Just coming up the stairs, Meowth watched with merry eyes as Ramiel came toward him. He offered forth an arm... and then couldn't help but laugh. Who did he think he was, stopping so short? "Aye, Ramiel!" The two were far from buddies - distant coworkers at best. But Meowth had seen him around; he seemed like the hardworking, trustworthy sort of cove. "I love a good rub as much as the next, but come lend me a hand! I doubt our good guests want to have their dinner off of my fur." Another chortle, as he offered again an arm with two trays balanced on it.
The phyri's ears flicked, gray eyes turning upward. They narrowed at some point nearer to their guests. In the... ceiling?
"Hey, Ram'... Did you hear something, just now?"

Nashara watched the Twilif speed lithely across the roof, embers trailing behind her like some great swathe of stars. A smile spread across her face, her teeth glowing whitely in the dark.
She definitely liked this girl.
She pushed off the railing with a blast of air, speeding along the roof next to the girl. She slowed down as they neared the inn, her expression an amalgamation of wonder and delight as she watched the Twilif create the circle of flame. The embers hung in the air like a thousand fireflies, pulsing between fiery reds and vivid oranges in the cool night air. She let them hang for one second longer, then began to deftly move her hands.
Streams of air caught the embers, a giant web of wind spiraling the sparks in an intricate dance. The breeze ebbed and flowed, and the sparks grew with each pass. Sparks became flames, and flames became a blaze. Nashara pushed off of the ground, suspending her body in the field of fiery orbs. She whipped her arms around her head, and the fire followed, beckoned forward by the wind. Her hair joined along, dancing wildly in the blazing air.
She turned towards the inn, her eyes barely making out the proper window through the flaming inferno. The sound of the flame had increased steadily, peaking now at a roaring crackle. She knew she had to act now, before that gangly static imbecile had time to react.
With a harsh yell, she thrust her arms forward. Fire exploded, battering against the wooden structure of the inn. The building rocked under the force, shattered glass flying through the air. A gaping hole was left in place where the window had once been, smoke poring from the wound. Flames licked up the wooden frame of the edifice; soon, the entire building would be in flame.
She floated through the opening, a cyclone of fire still whipping around her, teasing her hair. She didn't even bother looking backwards; she trusted that Twilif. Her feet touched down lightly on the floor of the room, the flame twirling around her burning a black circle onto the wooden floorboards. She raised her voice to be able to be heard over the fire's screams.
"Wake up, witch!"

It seemed only a moment ago she was having some sort of decent conversation with Rosel, even if it was awkward, before the room became thick with smoke, and a torrent of flame ruptured into the room.
Haveni screamed, throwing her arms over her head protectively as she heard glass shatter and rain down from the broken wall. The floor shuddered, the building creaked. Was the fire already that bad? And then, a familiar voice...
Coughing, she turned to peer at Nashara, startled to see her of all people there, doing this. "Y-you!"
The building gave a moan and another shudder, the floorboards trying to spew out of the growing hole in through the side of the building now. Haveni stood shakily, clinging to the wall to keep her balance.
"What are you doing?!" her voice was full of confusion, panic.

The blast was a surprise to Noctis, the force threw him off the bed, against the wall. His head hit harshly against the wall, rubbing it. Ow. What the hell was that move? What the hall happened? Only when he opened his eyes did he see wooden debris of the inn on fire. Since the men in their group was in the room across from Haveni and Rosel's, Noctis could see Nashara directly in front of him, a distance away.
Since when did the little lady control fire? Didn't she control some other element? Noctis didnt know if the embers had affected Seir or Aeos but his long coat had shielded his body but not his face. Several cuts form the debris had hit him, although not severely.
He struggled to stand, a shaky hand on the heated ground. Ouch, it burnt. He heard Haveni's confused words, cautiously heading closer. Damn, there was spikes and sharp shards everywhere. "Revenge. Isn't that clear? Couldnt this have waited until after dinner, you A-cup wench? dinner was five freakin' minutes away..!" Noctis's language was getting quite crude at this point, vastly annoyed. His tone was sharp and clearly, irritated. He was hungry. The hole was too big to jump over.
"You guys just couldnt give us a break, could you?" He muttered moreso to himself, hand gripping a lowering pillar to jump over the hole. Although Seir probably could have floated over it quite easily. Was Rosel handling this situation?
"C'mon Haveni. Get down to the beach-- This place's gonna fall down like a game of pick-up sticks. Seir-- Aeos-- Where are you headed?" He called out, extending his arms out. "We gotta go before this place blows. Or before she blows it up." He jerked his head in Nashara's direction.

