Sophie smiled as she looked at Rainy in the mirror, messing with her hair. "It is not. Shut up." She pressed her against the wall and fluffed her hair more so then it already was. She was shaking her fingers through the white tuft and laughing to herself.
"Uhhhm, I have no clue. I remember my..Talking to Mike and then he left. I don't know much else after that." She shrugged, turning to dance into the living room.
"What to do.." She spotted her phone and snatched it, hitting four for Michael, to call him.

-------Th' Names Rainy--- It's Just Rainy!
 -----Rainy sort of squeaked when Sophie pushed her up against the wall and then tried to get her to stop messing with her hair.
When Sophie was down, Rainy pouted at her.
"It was bad enough already!"
However, when she saw Sophie get her phone out, presumably to call one of them, probably Mike, she spoke up again.
"Fine, I'm going to get dressed and fix my hair... may take awhile!"
And with that, she headed back up the stairs and into Sophies room.
Well, she would need to steal some of her clothes of course.
Rainy found a pair of black skinny jeans, and an 80s off the shoulder black band shirt. Yeah, that would do...
With those things in hand, she went into the bathroom to change, before getting going on her hair. Oi. It was a total mess. Yeah, this would be fun.

"Oh." he said, as a reply to her recollection of the night. "Okay." he said simply.
Well. There was his answer. Why bring something up that obvious wasn't important enough at the time to be remembered the next day. Everything was fine. It'd all go back to normal now.
...
Mike's reasoning didn't make any valid explanation for the stupidly long awkward silence that now filled the room.
He hated silences like this, and usually, he never had them, in fact, he couldn't remember the last time he did.
"So. Yeah." he mumbled quietly, but in his mind, audible enough for Sam to hear.
Awkward silences, were just so.. awkward? You either can't tell if it's fully awkward for the other person in the room, or whether their just off thinking about something else, so you spend all of the silence worrying whether or not that person finds it awkward too, OR when it's both so crystal clear that you're both feeling uncomfortable, yet dont say anything because you're both too busy thinking about what would be a cool ice breaker other than.. "So. Yeah." Except Mike had skipped that part of the thinking and just gone with it.
Like some sort of gift from God, the phone rang. Shattering the awkward silence and all of it's worth.
Mike got to his feet. Maybe a bit too quickly, and headed to the phone. Looking back to Sam, and pointing to the phone, in case she hadn't y'know, heard it or anything. His lack of attention to his path to the phone caused him to walk into the coffee table. Mike let out a startled 'oof' and changed his direction to the phone, with a slick spin around it, rather than trying to walk through it.
He grabbed at the phone and put it to his ear, in an overly casual manner. "...What's up."
Looking out the window, in front of him, he saw a taxi pull up. Again, another gift from God, obviously saving him from himself. He held his hand over the phone and turned back to Sam. "Taxi's here." he said before paying his attention back to the phone.

Maybe she said something which created the awkwardness. Sam watched Mike as he got up and walked away. Her heart was pounding, what a strange reaction. Standing up herself she headed towards the front door. "Bye.." That's all that she could bring herself around to say anything else.
Walking out the front door she got into the taxi, and told the driver her address. And with that it pulled away from Mike's home. It didn't take long for it to reach her apartment, she didn't live that far away.
Stepping out of the taxi she finally made it to her apartment, kicking off her shoes, she needed to think of a plan to get her car back. Walking into the bathroom, she quickly stripped down and hopped into the shower, god that felt good. It's what she needed. Mike was right. Of course.
Stepping out of her shower, Sam found something to wear. Simple shorts and a shirt. Now she was ready to call in sick. Picking up her phone she contacted her employer, and told them everything. Which worked out better than she expected, now to get her car. Picking up Mike's shirt, she placed it into her purse. And headed out the door.
Walking down the street, she headed towards the house the party was at. After she planned on going to mike's to drop of his shirt. And that's all she had planned for the day since she got work off. "What a mess...
Should she tell the truth to Mike? Did she owe him that much? Would he be mad at her if she tells him and he remembers. It takes two to kiss, and he was kissing her back. Were they just both drunk and it was a mistake.
Shaking her head slightly she needed to think of something else. Wonder what her friends were up to after that party.

Sophie tapped her foot, nodding to Rainy as she raced upstairs to fix herself up. "Are you with Sam?" She heard something about a taxi and assumed that meant he had been- but she was leaving.
Maybe she was wrong, but whatever. "Okay, or not. Uhhhm. So you need to get your sexy a** all prepared because we're all four going to lunch..and stuff." Probably would end up shopping.
"I have Rainy poo at my house and your job is to get Sammi kins, kays?" She chewed on her bottom lip.
"Andddd since we're both alone for the time being, spill. Now. I wanna know all the dirty deets, what happened with you two last night?!"
Okay, so if anything did happen Sophie was obviously going to be jealous. She always wanted Mikey, but he was her best friend and that'd be weird. Sure, they'd kissed here and there but thats where they both drew the line. Unfortunetly.

