Clears throat...the basic idea Kit is creating a new guild, linked onto bleach12 that which is an Academy led by you. Well have 4 teachers for each teaching areas, in which help the member achieve better quality. That's the basic idea, what do you think?

What Liver, Eke, Angel, Scribbles, and I have all come up with the idea of making he Academy a separate guild, in which we can focus on this one idea. We would have 4 teachers, each specializing in different subjects, such as: kido, combat, swordsmanship, ect...We'd invite members into the guild in which they can work on one of the following, or all. This ultimately will improve their skills, and as well help generate members for both of the two guilds ''working together.''~

Earlier Liv pointed out a important fact. It would simply cluttered the guild. It will also allow us to recruit more people.
+Members?+
We'd gain members by inviting members that need help to come into the Bleach12 Academy, so they can improve on their skills. NO were not stealing them, for they also be apart of Bleach12, impashiz on Bleach12 smile During their time there they'd earn prizes, Captains in Bleach12 could look them over, and ect...ect...ect... This will also give the Captains a chance to watch the n00bies in action, and recruit them into their squads! And if not, when the n00bs do request to be in a squad, the captains get a good overview of their abilities.

We are basically discussing about the possibility of creating an entirely new guild for a Shinigami Academy, to boost both our numbers and the literacy of new people.
Anyway, once everyone basically agrees, who wants to start formatting the guild?
Who's actually in charge of it?
Is it Kit?