She watched with something all too close to indifference as Nashara lit her fire. She moved along with the Constellation, miming her movements as she turned the drifting embers into a booming whirlwind of flame. And boom with them she did - Sankke grunted in the back of her throat as the building shuddered. So, revenge on her elemental sister was what she was after, huh? It was too bad... Sankke shook her head, holding her lantern like an oversized conductor's baton as she trained the flames left on the roof higher. She spoke to them in her words-that-were-not-words, feeding them on crackles and pops and she pulled them out over the hotel's roof, and down over its sides. The chain near her ear moved again, clanging so loudly that she winced - her focus broken, the flames she directed began to rise out of control.
...NO! There was a voice, inside the hissing of her chain. Eyes that flickered like her own burned into Sankke's; she made out a shape, with pointed ears - what was this? She gasped as it sounded again. NO...!
The Twilif's fire-voice raised to a roar as she strained to regain her hold on the enflamed inn. Sections of the roof had fallen in, and through them Sankke could see the entire posse from Lost Village. They had nothing to do with Nashara's scheme. Concealed in heat and warmth, Sankke yelled down to the fire that surrounded them...
"Oh, my-!" Dropping the dishes as his arms went slack, Meowth uttered a few unrepeatable curses - also picked up in the galley. What... What...?! The room just bellied outward, and suddenly, fire! No smoke, no warning, just gout after gout of flame, ravaging his inn! The phyri ran toward the guests, rearing as he saw some of them stagger out. His inn, his job...!
"Quickly, all of you - follow us, please!" With this sweep of a hand, he indicated Ramiel. "There's a back exit through the staff quarters that goes straight out to the beach. Please - just this way." He would have said something along the lines of "don't panic"; but considering the caped fellow that he had seen before and the one who emerged now, quite literally strapped for bear... It seemed like a silly thing to say. His eyes flashed worriedly to the flames beginning to creep over his path to the staff entrance, when before his very eyes, they looked like they shuddered and dimmed.
Heat stroke and shock. Those were the culprits, sure enough.

“If we were simply ordinary, where would the joy in wreaking havoc be?” Seir mused, laughing lightly as he crossed his arms over his chest. There was something very amusing about poking fun at Noctis, though all his words to his gunslinger companion were nothing but the truth. His hunger stirred against his stomach, so he hoped the workers were bringing up dinner soon. He also had things to discuss with the group, but…
…What the hell was that revolting smell in an inn?
He wasn’t allowed to think more of it when something literally exploded. Walls taken out, he raised an arm to shield himself, though it was unnecessary as Aeos leapt out to protect him. He was a good bodyguard, indeed. “It is truly a pity we weren’t allowed to eat. I already paid.” Frowning thoughtfully, Seir eyed the perpetrator, recognizing the girl as the last moonfolk they’d talked to back at Lost Village. “If it isn’t the little windy herself,” Seir remarked and picked up his cloak to toss it back around his shoulders.
Seir had thought Nashara was one of those that wanted to save people, do good deed, and whatever else. Apparently, he was wrong, considering what means the girl would do for revenge. He had to reconsider his labels thoroughly. What was she? Chaotic good? Was there such a thing?
”Beach is a good idea. We can escape by sea,” Seir murmured dryly, but flounced along. He eyed the Phyri and Twilif not too far away. “Dinner really was less than 5 minutes away…”
Aeos made certain Seir remained mostly uninjured for the whole explosion. What a way to ruin plans… He eyed his brother before turning towards Nashara, eyes narrowed. The ice constellation knew intuitively that she was no flame user, so where had the flames come from? His gaze shifted from the purple-black constellation to beyond. Could there be a Twilif there? Perhaps? So, Nashara had decided to ally with others?
Stepping forward, Aeos let the mental restraints of his ice powers unravel. Pale glimmering ice immediately frosted the floor in a slow tentative reach, but then burst forward like a plague reaching out. Flames it touched melted it, but not before putting each close ember out. The ice constellation drew his swords, heading towards Rosel and Haveni’s room. “Your luck draws taunt,” he spoke, the silence of ice taking over the crackling of flame. “Each and every time you meet us, it does.”
He just wondered if this battle had to have occurred in their inn.