Mike sighed and smacked his head against the wall as the front door was closed and Sam left. He looked out the window and watched as the taxi drove off before actually listening to the phone.
"Oh man you just saved me from the most awkward situation in the history of everything." he said in one breath, shaking his head as he replayed the last couple of minutes of Sam's stay.
"Lunch? Really?" he asked, cringing a little at the thought. Maybe he'd just get a drink. "..Okay, but, Sam just left so I don't know how long we'll be." he said, biting his lip.
His thoughts were distracted by her next question, and he smirked. Of course she'd ask. It was Sophie.
"It's a long, awkward and drunken story, and I don't think I even want to remember all of it right now." he said, sighing at the memory of the night before. "We didn't have sex." he said, knowing that's really what she was asking. "But we nearly did. But then I left, and then the park..." he said scratching the side of his chin, his voice dying down at the end of the sentence, that part of the night was the most blurry.
"Ugh, anyway, I'll tell you more about it later. What about you? Who'd you end up spending the rest of the night with?" he asked, grinning to himself, it not even crossing his mind that she would have 'gone home' with Rainy that night. Even after the whole making out stunt. Since that was all he figured it was, a drunken stunt.

Sophie was playing with a lock of hair while she listened to Mike talk, or stutter was more like it. She couldn't help but giggle a bit as he mentioned a park.
God, if she had a penny for everytime she messed around in a park... She'd have a dollar- At least!
"No sex?! Ahh, crazy children." She shook her head and jumped up off the couch, heading into the nearest bathroom to put a bit of make up on, maybe do a little something with her hair.
"Weeeellll, you'll be surprised. Or maybe not. Last nights blurry." Soph put the phone on speaker and set it on the sink as she lined her eyes, she spoke.
"Rainy and I kinda... hooked up last night. Actually, I did most of the work. But it was... ******** hot. Now, we're back at my place."
She was chewing on her bottom lip, her stomach churning.

Mike raised his eyebrows and repeated what he heard. "You and Rainy hooked up? Seriously? Wow.." Mike said, his mind wandering a bit as he thought about it. Not in the way you'd expect. Though, he wouldn't deny that the the fact that the idea of them together was just plain hot, in reality, he was a little concerned about what it meant for them as friends now. Rainy could be just as wild as Sophie, but when it came to stuff like sex, the two of them had made of point of not mixing friends and sex together, since well, it just never worked out like that.
Thinking about that, he was then reminded of Sam, and what was going to happen between them now. By the looks of it, if they ignored what had happened, they could in a week or so, maybe a bit longer, laugh about it, and pass it off as another drunken story to tell. But that was only if they forgot about it.
Tuning back into the conversation with Sophie again, Mike spoke again. "So, what? You two like.. a thing now?"
While he waited for a reply he walked up the stairs and to his bedroom. Opening up a chest of drawers he pulled out some clothes to wear that day and an old phone of his. It was old school as hell, and still in black in white, but he kept it in case of drunken nights like the night before. Tuning it on he sent a text to Sam, filling her in on the plans for the day.
Talking to Sophie, we're all going out to have lunch. Want me to pick you up, or are you driving? Mike

Sam finally reached the house where the party was at and walked inside. Holy s**t, that place was a wreck. She had to watch where she stepped. Walking in deeper, she headed back towards the pool. What do you know, her shirt. Picking that up, she also found the remains of her cell phone. Walking back, she didn't want to stay there anymore, too many things that happened she didn't want to think about. She found her keys by the front door, and walked over to her lime green bug. Ah, still in one piece.
Unlocking it, she took out the battery of her phone, and replaced it with the spare she kept in the car. Turning it on, she tossed her shirt in the back. A few seconds later, it started to vibrate. The word mike flashed on the screen, and she debated on ignoring it. Setting her purse in that passenger seat, she really thought about it.
Inhaling slowly she flipped open her phone and looked at the text. Not as bad as what she thought, but still. He could have said Sophie could get her, or even Rainy. But to put that either he will get her, or she can drive. With the current state of mine she was in, kinda freaked her out. How should she reply. Have him get her, but then she was stuck there. She was set a reply despite that.
Where is lunch? I just walked to the house to get my car, so I can drive myself. ~Sammy~
So she walked there, getting her car was rather important. Setting her phone in the cup holder, she started the car and pulled away. Driving down the street to the gas station, getting out and filling her tank. Getting back in her car, she waited for the reply. "Wonder what they are talking about..." Wait, why was she worrying? Mike said he didn't remember much, even though she lied and did remember, that's nothing to fear.

"A thing?" She sighed. "Thats the thing Mikey, I don't know! I don't... Well, you know me. I don't do well being monogamous."
Sophie was walking around the room, touching things. She was edgy. And confused.
"I've always had a thing for Rainy. But she's.. fragile. Ya know?" She shook her head. "I don't think she could handle me. Much less, me handle being confined to one person."
Sophie grunted. "Anyways, I don't know what the two of us are going to do, basically."
