbing the lapels of his jacket, "You're going to take me to your boss. And now." The cup that the man still held in hand was crushed against her forehead. The shards embedded themselves within and a trickle of blood escaped the wound. "Oh no you didn't...." she breathed, bringing a hand up to gingerly feel the wound. Jin stumbled away from the man, bent backwards, and in one fluid motion, just before she hit the floor, she drove the toe of her boots into the man's neck, effectively knocking him out. She staggered across the room, glaring at any civilians who dared to come close, grabbed a bottle from a shocked passerby, and made her way to the door Before she could leave, however, a hand on her shoulder stopped her. The man withheld her with one hand, the other was gently wrapped around his throat. "Y-you..." he growled, the hand releasing her, and reaching for his knife, "I'll show you!" He stabbed her, well at least attempted to. Jin made no move to dodge, but he missed her. By a mile. He too was staggering, from the pain maybe, but most likely from something else. "Drugged....?" he gasped. Jin smiled, "Nope." A quick chop to the neck and the man lay limp. She hefted him over her shoulder, chugged the rest of her sake, and staggered from the bar.
I know you're supposed to only write what your own character does... but i really had no idea what to do when you're supposed to have a sample writing.... and no other character to play it out with you.

what you did was fine, when writing an rp sample you control everything
my only real problem with this sample is that it was simply too short for you to be able to show that you understood the clan and how it works, maybe you could try using some of the clan jutsus, or describe the drunken fighting, or maybe show how your chakra can intoxicate people

Ok, I'm tired of seeing apps for sharingan and byakugan and these other really powerful bloodlines that are no better than a bloodline app for hatake or something like that.
Mangekyou: your bloodline app would probably be fine for most other bloodlines, but sharingan is quite frankly one of the more powerful bloodlines there are, I expect better when people app for sharingan.
This is an rp sample I found for sharingan that is more like what I'm looking for. It explains how the bloodline works pretty well, it is well written, and it's a fairly good story.
Kai’s breathing came in labored breaths as a wave of fear washed over him. I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die, the thought kept running through his head like a broken record, his fear wasn’t letting him think straight, the images of his slain comrade’s faces kept flashing before his eyes, I don’t want to die. He had lost track of how long he had been running, but he knew that if he stopped he would share the same fate as his friends. “How did that monster find us?!”, he cried out, they had been so careful, they had hidden their tracks so well, but somehow that, that demon had found them anyway. He had descended upon them like a lightning bolt, leaving only death in his wake.
As Kai continued to run he finally came to a clearing in the forest, and to his horror there stood the demon that had been chasing him, that sadistic smile still stamped across his cold face, his sword dripping with the blood of Kai’s comrades. As Kai tried to back away he tripped up falling to the ground as all of the running began to take its toll. He just stared up at the sky, the light of the full moon reflected in his eye, so this is it, this is how Kaizen Uchiha dies, Kai thought to himself as the world around him seemed to slow down. He watched in wonder as a lightning bug flew above him, seeming to fly almost in slow motion, each beat of its wings seeming to move no faster than the ticking of a clock.
So this is what it feels like when you’re faced with your death, he thought to himself wistfully, a calmness coming over him that he wouldn’t have expected, it’s not so bad as I would have thought. A few moments later the man that had killed all of his friends was standing over him, how strange that I once thought of this man as a demon, he is not so different from me, not so different from any man; the thought came to Kai in that moment as he saw the man standing there above him, his blade poised for the kill, and in that moment Kai no longer feared the demon, no, he no longer feared the man. The man raised the blade above his head, slowly, agonizingly slow, it seemed so simple for Kai to draw his own weapon and catch the man’s sword on his own.
