"Okay then, I think there is a bar on the edge of town. Not to far of a drive." He smirked as they stepped up to the car. His manners got to him and he opened the passenger door before moving to the drivers side and getting in. Lee acted as though he hadn't done it. It was habitual he guessed. Flicking a few switches on the dash before Aireth got in, when he started the car it sounded almost completely different. The modifications as a whole effected the engine greatly. "You have a favorite drink?" he asked from the drivers seat as he waited for her.

She shot him an annoyed look when he opened the door for her. Aireth was the kind of girl that liked to do things for herself, not wanting to feel like some stupid little Aceist woman who didn't have an idependent bone in their body. "Thanks." she muttered as she slid in and shut the door. "About anything strong." she sighed. "Sake, Uuzo, Metaxa, Vodka." she named a couple off that she had started drinking ever since she met Jet. He had drove her to the hard liqour.

"Should've figured you the hard liquor type," he commented on her attitude with a smirk. The dual streaks of black followed the car for some time before the rear tires finally caught traction on the road. It was a short time before they would be at the bar. "How'd you get wrapped up with Jet and his mess?" He had to break his sentence up to talk over the noise of the gears shifting up. Whenever the gears shifted there was a high pitched whine and hiss of pressure being released.

Aireth let out a sigh as she chewed on her bottom lip which she often did when she was bored, or nervous. This case, she was bored. "Well, before Ace came into office." she began, she usually didn't like to talk about herself. "I was a spy. I was fired right before the previous president's term ended. He didn't trust Ace one bit. He destroyed any evidence that I had worked for the goverment or anything like that. His way of protecting me I guess." she sighed once more. "Jet's father had started a secret orginization to protect our country from dicators like Ace. Jet inherited it and some how found me." she muttered.

The gears shifted again, the city now coming into sight and becoming more defined. "Stroke of bad luck on your part then? Or do you actually like the sarcastic b*****d?" he used the term b*****d light-heartedly. The only thing that made him ask was that she hadn't tried to kill Jet so far. To Lee, he seemed to thoroughly annoy her.
((Sorry for the short-postness, I'll actually be home tommorow so it should stop.))

Aireth let out a sigh as she started at the dashboard. "Well, after I was fired." she sighed again. "I felt like I had no purpose in my life. To me, everyone has a purpose and I lost mine, therefore, I really had no reason to continue living." she muttered. "When Jet found me, he gave me a purpose. I guess you could say, it's a little bit of both." she sighed again. When they got to the bar, she would get some whiskey or something to get rid of the headache of which Jet cuased.

Lee pulled into the parking lot across from the bar instead of the five parking spaces directly in front of it. His reason was part suspicion and part not wanting to put his car next to the road. Either way it worked out best for him. When he got out of the car he had half a mind to open the door for her but remembered the look she'd given him when he'd done it before. Instead he just leaned against the back of the car with his hands in his pockets. Making sure he had money in those pockets he sighed and waited for Aireth.

Aireth let out a sigh as she opened the door and got out. She removed her jacket and tossed it into her seat. She shut the door and fidgeted with her skirt. "D@mn skirt." she muttered as she let out a sigh. "Woot, time to drink." she muttered with a little bit of sarcasim mixed with enthusiasim(sp?). Aireth walked around the car to Lee's side. "Shall we go in?"

Lee couldn't help but smirk as she messed with the skirt. He went into the bar and held the door long enough for her to catch it with his foot. It was a bar that he'd never been to so naturally the bartender was the first person to look. Lee nodded up at him in acknowledgement. "Hard liquor huh? That's a first I've heard out of a woman."

Arieth shot him a rather cool look and rolled her eyes. She slid onto a barstool. "Yeah well I don't like the taste of that champaigne and beer doesn't have a kick to it." she sighed. "Why haven't you heard that out of a woman? You think woman can't handle hard liquor?" she said with amusement. Actually, Aireth could hold her liquor very well, though she didn't drink to the point were she would get 'drunk.' "So who's the designated driver?"
[.:. eep I pout couldn't instead of could xD .:.]

Lee's forehead thudded against the bar when he heard the words 'designated driver' for a moment he'd forgotten and was hoping for a drink. Fortunatly he knew his limits, a few beers wouldn't incapacitate him. He sighed, "You need the drink more than I do so I guess I am." He rolled his eyes and got a beer, leaving Aireth to order her own. "Generally women can't hold their liquor very well, I think you might be an exception though," he said with a smirk. He left out the part that there was hardly an Aceist woman who could drink much.

Aireth sighed. "Are you sure? Alright." she smirked and ordered a shot of Metaxa. "Ah Greek Brandy." she smirked as the bartender had a strange look on his face when she ordered that. She took the shot glass and downed it, licking her lips as she set the empty glass on the counter. She could feel it tingle all the way down her throat. She ordered a water and payed for her drink. "I'm good. I'll drive, just don't get to bloody drunk." she teased.

"I'm starting to think that you like to drive my car," he smirked as he finished the beer. Beers didn't last long for him, he wasn't an alcoholic but he could drink a lot. Lee got a few vodka shots, only thing he could think of at the moment. Downing three was easy, he could feel it warming up his throat on the way down. He stopped after a few more when he couldn't feel the warmth. "Heheh, ready to go now?" he smirked haphazardly. A buzz had definetly come over him.

"Yup. Better than mine." she flashed a smile and let out a sigh. Aireth held out her hand. "Keys." she ordered. Her mother didn't raise a fool, she knew better than to let someone drunk drive a car. She had watched him drink a few beers and three shots. There was no way she would let him drive.

"Heh, sure here ya go," he pulled the keys out of his pocket and jingled them behind his back for a minute, getting a decent grip on the ring. Throwing the keys over his shoulder from the back, he smirked as they landed in her palm easily. As said before, alcohol rarely incapacitated him. "Sooo, where to?"