Frei coughed as smoke began to filter into his room as he tossed and turned in his sleep. He woke with a start, as he began to choke. It was so hard to breathe. He jumped when he heard the sounds of the explosion, and hurried straight out of bed. He left his belongings on the floor as he flung the door open to his room. The moonfolk from earlier has never returned his request. He had asked if they had seen a woman in white, but never got a reply. What a useless fellow. Judging from the fire, and the fact that that particular group of travelers were here could no doubt mean they were the cause of all this. "They just bring disaster with them wherever they go," Frei growled in irritation. "Is this town to become the next Lost Village? Perhaps....I should have told someone of their existence. Even if they didn't believe me...." A pang of slight guilt ached in his chest. But there wasn't time for that now. He ran toward the explosion, with a little ball of water hovering just above his hand. He sprayed any fire that got in his way. "What is all this?" he called out, searching for those he was positive were responsible. Perhaps he could still put out the flames. Even on his own, there was a mere possibility.

Smirking at his coworker's response, Ramial reached to take one of Meowth's armloads-- when suddenly all hell broke loose. The trays toppled and fell as the building shook to its foundations and at the end of the hall, the room on the right exploded sending slivers of wood flying in all directions. Cringing back against the wall, Ramial was battered by the slivers, broken pottery and... live embers.
As Meowth jumped over the ruined meal to assist their guests, the twilif took a minute to bellow down the stairs.
"FIRE! FIRE ABOVE, TAKE THE GUESTS OUT THE FRONT!"
Taking a deep breath of the quickly fouling air, the twilif ran to join in Meowth's rescue attempt... but it seemed his feelings from before were correct. The group was powerful. Very powerful. A tall one, obviously aligned with ice, had frozen the area; trapping one of the twilif's feet. Looking between the enraged Constellations, he hoped the other guests were being evacuated quickly. It appeared this was the result of a grudge held and it would be settled here in his inn... and even without the frozen foot, there would be nothing the youngster could really do about it.
But he knew himself to be a survivalist if nothing else, and wishing he had his lantern to help him focus his still growing energy, Ramial began to draw the static out of the air around him; hoping to be able to create a powerful enough sheild to protect himself from any backlash from a fight. He wouldn't shy from a fight, but angry Constellations were NOT what he wanted to get involved with!
Giving one last hopeless tug, the twilif's narrowed eyes glowed red as he sought his phryi companion in the smoke.

Furleinburhst had wandered out and somehow found her way about, but her 3 noses suddenly caught smell of something... familiar to her.
"What is that stench? It's... woody and hot and.....!" Realizing that is was fire her nose had sensed, she galloped like a horse over to where the smell was leaking out of; an INN on fire. Her 3rd head's ears lay back and she whimpered, not liking the look of the situation. Furleinburhst felt like she had to help whoever was inside... there were people still in there, right?
"Of course, or it wouldn't be on fire!" Trotting to the falling house, her 1st head peered in to see nothing but embers and smoke. Though she was a puppy, she was brave enough to wander into such dangers. A part of the walls had collapsed it seemed, so she snakily made her way in, 2 heads holding their breath. furleinburhst barked out,
"Is anyone in here!? Hello!??" Wandering deeper into the thickening smoke, her sense of smell was overwhelmed. she wouldn't be able to sniff out anyone...