The man’s eyes grew wide as he looked down at the crossed blades, and as they moved to take in the sight of Kai’s face they grew wider still. “They told me that the boy had not yet unleashed the power of his blood!”, the man hissed as he jumped away, still seeming to move in slow motion. Kai rolled back slightly, tucking his knees into his chest and then kicking forward, lifting himself back up onto the balls of his feet. But in that moment that Kai had taken his eyes off of his opponent, the gap between them had shrunk until the man was almost upon him, but once Kai could see him again it was simple to let himself fall to the side moving under the blade as it swept over him. He caught himself with his right hand and then pushed off the ground flipping around to face his opponent once more.
Kai smiled as he watched his opponent recover for a moment, seeing the world as he was now was so incredible, he almost couldn’t help staring in wonder as he examined every individual muscle of the man as it contracted or contorted, allowing the body to move in such complex ways, in a way it was beautiful to watch. But the thought of his slain comrades brought Kai back to reality with a jolt, and his wonder was replaced only with a red haze. Kai launched himself forward, weaving himself around the man’s blade as he positioned his own to stab through the man’s throat.
It was over in just a few seconds, the man dropped his sword as he reached up to try and grab at the blade that was now protruding from his throat, but there was nothing he could do. The man looked into Kai’s eyes, that earlier look of shock still clear in his eyes, but now it was mixed with pain, and perhaps… fear? With the man’s last breath he managed to say, “they said… you hadn’t…”, and it was over. Kai drew his sword from the man’s throat, blood spraying out to cover Kai in a fine red mist. Kai just stared at the man’s lifeless body for a moment before he bent down to wipe his blade clean on the man’s shirt. As the blade was wiped cleaned of the vile man’s blood Kai could see his face reflected in the cold steel, and he understood what had happened. Reflected in the blade were two crimson eyes, with a black tomoe next to the pupil, but even this revelation did not long keep the memory of his fallen comrades from clawing its way back into his mind. As he sheathed his blade he looked back up to the moon, and the world seemed to return to its regular pace as teardrops mixed with blood began to fall at Kai’s feet.
Please if you're going to app for a bloodline like sharingan step it up, make me believe that you are a good rp-er and you know how the bloodline works

alright, while I appreciate the effort, it didn't really show that you knew how the sharingan works, you didn't explain that you could track movement very well, or try to copy a jutsu, or anything. I mean you said that "your vision had a slight red tint to it", but that doesn't really tell me anything.
If you just explain the strengths and weaknesses of the bloodline in your own words (and I mean a really good explanation) then I'll think about it

Rpc Name: N/A - Waiting to be approved Village: Iwagakure Rank: Tsuchikage Bloodline or Clan applied for: Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan What you know about the clan/bl: I know it's a hella strong dojutsu, thus must be taken care of. Like the other Mangekyo's, your eyes begin to dull. Sasuke's Mangekyo allows you to summon up Susanno, Amaterasu, and Tsukiyomi. This sharingan allows me to see taijutsu attacks much easier, thus allowing me to counter it. Rp Sample:
The man gritted his teeth as Jade seemed to dodge everything he threw at her. She could easily counter his attacks, or simply block them all together. *It's those eyes, those damn eyes!* He thought to himself as he sent a flying kick to her face. She ducked under it, and her hand shot forth, smashing into his thigh. He shouted out in pain as he fell to the ground, though Jade's onslaught had yet to truly begin. She crouched low infront of him, her robes billowing in the wind. Despite his fear, the man glanced into Jade's eyes, just for a second, though that was all she needed. Her mangekyo had been active since the attack on his thigh, and now his downfall truly began. "Tsukiyomi..." Jade uttered, her eyes for a moment flashing. The man gasped, as his mind reeled. At long last, he opened his eyes, only to see a red and black horror ahead of him. He was strung across a black cross, with Jade infront of him. "You are about to experience the most painful event in your life. This will not be over shortly. If you willingly give me the information regarding the Akatsuki, then I will spare you." Jade said, though it was a total lie. The man whimpered, and seemed he would not speak. Jade sighed, and unsheathed a wakizashi. "Very well..." Jade slowly stuck her arm forward, placing the wakizashi against his stomach. She pushed, and the man cried out in pain. Once the blade pierced him, Jade pushed in further, watching the man's face contort in pain. "Al-alright! I'll tell you just please! Stop!" Jade smiled to herself, and slowly pulled out the weapon. "Tomorrow, they come, at dawn tomorrow." Jade was a bit surprised, dawn was only in a few hours. "Thank you, now please, pass away into nothingness." The man's eyes widened in awestruck fear. "Y-you lied!" Jade smirked, and for what seemed like the next four hours, launched her wakizashi into the man's body.
