If I wanted to do a Call to Arms could I use the In Character Announcements or Out of Character Announcements.
I'd like to begin an attack on the human world after this little tourney is finished and I of course would need to start organising for that.
Also. As a PRO lurker I saw you referring to the huge power Shinigami now hold. Do they? I erm.. didn't see any what I'd call huge power.

Use the In Character Announcements. And that's just permission for this one time. Thanks for asking me before going ahead and posting. Usually both the OOC and IC Announcement threads are for Temor and my use only, but exceptions are win.
AND as for the shinigami powers, you know as well as I that they all consider themselves super powerful. This is taking into account the Zaigou (there are only a few, so it's not really an issue) as well as those captains who think they should be wielding (and *do* wield) broken powers. It's the only reason I've been thinking of militating for second releases, but in all, I'm not sure it's totally worth the hassle right now.

Should I treat the In Character Announcements like a big microphone system? Cuz I want to. Treating it like a speaker system would be good fun. If anything. Jes-sama

One fight pops into mind where an unsteated claimed he wasn't as outmatched by you as you thought. Everytime I read that I laugh. The Primera could blast away an unsteated with their reiatsu alone, not sucking up or anything but canon pretty much says so too. I remember you immediately after that pretty much said 'no' and has his attack fail to even scratch you. Good times. Good times.

Well. Sorry. Got to ask another question.
I understand Espada can't suddenly just HAVE Gran Rey Cero but. How do you train for 15 posts for it?
I'm really finding this difficult as it's such a simple move. You cut yourself and mix your blood with a cero. It's so simple that there's no way you could centre fifteen posts around it.
Not to be insulting or anything but. I for one don't think 15 posts of "He cuts himself" "He mixes it with his cero." "He blows up and has to start again" and so on and so forth until the fifteenth post makes for very good writing. If anything, could we go on journeys of self discovery to gain Gran Rey?

You're totally right, Pad. I've been meaning to finish my own Gran Rey training for months, but I haven't had time/couldn't find a way to make it the required length. It's kind of ridiculous, isn't it?

At the same time, you can understand my reasoning, can't you? The Gran Rey is this amazingly-powerful move. It's exclusive and NOT everyone should have it. That's why I want to make it hard for people to get it.
On the flipside, I made it so hard that I can't even get it. Pathetic, no?
But I won't rescind the 15 post thing. Five full sentences. Gaining power is a lot about self-discovery, so if you were to incorporate that into your training, you'd get those fifteen posts no problem. I'm actually excited to see how these will turn out. It's a good way to flesh out the character.
Again, thanks for mentioning this, Pad. The 15-post, 5-sentence minimum requirement will remain, but I'm giving you free reign with this. I'd like to see what you can do with it.
Is that fair?

And of course, I totally understand Gran Rey is a powerful move we can't all just have and that we have to earn. It's like you don't suddenly become more powerful when you get a promotion.
Self Discovery sounds a lot more fun. I'll get on my Gran Rey training some time in the future.