Noel blushed a soft pink as Ergo touched his side, and couldn't help but lean against him further. He was a romantic at heart, ever since he was a small twilf. He dreamed of finding his own love, just like the boys from the school where he used to to live. He believed, that one day, he'd find his love and live a happy, cozy life..
He stopped himself and shook his head, clearing his mind, before looking to Ergo and nodding. I'd love for you to keep me company.. I've missed you.. You and your tales of your adventures. They always made the hurt of you leaving so suddenly less painful.. He didn't really want to talk about how much it did hurt being suddenly left alone, but It didn't matter now. Ergo was here.
Indeed, there has been some troubling activities as of late, and by word of ear, one of my old friends are involved in the devastation. For now, My inn is safe, but I worry about every where else. I had hoped, after leaving Earth, that I would come to find peace.. But it seems like no matter where you go, there will be tribulation.. A silent sigh escaped the mutes lips, his hands balling up into fists under neath his engulfing sleeves.
As high up as the temple was, it overlooked both the sea, and the town itself, being as it was on top of a cliff. It was as if the temple was the guardian of this place. A loud, strained moan creaked from the echoing temple walls, as if foreboding troubles to come. Out in he distance, out towards the middle of the town, a large, bright light emerged from where the inn was, in what could only be seen as a fire. It was bright, and illuminated the quickly approaching night.
The mute mist constellation brought his hands together, praying that the Temple would protect them, the town, and the sea. He knew not which god he was praying to, whether it would be the god he learned of on Earth, to the all powerful gods of this place. He only wished for protection to all the innocent.
Fulmine smiled at the little being, petting her head tenderly, then swooping her up onto his broad shoulders once more. It reminded him much of how he used to take care of a twilf Noel, back when they were back on earth. He would never say it outloud, but he did enjoy being seen as a guardian of sorts.
"I know your sister will make it here, and she will see our note, and she would come to see us at the inn." He spoke optimistically, much different than his normal speech, and took Azhure's hand, placing it in a place where she could hang onto.
The lightning constellation sniffed the air. There was that boy's scent still lingering outside of the door, and a tiny growl emerged from the depths of his throat, though he stifled it once more. He did not like the boy, not one bit, but if his brother was infatuated by him, then he had no choice but to accept him. For now. If he did ANYTHING to hurt his brother, he'd find an arrow through his throat.
Night time was closing in, and Fulmine felt a surge of power fill through him. He was always more powerful at night, where the lightning would show at it's brightest. He even seemed to glow, a soft, yellow light engulfed him and his ward. It was a comforting light, the same comforting feeling as if you had just had a warm cup of tea.
His pale eyes, first caught sight of Noel Leaning against Ergo, his head down in prayer, then traveled to the city far below them. A single bright light flickered wildly above all the other lights of the city.
"Fire.." he murmured, knowing that it was the inn that had caught, and he sat down on the stone railing of the Temple. "It seems.. That we cannot make it to the inn.. It has gone ablaze." He shook his head, looking behind him at the large temple.
"We will use the temple as a refuge tonight. The gods would welcome the good with open arms." He smiled at his words, putting Azhure down beside him. "More of a chance to catch your sister. And Noel and I have plenty of blankets and the like to hold us for the night. Noel can also make dinner, once he is done... Conversing with his friend. I, on the other hand, do not have any talent when it comes to cooking, so I will stand guard, to make sure everyone is safe for the night."

Shiningamisgirl "Oh oh okay! It'll be fun, an we can be sneaky and surprise him when I find him.. Suzette just smiles warmly and shook her head, this kid could talk faster than anyone she knew "Well then we should hurry up and go to the market it's dark already and your dad might be worried about you" she started walking faster towards the marketplace looking around for someone who looked like the kid but everything was dark and it was difficult to distinguish those who were on the streets. "hmm this oculd take a while.. perhaps you should call out for him "dawns_aura Azhure took the parchment and pen with a big grin. Now to write the letter and hope that Cempa somehow found it. By the time Cempa made it to the temple the image of her sister was gone. She closed her eyes again but saw nothing, she let out a deep sigh and sat down on the stairs "too late....how am i supposed to find her now?" by now Cempa was at the verge of tears and it was until then than she noticed something on the floor. it looked like a piece of parchment, carefully she picked up and checked it...once she saw there was something written-on it and recognized the handwriting her heart started beating faster. It was Azhure's writing! she read it quickly and sighed relieved...her sister was fine and had found others who were kind to her. Cempa took the other piece of parchment and scribbled a quick note on it. "Dearest Azzy, i found your note. I'll go to the inn and try to meet you there if we missed each other again let's meet here in the temple tomorrow at noon. with love, Cempa" Cempa left the note on top of the first one and stood up, ok, now all she had to do was finding that inn! She started walking and asked around for directions, with any luck she could meet her sister there.