Jade blinked, ending the genjutsu. The man lay unconscious on the floor, and she motioned for him to be imprisoned. "Prepare the squads, Akatsuki arrives at dawn. I want everybody ready to-" Jade swooned for a second, almost falling over. Her guards rushed forward. "Lady Jade! Jade regained her footing, placing her hand over her left eye. "I only need rest, leave me!" She made a swatting gesture, and the guards all left her in her chambers. *My eyes...they are getting worse...* Her sight was beginning to darken and blur without the sharingan. Even with it, she was loosing her precious light. Jade's hand balled into a fist, as she slammed it against her desk. For now, she would simply sleep, hopefully given a chance to rest her eyes.
All too soon, guards burst into her room. Jade's eyes opened, blurry at first, though they began to focus. She sat up quickly, rising out of her bed. "How soon to the atta-" Her entire world shook as numerous explosive tags burst above her. Jade's eyes looked up, revealing once more her pentagram like Mangekyo sharingan. A dragon of flames was shooting down towards her. Her eyes began to bleed as she summoned up one of the most powerful Uchiha techniques. The dragon seemed to connect, obliterating all in her path. A single member, cloaked in black and red clouds, stood atop the rubble. His eyes glared towards her position, seeing if there was anything left. The debris parted, as Jade rose to her feet, an ethereal skeleton wrapping around her. She looked worse for wear, and the armor around her deteriorated into nothingness. She was breathing heavily, and once more met the gaze of her enemy. She smirked, her left eye working hard. The man gasped as he was transported into the dimension of torture. His head hung low, though an eerie laugh crept through the area, resonating. Jade had wasted no time in unsheathing her blade, though paused, intrigued by his laughter. The man's laughter increased, as he looked up, his sharingan pulsing. "You cannot capture me with this technique! I am the one and only true Uchiha!" Jade gasped, clutching her head as the jutsu rebounded on her, leaving both participants on the floor. Another Uchiha, this was unheard of, especially one of this caliber. "Watch and learn, something you can never touch!" The man's sharingan spun, and he seemed to be targeting Jade's leg. Her eyes analyzed the situation as her chest rose and fell with each breath, she knew now what was to come. The man's ridiculous smile, as Jade felt a sudden jerk on her leg. A swirling oddness was occurring, and seemed to be twisting Jade's leg out of shape. She tried to run, though couldn't feel anything, not even the pain that should be present. "Goodbye!" The man laughed wickedly as Jade's leg disappeared, with an odd popping noise. She yelled out, clutching at what was no longer present. "It is called Kamui, for I am a god." Jade tore her cloak, acting quickly and through the pain. She wrapped the piece of cloth around her stub, trying to stop the bloodloss. "Y-you, are no god. Witness true power...Amaterasu." Blood issued forth from her right eye, a Jade glared at the man's face. For a moment, nothing happened. Suddenly, his face ignited in a powerful black flame. He clutched at it, only to feel his hands begin to burn. Her chakra levels were ridiculously low, though she had to finish this off. His entire body was now just flames, and his screams allowed Jade to rejoice. Once he had fallen, Jade used what was left of her to remove the flames, using another technique she had found. The black flames of the Sun Goddess began to rescind, and then completely disappeared. Jade grimaced as she proceeded to drag herself over to the fallen Uchiha, leaving a trail of blood from her leg. "b*****d..." She said as she reached forth, plucking his eyes from his head. "You don't deserve these eyes, they are mine!"