The feeling of contentment and optimism she had felt inside the temple was to be short lived. They had barely made it a step outside of the temple doors when a tidal wave of ominous foreboding threatened to pull her under. Something was wrong with the night.
Then she felt it, screams of pain and fear and panic. They were so strong, they clenched at her heart, almost enough to stop her breath. Through it, though, there was a thread of sadistic pleasure. This was wrong. Nothing should feel like this!
Then she saw the bright blaze which lit up the sky. Fire! She started to have a panic attack. It was the Inn. What if her sister was there? It was all she could manage, to stay upright and not let the emotions she felt herself and those of others feed off each other, leading her in a downward spiral of doubts and ‘what if’s’. The surge of Mine’s powers and his voice slowly brought her back to herself.
Yes, the gods would welcome the good with open arms and they would be safe there, for the night at least. And though he couldn’t see it, Azhure nodded.
“I’ll go back into the Temple and see about finding some place to sleep.” And she hopped down from his shoulders, ready to head back inside. “I’m not much able to do more than that.”
And she scurried back into the temple, longing to feel the peace and emptiness once more. To get away from the oppressive fears of the night. Once safely inside, she started to crumble held up only by one of the sturdy, ancient pillars. She held her hands together and bowed her head, doing something she'd not felt the need to do herself in a long time. Pray.
Whatever god is out there and listening, I hope that you keep everyone safe and whole this night. Please.
Her eyes watered slightly, though she didn't cry. I couldn't bear it if I had to feel someone hurt.

"I'm looking for herbs... Hmmmm... For Sage." She started to think about the kind of herb she was looking for, hoping Keanu could help. "Oh! I forgot, but you will help me, won't you?"
Without waiting for a reply from him, she grabbed her hand and started to go down the streets to get away from Haveni and the others. For the rest of the day, she dragged Keanu around, from herb shop to herb shop, from merchant to merchant, but none of them seemed to have the on she was looking for.
Then, night came. One by one, the shops of the city closed their doors. It was now impossible to keep looking. She sighed and apologized to Keanu. "I'm sorry for dragging you like this...but thanks for tagging along." She sighed again. "I guess we should look for a place to sleep for the night..."
Soon after that, she heard the commotion around the neighborhood and saw the fire. "What's going on?" she asked Keanu with a worried voice. She snuggled closer to him and took his hand. She tried to be brave but the fire reminded her of the attack on the village and it was still too fresh for her to act as strong as she would like.
(There... Catch up with everyone. XD)

Fulmine watched as his ward scurried outside, and he nodded, leaning down to whisper in Noel's ear about what they had to do. Noel simply nodded, holding onto Ergo's arm, looking back out towards the town. He would start dinner shortly.
Fulmine then turned, unpacking one of the packs of blankets and pillows, following Azhure inside. The sight of his little ward made him smile. She was much like Noel, praying in times of need. He himself was not a very religious person, acting on, well, actions, rather than wait for some god to help him. But it did not bother him when other's found comfort in that. He would wait at the entrance until Azhure noticed him.

Keanu kept smiling as always and nodded at Epona.. For the rest of the day she let himself be dragged around by the little phy and tried to help her to the best of his ability. As the night fall upon them Epona suggested they looked up for somewhere to sleep and he couldn't feel more grateful. he hadn't eaten in all day and was starving by now. "very well! i think there is an in..." keanu couldn't finish the sentence. He looked up and stared at the commotion around and then saw a yellow-orangeish light int he sky....something was burning. He held Epona close to him and looked around. "Something is burning...." his instinct told him to go and help out but he couldn't dare risking Epona's safety "Epona listen to me...stay close and dont let go of my hand, i need to go and see if i can help if it's to dangerous we'll find a safe place to stay ok?" he smiled sweetly at her to help her relax a bit. _______
As Cempa got nearer to the Inn she stared at the commotion adn met a terrible sight. The inn was in flames. "oh no...no no no." this couldnt be happening, she had finally foudn where her sister was and the place was in flames. " AZHURE!!!!!!" with out thinking she started running towards the inn.
